Veiled Sky
The bounty is out on Ani Maxima. Her name, her photo, and her exact location is now known to everyone in the entire galaxy. And worse that that - the bounty even includes the exact instructions on how to beat her at her own game.
Nearly a month had passed since Ani Maxima destroyed an alien armada and saved the entire planet. Life was normal again for the farming colony on Cassiopeia… at least up until every electronic device on the planet received a viral photo of Ani with alien instructions on how to kill this powerful SuperVirus.
There was no telling what sort of alien bounty hunters would be coming. All that was known was that this time, her superpowers would be useless. The only way to protect Ani would be to protect the entire planet. And the only way to protect the planet would be to call upon some tactics that Ani might have buried deep inside her head from her time on the USS Ptolemy. Perhaps with the assistance of her new friend, a spacecraft engineer from the distant continent, she might find a solution. Scott McElhaney currently resides in Ohio with his wife and two sons. He's a Desert Shield veteran of the US Navy, having served on the USS South Carolina CGN-37. Although his books didn't become available to Kindle readers until December 2011, over 250,000 digital copies have been purchased to date and he still maintains a position in the top 100 worldwide in the "Sci-fi Space Opera" category.

Great series recommended for all ages. This is book 3 in the Ani Maxima Files so I thought I'd write my review here. This series could be shelved as young adult since the main character and superhero is a young teenager and through 2/3 of the series, she is the one telling the story. It could also be classified as Christian Fiction since there are quality Christian views expressed and discussed at times. And this could also be shelved as Science Fiction for adults simply because I cannot imagine a reason why anyone of any age wouldn't enjoy this series. If you don't wish to buy them individually, I noticed yesterday that it was released as a complete volume on Amazon as well

I think this one was the best of the whole Ani Maxima series! She is the absolute best! I hope to see more of Reini Knight and Novius in future books. Great and loveable additions to the group.
