Colorful examples make this a fun read and help flesh out the core 3 part process meant to streamline life's necessaries allowing more time for pleasure. These three are: strategy, focus, and commitment. Basically identify a goal and figure out the steps needed to get there (breaking it down into manageable pieces), pay attention to the activities that must be done to support those steps and maintain life in the meantime (eliminating activities that are not necessary and are distracting), then act on the plan.

Great accompaniment to the rest of Sarah Knight’s books - summarises the key concepts from the original trilogy well and would be a good catch-all gift for someone who needs a little pick me up.

Nice practical exercises but felt like some of them took up too many pages in the book, hence the 4 stars.

Loved it and loved that it was narrated by the author. I listened to the audiobook and it helped me in a moment in time where I needed someone o something to help me get my sh*t together!

Read this on the e-book version.
Remember the time and effort I put from the moment I opened the first page until today, I must say this book is pretty good. This ain't like the other self-help book, things stated here by Sarah are pretty clear and straight forward : get your sh*t together! Well every single chapter and step were cool, I feel like this book turns out better than I expected. Keep in mind, it's been trillion years since I read (or finish) this kind of genre. So, yep, pretty cool. This is also the first book I read from Sarah Knight the author, so I look forward for her other books. Who, knows right?

Start with small chunks unto the greater one, now.

This is a cute book, if you can call it a book...

Having read both ‘Get Your Sh*t Together’ and this Journal addition, I am really wondering whether I needed both books. Maybe it was the motivation and activities that inspired me to buy the journal? But I ended up finding myself postponing and procrastinating reading (“reading”) this book.

This is definitely a book I don’t think I’ll ever finish, but possibly one that will always be relevant.

I found this better than the previous book but still nothing in the book that made me think differently. Can imagine this being eye opening for some though, especially if they have never read any self help books before. Enjoyed the humorous way some of the points were written.

This is really just my opinion. I didn't enjoy the book to be faire, it was kind of endless and repetitive. I got very bored, so I had to drop it.

Enjoyable if not overly useful. My favourite tip is to time how long things take you in a typical day/week so that you are better able to plan in future.

This book made me realize that I already got my shit together. There are some nuggets of wisdom here and there but if you've been reading lots of self-help books, then you won't need this journal.

loved the humor the author brought to the book about getting over some large piles of shit. Although the methods seemed fairly obvious the humor truly made the book

I found this book/journal on one of my jaunts in Barns and Nobles, and decided to give it a try. And let me tell you it was one of the best buys I have done in a while. This journal asks you certain questions that make you dive deep into yourself and find the truth that you may have been burying about yourself. Sarah coaches you through the whole journal, and helps you along your journey of self discovery. You will learn things that you never knew you felt. I was going through a stressful period when I got this book, and it actually made me realize that I had a toxic best friend. It made me actually find how to make myself happier and how I can achieve my dreams. If you are struggling through things or feel stuck in you life, than you need to pick up a copy of this journal to help you get on the path of self-discovery. If doing a journal, isn’t your thing, that’s okay, there is also a book available with the same name, except it doesn’t have journal in it.

This book is basically a step to step guide on getting your shit together. It was extremely brutally honest, which honestly is what you do need to get your shit together. It overall was good & had some good interactive tips & steps to follow.

However I feel like you have to be extremely self-motivated whilst reading the book for it to have a changing impact on your life. You would also need to be in the right stages of life - with nothing unpredictable being able to occur without throwing off the whole program.
