*** The stunning conclusion to the Las Vegas Syndicate series ***
Max Cartwright is out for blood.
Jason Draper may have been Max’s best friend, but endangering the life of Abby Sterling is the last straw in a long list of unforgivable sins. Following the shooting that nearly ended Max’s life, Jason is on the run, his reputation in tatters. Determined to make him pay, Max spends his time hunting for Jason and integrating Vegas’s criminal enterprise into the Syndicate’s existing operations. Then Jason returns, determined to salvage his empire by any means necessary — unless Max kills him first.
Abby Sterling is ready to heal.
Her beloved house may be gone, but she has Max, and after years of estrangement, she’s found tenuous common ground with her newly-sober father. She doesn’t know what the future holds, but with Jason out of the picture, she’s beginning to believe it will be bright when everything comes tumbling down.
When word comes that Jason has turned State’s witness against Max and the Syndicate, the clock starts ticking on their plans to eliminate him. There’s only one problem: Jason is holed up in the Presidential Suite at the Tangier, surrounded by a bigger, badder contingent of mercenaries who are being paid a small fortune to protect him.
With the help of the Syndicate and a rogue FBI agent, Max stages an assault on the suite, determined to end Jason’s reign of terror over his life with Abby. But when tragedy strikes close to home, Jason’s true depravity is revealed and Max is forced to face the fact that this isn’t the first time Jason has killed to get what he wants — and if Max doesn’t stop him, it won’t be the last.

SPOILER ALERT The final instalment to this trilogy. This books starts 3 months after the last. Max and Abby are now living together after Jason got Bruce Frasier to burn down her house while he was having a meeting and shoot out with the syndicate and De Luca. After De Luca was killed and Nico shot, Jason fled but now he has returned to the Tangier with Bruce still by his side as his bodygaurd. All of the syndicate members are involved in taking down Jason. I love that Locke was bought into this story too, he had a 'die hard' attitude that made me smile. This book had me feeling every emotion, my heart broke for Abby at the loss of her dad, I laughed at the banter between the guys and my pulse raced at the steamy, romantic scenes.I The mob series doesn't end there - Boston they are coming for you next!!!

Surrender to Sin is the final book of the Las Vegas Syndicate series by Michelle St. James. Once again she has not failed her fans. As Max and Abby look towards a peaceful life together they know that can only happen with the destruction of their nemesis, Jason Draper. The book is filled with romance and suspense as Max, with the help of the other syndicate bosses, plans an end to Draper.
*Recieved advanced copy for review* I love the realism of Abby and Max so much and this book just solidifies my love for their relationship. Abby is such a complex woman with her ability to see the world without the jaded outlook that can cloud someone who had the past she had. While her relationship is on mend with her father, she has vowed to take each day as they come. Her love for Max continues to grow in ways she never knew possible and their desire to one another is turned up in this book. Max continues to be the alpha male and wants to trust no one other than Abby and recently Nico, but in his new life he needs to find an underboss. Carlos has been a seamless addition to the Las Vegas syndicate, he is a new character that i hope to hear more of in the future. But the stars of the saga are still the most lovable and endearing people I have read. I love how Abby has pushed through in her life and never let her past define her future in any way other than to drive and push forward. While on her way to a better relationship with her father she knows that the dreaded conversation needs to happen and she feels she is ready to let this chapter close and be final. Before this can happen she is tested and life is about to hit a new level of pain. Max and Abby vow to take down the one person they grew up with that has taken more than enough from them and their lives. I love Max and Abby and so sad to see their saga end, but I know Michelle St. James will never let us be without our favorite characters. I would very much suggest Surrender to Sin and the Las Vegas Syndicate series to anyone who loves a great love story.
Max and Abby have been to hell and back and a lot of it can be attributed to their former close friend, now rival and mortal enemy, Jason Draper. Max had a close call before Jason disappeared but his return to Vegas makes it painfully clear there’s only one solution to keeping Abby safe and living their life in peace. Jason must be taken out. He’s not only a threat to them but also a potential threat to the Syndicate and the people of Las Vegas. He’s dangerous and deranged which was proven when once again he causes Abby immeasurable pain. Max is more determined than ever that Jason must die and he will have to learn to trust and let others in, he can’t go it alone. Their love is unmatched, strong enough to get them through anything together but they need a support system and the Syndicate brothers comes through once again. A familiar face from Nico and Farrell’s past return when they need additional resources and Max once again has to let his guard down to trust someone else to help. Abby is comfortable and happy with the addition to the team and additional help but Max, not so much. He’s slowly learning that being a part of the Syndicate means trusting others, not lowering your defenses. Max goes all out to exact his revenge and take out Jason while racing against the clock because the dynamics have shifted because Jason is a twisted soul and cannot be trusted.
What a wonderful ending and Abby and Max are a force to be reckoned with having the Syndicate behind them. Thanks Michelle for another amazing story. ❤️❤️❤️
The final book in the Vegas series.. and Michelle’s done it again, great book. I love that Locke made an appearance :) and Nico and Farrell both had big parts in this story. I really felt for Abby in this one, first her house then her dad. I know she had issue with him growing up but it seemed she got really close to him after he sobered up. It’s just awful the way she lost him. And Max finally realizing his fathers similar end. All that made this ending better with Jason knowing Max won. There were no more plans for Jason he was done. Yay!!! The only thing that would of made this ending better would on been a pregnancy. Where they mention it was a possibility before the men went to battle I was expecting her to be. But o well still a great series.

What a stellar conclusion! It was a ride for Abby and Max but they got there. I particularly love the growth of Abby and Max, as a couple and individually. It was heartfelt and awesome. And you can’t forget the building tension of the Jason/Syndicate match up that involves past characters and some serious heights. It was so satisfying when that all went down. These Syndicate characters definitely grow on you with each passing story and Abby/Max are now added to that list. I never want this series to end and I know there’s plenty more cities that have a story. Keep writing these Michelle!

Peace, peace of mind, and safety. Nothing can ever come easy for Max & Abby. At least when you have Nico Vitale & Farrell Black on your side your odds are a little bit better.
Max & Abby are childhood friends that finally realize they're perfect for each other and no one else.
Full of intensity and tenderness, the finale of the Vegas Syndicate has it all! I love these two and am so sad to be leaving their story!!
The fantastic finale of the Vegas territory! The words I write won’t do this justice so here goes... Max and Abby have become a favourite couple for me in the Syndicate. Knowing each other since Kids and finally coming together all for Jason Draper to try take everything they live away! The book was an epic conclusion to the Vegas Mob but it’s sad to say goodbye to another couple...
Max and Abby is a wonderful story. This is the 3rd and finale book for the Las Vegas Syndicare Series. I love how the book had past characters in the story. The book has plenty of suspense and sexy scenes of a couple in love not knowing where the future lies. Michelle St James did a great job once again on a series I’m sorry to see end. Loved reading all her Series.
The conclusion to the Las Vegas syndicate did not dissapoint. This book is stramy, thrilling, and combustible. Max is incredible and Abby just makes you fall for her everytime. This book is amazing and I couldn't ask for more. The story conclusion was bittersweet because I didn't want it to end but I did and I was very happy how it ended and so will you. Get your HEA fix with Michelle 's book.
Max and Abby are now partners and wig Max heading the Vegas territory of the Syndicate things are changing fast. So when Jason returns the dangers of him in their lives puts things into motion that needed to be handled a long time ago. Through everything you see the strength of Abby and the courage of Max to make Vegas his town.
After the destruction of Abbey’s house, she has moved in with Max and for 3 months they lived in peace and their love has blossomed. In this final book of the Las Vegas Syndicate Max and Abbey has to take extreme measures to ensure they have peace and freedom in the city they love. Great conclusion to the series with lots of action, drama, heartache and sexy scenes.
I loved this book. Michelle never lets the reader down. This is the third installment of the Vegas syndicate. She describes, but she doesn’t describe too much. This is one of the many reasons why I read her books. This book does not disappoint!!!!! I can’t wait for the Boston syndicate to come out!!!!
The ending for Abby and Max and what a fab ending it was. I love all the mob books by this author and really like that past characters appear in all the books. This was full of action and hot steamy sex. Definitely recommend this book
Surrender to Sin The third book in the Vegas Mob series doesn’t disappoint! I love Max and Abby’s story! I couldn’t put it down, This was a fabulous series! Michelle writes the best Mob books . Highly recommend ‘
This final instalment was emotional, heartbreaking in parts and suspenseful. The clock is ticking as the race is on to eliminate Jason from their lives. It was great having Nico, Farrell. and Luca brought into the story and most especially Locke who is one crazy mother albeit brilliant. Great ending to this trilogy. Love this author..❤️
What a fantastic end to another great Syndicate series. If you haven't read them yet, you will want to start at the beginning to fully grasp the whole Syndicate family. There are several cities that have books and a few solo. This has to be my favorite of all the Mafia books/series that I have ever read.
Michelle, keep them coming. We will keep on reading them.
Max and Abby comes to a conclusion in this third installment. They work together with other members of the Syndicate to bring down Jason. They're finally able to move forward and move on from the past.
