Eww...yet another read in which book opens with one of the MC's having sex with someone else - this time it's the heroine in a full-on scene having sex with her stalker, while the Hero has picked a random blonde whom he screwed off-screen.

The rest of the read may have been interesting but author lost me after that scene and I immediately DNF'd.

For anyone who cares, this is about 4 best friends - Quinn, Colt, Channing & Brand, who have grown up together since they were teens in the foster care system & now all live in the same house.
All 4 have trust issues but they trust & protect each other. So when Quinn (who is in love with Colt) gets in a sexual relationship with Slade (someone who looks exactly like Colt) and things turn violent, Quinn tries to break off things, only Slade the Stalker doesn't agree. So story is about how Colt protects the woman he is secretly attracted to but won't consider having a relationship with because he thinks he has bad genes (his father killed his mother).

I loved it.. kept me on the edge of my seat... this no blood family were so close... but wtf kinda ending was that
. Will there be more ONLY story of Quinn and Colt??? Better be... other wise I would lower my stars

Loved it

I was eagerly waiting for this book to come out and it surpassed my expectations. This book has intrigue, steam, and sweetness.
