Pu La's memories, his moments while he was in his childhood, His experience with stage, literature,music , and some good interviews is this book all about. Pu La fan will love it. This book is about personal info rather than fun. I enjoyed it.

This book is collection of articles and interviews. It gives glimpse of his thought process, his views on various social things. Do read it to understand about PL Deshpande.

Interesting personal experiences of the great, famous author.
It is always a great pleasure to read the books, penned by, 'pu' 'la'- the name so popular in Marathi literature. Very interesting book.
In the beginning chapters, the author talks about his childhood days, and the way his interests developed. Later on, he describes about his first play-how the initial shows were washed out, with unusual rains, at unusual time of the year! His love for the trees, rains, and nature, is wonderfully described in subsequent chapters. He makes interesting descriptions of various types of homes: each telling a story and reflecting upon the type of people living in them. Three interviews, by well-known personalities, reflect his beliefs, philosophy and about his literary works , including Music, Theater.
He had much respect for the new generation, and praises their contribution.
A very very enjoyable book.
