كتاب رائـع.. يعلمكـ انه اصغر الاحاسيـس والمشـاعر اللى ممكن نحسها غير مهمـه .. وماننتبه لهـا ونراكمها دون ان نعبر عنها.. ممكن تغير شخصيـة وسـلوك شخص 180 درجة للابـد .. بجـد علمنى كيف اتعامل مع مشاعرى بطريقه اوسع واحسن :)
