She's dying...to save dragons.

Julianna, a born dragon slayer, has found herself in the precarious position of being an unwitting dragon savior instead. Only her blood is able to unlock the dragons bound inside the goblin made slayers' blades. But some of the swords are missing and the dragons, slayers, and even the wolves are on a mission to find them.

The only people who know where the swords might be are the goblins, but everyone knows never to trust them. They're cunning and cruel. Somehow, Julianna and Ash must find a way to outwit the goblins into giving their locations.

Before she becomes too weak to fight the draw of the slayers' blades.

Born in Leeds, I lived a very normal life until I got bored one day and decided to travel the world. Since then I've worked on a Banana Plantation, cleaned ACDC's dressing room and been a professional clown.
I climbed to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and the top of Kilimanjaro. Nowadays you'll find me being a climbing frame for my two young children, working in a school, and renovating my home.

ANOTHER FANTASTIC READ!!!
If you're looking for fast paced, action packed, adrenaline pumping, heart pounding, pulse racing and smooth flowing read, congratulations my friends you've found it. The realism of the characters and scenes had me frozen to my seat totally immersed in the pages. I was captivated from the start. My focus soley on the tale as the characters personalities transformed and blended. This dynamic duo's connection and bond shines throughout the entire read. Their imagination seems boundless. A word of advice. When you grab your copy, grab a snack, a drink, kick back and relax. You won't be moving until the very last word. Fantastic job guys. Thanks for sharing.

This is book three in the Dragon tamer series and the story just gets better and better. This book is a good bit longer than book two and has a lot more going on in it. The Wolvren have joined with the dragons to try and find the missing Slayer swords, so that the dragon souls can be released by Julianna.

They take their fragile pact to the Slayer village, where Julianna and Morganna must make her father, the leader of the village, accept he has been perpetuating a lie to the village people, proven by the very existence of Morganna, a Slayer legend, long thought dead. The dragons and wolvren shifters that came with Julianna and Ash, joined the crowd of villagers in their human form. Her father’s lies are hard to overcome as they have been told for decades by all previous leaders as well.

It will take a shift for the villagers to understand who the dragons and wolvren really are and the villagers own panic and thought of magic being involved, will be pushed aside as only a dragon tries to help those injured in the panic. A semi peace is brought about between the slayers and the dragons and wolvren.

Only Julianna can release the dragon souls from the swords, but she can’t do this alone. Only an innocent Slayer who has not killed with their blade can release a soul. All slayers have slain a dragon on their eighteenth birthday, except Julianna, who fell to what she thought was her death only to be rescued by Ash.

The only option for them all, is to go back to the Goblin mountain yet again, but this time, not to leave until they have an answer. They know, from their previous visits, that the location of the remaining swords and another way to release the trapped souls will be hard to get from the goblins. Goblins are sneaky and cunning and will never give a straight answer. They will promise something for a large enough recompense, but will often never actually deliver on that promise. They will stop anyone from having the magic they possess.

An epic confrontation will have to take place if they are ever to find peace amongst slayers, wolvren and dragons, release all the trapped souls back to their rightful homes and stop the goblins from tricking them with magic. A battle brings us to the end of the book, with redemption for some and loss for others. A suitable conclusion to the book and still leaves us awaiting more from the authors.

You will not want to put down any of the books in this series, as they draw you in with tales of shifters, slayers and magical beings. Characters that you are rooting for and a storyline that just keeps you drawn in until the final page! I read this one straight after reading book two, Warrior, and finished them both in the same day, as I just couldn’t put them down.

I received an ARC copy of this book from the authors and I have freely given my own opinion of the book above. I am looking forward to what comes next in the Dragon tamer series and where Julianna and Ash go next in their quest for peace, having made enemies of the goblins.

J.A. Armitage and J.A. Culican are two of my “gobble up” authors, as in I know that anything either puts out (and I think I’ve read them all) will be pure deliciousness that I will want to gobble up. No surprise then that their jointly written Dragon Tamer series has been a totally fantastic and wild ride of fun so far. Also no surprise that the latest addition to the series, Protector (Book 3) is equally fantastic and the perfect way to end the trilogy. This was one totally fun novel and definitely recommended. It had just what I wanted - a wonderful reverse harem fantasy that was well written. I adore Julianna, dragon slayer turned saver, and her relationship with Ash. It’s been a total pleasure following them along as they dealt with everything that hit them. Dragons and goblins. Pure fun. The bottom line is easy most definitely highly recommended.

But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises - these two books definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book set is most definitely one to read, it is easy to highly recommend.

This book was a great ending to a very enjoyable series. Julianna and Ash continue to try to free the dragon's whose souls have been captured by the Slayers. Unfortunately, Julianna is the only one who is innocent enough to use her blood to free them. In an unlikely alliance between the Slayers, the Dragons and the Wolvern, they set out to force the Goblins to tell them how to free these souls.

The author does a wonderful job of world building and character development. There is plenty of action, some shed tears and love throughout the book. I have enjoyed following Julianna on her journey to make peace between her people and the Dragons so that she and Ash can have their own HEA.

I always enjoy books written by Ms. Culican and this book and the whole series does not disappoint!

A fantastical, magical read!

She's dying...
To save dragons...

After the revelations in the previous book, I was excited about this book and how it would turn it out - and I was not at all disappointed!

War is coming...and everyone needs to become allies to fight the common enemy and win. This was portrayed well and captured vividly.

The world these authors created are simply amazing and gorgeous! I wish I could live there *sigh*

Full of dragons, dragon slayers, wolverns, goblins, tension, lies, action, adventure, war and love.

Perfect for readers of paranormal romance/fantasy romance.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It includes a continuation of the storyline from the other two Dragon Tamer books in this series, and the characters are all so easy to picture. This tale of a potential dragon slayer turned dragon protector makes for a wonderful read, though I recommend reading the books in this series in order. I'd recommend this book (and series) for fans of YA fantasy and dragons!

Brilliant storytelling. Slayers have been killing dragons for years and the souls of the Dragon's have been entering the swords of the killers. The slayers and dragons have always been enemies. Changes are in the air and Julianna and Ash are in the middle. Loved this series and as the story reads, you don't want to put the book down. I received a complimentary copy of this book.

Finding out all the tricks and lies of the goblins was extremely saddening. Especially with seeing all of the heartache it has caused Julianna and Ash through this series. I've loved getting to follow their story and see where they have been and the direction that they are heading. This is a wonderful series and I can't wait to see what's next to come.

This trilogy was a wonderful excursion I was able to take in the comfort of my own home. The characters were lively and endearing, the setting is where we would all love to be and the storyline was fluid and exciting. From start to finish, there was never a dull moment. I always am thrilled when a love story can be tucked into the story.

I loved this book.

I am not very wordy. That’s why I read and don’t write them. I will simply say this was an awesome read and if you don’t read it yourself you will be missing out big time.
I wholeheartedly recommend this book and indeed the series.
