Devon “Aero” Jordan has been running from the demons from his past since he was 10 years old. After witnessing his father commit a horrific crime, he built up a shield around his heart that was impenetrable. He’s lived his life since that day protecting only those he cares about including his girlfriend Trinity and his grandmother Tina. Showing Trinity love the only way he knows how, he provides and takes care of home, but opening up and letting her know about the dreams that haunt him at night is something he can’t bring himself to do.

Trinity Lenox loves Aero and there’s nothing she wouldn’t do for him. She’s loved him for years and tries to show him every day how much he means to her. But she knows that her man has been keeping something from her even though he doesn’t want to admit it. No matter how much she tries to get him to open up to her, she can’t seem to peel back all the layers that surround his hard exterior. Every day that goes by brings her more frustration but she tries to ignore her own insecurities and hope that one day he will fully let her in.

But when Aero’s father gets out of prison and comes looking for Aero and his grandmother to settle a score, Aero has to do everything he can do to protect his family. He’s determined to keep the truth about what he saw when he was 10 years old away from the people he loves but will doing this create more harm than good? Will he finally loosen the tight grip he’s had on the secrets in his heart and share the truth with Trinity or will his secret destroy everyone he knows and loves?

Sephiri, you keep getting better and better with each book. Held my attention from beginning to the end and what a ending. So happy to see the gang's all back and with nothing but drama and more drama. The only thing I didn't like was it was to short and I needed more. Loved the storyline, plot and you know the characters and it moved at such a steady pace, to I had finished before I realized it. I couldn't put it down..a page-turner. Love the couples together and hope they're able to withstand all the drama that's coming their way. Aero is harboring deep dark secrets and will he loosen up to Trinity or lose all those he loves/ I sure hope Trinity changed her mind and not act of her emotions and I knew Destiny was going to be a problem and I'm sure it has just begun. Awesome job Sephiri and I can't wait too how this all unfolds.

Loved it!

I can't wait for book 2! I feel like Destiny is working with Aero's dad! Why did Trinity have to lie about the baby! Once again you didn't disappoint!

Trinity is a good girl who let her anger take over and said the wrong thing. I am most definitely team Trin! The hell with Aero!! Let him have that tramp Destiny! No he never cheated but he had no business at her house to begin with. His dumb ass should have kept his word and used her info to get his car fixed and delete the broad number and let that be that. I hate a friendly dude. Trinity I hope you don't take him back but I got a feeling you are SMH you'll just forgive him 🤦‍♀ I do hope Aero catch his dad though. I'm ready for him to die myself to be honest! As for Jayla, I sure hope she find out he was messed up and slept with his ex. I hope she leave him. Why couldn't you just get high instead of high and drunk? That way if he would have just got high, his dumb ass could have been focused and not worry bout cheating on Jay! If Jay do find out she should give him an ultimatum. He would have to let homeboy know his lady don't want him to be cool with him no more for encouraging the cheating and bringing the girl to him and he can't come to the wedding or either she call the wedding off and lose her for good. Boy these women need to toughen up! I know it's just a book though but boy I be all into it 😂🤷‍♀ 1 thing I love doing if nothing else, is reading and I love me some Sephiri J! Her books give me life 😘 Well here I come book 2 ✌

I didn't like Destiny's ass from the beginning. I feel there's more to her and Aero should've checked her before giving her any type of ammunition. Seriously Trinity and Aero both need to learn how to communicate. The lies as well as holding back are the reason things seem to be going all wrong in their relationship. Destiny deserved that ass whipping but I'm hoping Trinity didn't go through with her plans. Lawd I hope Payne doesn't make a mistake all because he wanted to let loose once more. Damn Grams! I can only imagine what Cameron will have to deal with once coming face to face with Aero again considering what he's done. I can't wait for part 2 because both Aero and Payne's relationships have both shifted in one way or another. #404

A GREAT BOOK!!!!

I absolutely loved this book. It was great. That ending has my mouth wide open. I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen...I’m wondering if Trin and Aero can survive this...this is definitely a must read and I recommend everyone to check it out. Aero was messed up! Poor Trin! Don't know what's going with Payne! Jayla is such a good girl! Can't believe Trin did that though! Couples need to communicate! The story was dragging a bit but I can't wait to read part 2!

Aero should have told Trinity the truth about what happened to him as a child seeing his father kill his mother. That can make it hard for a person to trust and love but letting another woman destroy your relationship because your judgement is clouded is terrible. Destiny is a hoodrat out to get what she wants and she know Aero told her he had a girlfriend so why would she be that messy. I feel bad for Aero he better tell Trinity before he lose her too. I hope Trinity didn't go through with it. Payne has gotten caught up Jayla is not going to be so forgiving. hurry up part 2...#404
