Are you looking for a lifestyle, leadership, or personal development blueprint? Millennial Influence is a guide dedicated to my experiences of personal development and where I teach people how to lead those of the most misunderstood and underestimated generations of all-time. Why do other generations get the wrong idea about us and call us lazy? Do we genuinely lack motivation or are we in need of other motives?
I wrote this book for my peer millennials and for other generations who are in leadership roles and need help understanding why we think the way we do.
People always tell me I have an old soul. Growing up I didn't quite fit in with people my age, so I never really considered myself to be a millennial. However, just because I dog thinks they are human does not make them such. It wasn't until a few years ago, two or three years after graduating high school, I started to try to understand the minds and habits of people my age.
When I was younger, I read and studied 'the greats.' I wanted to be great, so I focused my efforts on understanding the minds of habits of those who were highly successful. Perhaps during that period is where I sort of shifted away from acting and thinking as millennials do and more like the generations prior.
Over the past few years, I have become increasingly better at learning how to take my favorite qualities from current or previous role models and begin implementing them into my own life. Couple that with what I learned from understanding peer millennials and you will have my successful formula.
