Is there anything worse than playing maid-of-honor to your bitchy college nemesis? Try it when she’s marrying your DAD! Olivia Chambers doesn’t know what she’s done to deserve this karmic retribution, but she needs a date to the wedding from hell - and fast. She’s used to matchmaking billionaires, but now she needs a Prince Charming of her own. Someone handsome and famous enough to make bridezilla and her minions drool with envy…

Someone like hottie ex-NFL star Ryan Callahan.

Ryan is looking for love. Well, the fake kind. She’ll play his perfect date - if he’ll play hers.

The deal is simple! Or is it? Take one week in the Florida Keys, a dose of sizzling sexual tension, a madcap wedding, and some seriously humid frizzy hair, and Ryan and Olivia have the recipe for disaster… or maybe the time of their lives.

But can Olivia let down her guard long enough to let Ryan sweep her off her feet? And will Ryan take his eyes off the (business) prize long enough to see what’s right in front of him?

Find out in the hot, delicious new novel from Lila Monroe!

A perfect summer read that’s sure to leaving you hot and sweaty!

Each and every book Lila Monroe writes just gets better and better…I cannot get enough of her fun and sizzling romances!

Like the previous books in the Billionaire Bachelors Series, Wild Card starts out as a business arrangement. But Olivia, the powerhouse woman who usually sets up the arrangements, is in a need of a suitor herself this time. And who better to fill that need than ex-NFL QB (and utterly gorgeous) Ryan Callahan–who just so happens to need someone to help him woo some investors. Win-win, right?

But once these two polar-opposite characters spend more time together, their “professional” relationship quickly shifts from business to pleasure.

*squeal* Wild Card packs so much within its pages! Fun, witty, passionate, hilarious, and romantic, Olivia and Ryan were two fantastically written characters that matched an amazingly penned love story. Their red-hot chemistry was evident from page one, but it was their intelligent and quite comical batter made this story so much more engaging and provocative. And Ryan sure gave Prince Charming a run for his money for his heroism in saving Olivia from the ridiculous situations she was put in. Seriously…that boy needs a cape, and ONLY a cape (ya’ know what I’m saying!).

I loved this book. Everything about it. Wild Card, in my opinion, is the best book in the series, so far! *sigh* Undoubtedly swoony, sexy, and heartachingly sweet, this book will leave you wanting more….and more! An absolutely fun, fiesty, and highly entertaining must read!

5 Stars!

Olivia Danvers found a unique market in the dating world by only working with the rich and wealthy. When a client needs someone to accompany them to an event, without the strings of a relationship they call Olivia. She runs a very discreet service and her clients appreciate the efforts she goes to keep them happy.

However, she has one unhappy client at the moment, Ryan Callahan. He is ex-NFL, drop dead gorgeous and trying to launch a business idea to some investors. Every girl that Liv has set him up with has not worked out for one reason or another and he is getting desperate as his pending meeting is coming up.

Olivia has her own stuff going on in her family life. Her father is a serial groom and is about to marry for the fifth time. His choice in brides has been unsuccessful thus far and when Olivia discovers his bride to be is none other than her old college room mate, she realises that she cannot attend this wedding without back up. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

This is how her and Ryan end up being a part of her dating service. She has never done this before but having him on her arm will give her the confidence to get through this farce of a wedding and help him convince the investors that he is a man worth taking a chance on.

From the moment they arrive in Florida things get crazy. Her new ‘step-mom’ is the reason the word ‘Bridezilla’ was invented. It’s an absolute nightmare. The only good part is Ryan. She is seeing a new side of him that was previously unknown to her. The lines are getting a bit blurred and she is beginning to realise what an amazing guy he is.

There are so many laugh out loud moments in this story and the situations that Olivia finds herself in are crazy! It seems that the lady who her spends her life matching people up may have just found her own perfect match without even looking for him. Ryan Callahan may just be her wild card…

I love the "let's pretend to be boyfriend/girlfriend" to something more books... Lila Monroe's take on one of my favorite troupes was SO fun and sexy!

Olivia Danvers the matchmaker has met her match in retired NFL player Ryan Callahan.

What starts off as a business relationship turns into more as Olivia and Ryan travel to Florida to attend her father's wedding to her psycho roommate from college Vanessa while Ryan is also looking for some arm candy in a business meeting with some investors.

Olivia and Ryan's chemistry was off the charts not only because of their fun bantering but because they were consistently there for each other in more than just the professional capacity... because they showed that they truly cared for each other's well-being. What starts off as platonic becomes more and the reader can literally feel their emotions emitting from the pages from the simple touches or hand holding to the passion that consumes them as their time together progresses. I loved every single moment with them... most especially when Ryan was saving her from the crazy situations that Olivia would find herself in LOL

Lila Monroe writes romantic comedy that isn't over the top or overdone... just like Goldilocks and the three bears... it is just right... just perfect... and she has found a forever fan that is looking forward to more in this series and just more from her in general. I am excited for what's to come!

Another fun read that is perfect for the upcoming summer days! x

Wild Card was so good I couldn't put it down.
Lila Monroe is my go-to author when I need a well written fun and slightly hot story.

Olivia is the owner of a dating agency, but her ladies have to only fake a ralationship with wealthy men who need a plus one to some events.Ryan is an ex football player in need of a beautiful and smart woman to woo some investors for his new business adventure.
They are are polar extremes, they met at Olivia's office and they make a professional arrangement,Olivia will take part to the business meetings with Ryan in exchange for a man candy to take to his father wedding.

I absolutely loved the main characters, their funny banters and their deep conversations. It was a pleasure to discover them, unveiling the many layers of their personalities, page after page.

I highly recommend to read it.

Have I mentioned I love these types of tropes? Yeah I have splurged, I am hoarding, and I am stalking any author with the romance trope of a 'lets pretend' relationship. I do believe I have read about 4 of these types of books just in the month of June - so yeah obsession is strong with this one.

Wild Card is filled with so many things that I enjoy most about these types of tropes. It was entertaining, the characters are both charismatic with sweet swoonage and the drama is nothing short of hilarious - not a second of boredom.

Speaking of the characters, their dynamics were perfection. Olivia is definitely an interesting character in a lot of ways. She was very stubborn, at the beginning she really acted like she had a stick up her ass, I personally thought it was perfect personality trait. She obviously took her job in a passionate, professional manner and was proud of her life. Though she is single she has a certain level of independence that I found empowering. Ryan on the other hand was also stubborn but he was more laid back in certain attributes. Though he took his job serious, which is why he needed Olivia's help in the first place, he still took things at the fly. I also enjoyed his vulnerability towards the end, he may be all broody and alpha - hear me roar - but had a really big softy side. Queue the 'awes'...

Olivia and Ryan's chemistry really clashed. At the beginning they tolerated one another for the sake of the deal, but as the storyline developed their agreement turned more buddy system. Though the sexual attraction was present from the beginning to a certain degree, they kept this distance and it allowed a sort of trust, friendship to build first. Ryan was Olivia's team, and she was his wingman - it was great.

And that chemistry! Whew. It was feisty, it was freeing and above all it was entertaining. I think because they had such a believable build with their initial friendship, the sexual chemistry was more believable when they crossed that line. It was hot, it was passionate and it was definitely delicious - I am pretty sure my panties melted off. Ryan can be my fake boyfriend any day of the week. I'll even take Olivia to really spice it up.

Even with the drama I could not stop laughing or cringing - not cringing in a bad way. The bridezilla made me think of the show instantly and I could not stop chuckling; my stomach was killing me. This definitely aided so much to the drama factor which a lot of the secondary characters did this. It was great. Everything from the serial groom (aka Dad), the Bride Tribe Shenanigans, and the interesting jack-hole Tristian.

I honestly cannot gush enough about this book. I truly enjoyed Wild Card more than I thought, I have never read anything by Lila Monroe but I can honestly say as of this point I will be adding her more to my TBR! Olivia and Ryan's romance was absolutely entertaining. When I wasn't laughing I was swooning hardcore. Lila is a keeper!

So far, Lila Monroe’s Billionaire Bachelors series has been all about matching up rich, handsome men with classy, attractive women in a business arrangement of sorts, and while the matched pair goes into their agreement understanding the stakes, what was meant to be a professional interaction quickly morphs into something more…something rather unbusinesslike and very personal, and through the first two billionaires’ stories, readers have been right along with the couple, witnessing their sexual chemistry, their mutual attraction, and their witty exchanges, waiting for them and their partners to realize that what they feel for one another is so much more than friendly appreciation.

In Wild Card, Monroe places the matchmaker herself, Olivia Chambers, into the ‘dating’ world that she’s created, finding herself in need of a plus one for another one of her father’s weddings, but this time, there are even higher stakes due to the nature of Olivia’s relationship with her soon-to-be step mother, so Olivia’s need for a date trumps her unease over teaming up with one of her fussiest clients, ex-NFL star, Ryan Callahan, and while these two may not see or even understand how quickly things heat up between them, readers see through their polar opposite personalities and the series of misfortunate but nonetheless comedic situations they finds themselves in for what they truly are - a perfect match.

Karma really must have it in for Olivia for her father to choose her college nemesis as his new bride, and that idea is confirmed as Olivia deals with bridezilla and finds herself in a number of chaotic situations, all resulting from people and an environment that seem hellbent on making Olivia suffer. But there is one person who has Olivia’s back and while it’s difficult for her to wrap her brain around her attraction to Ryan and the way he makes her feel, she’s quite happy with him by her side, which means that their business deal may need to be amended as long as Ryan wants to make things a lot more personal than professional and a lot more permanent than temporary.

Olivia and Ryan’s story is filled with amusing banter, embarrassing moments, and steamy situations. Try as they might, these two can’t deny the pull they feel towards one another despite the ‘roles’ they thought they were playing, and while it complicates a number of areas in their life, they both need to decide if the business side of themselves is more important than the personal side.

5 Star Review of Wild Card (Billionaire Bachelors # 3) by Lila Monroe
No one is more shocked that Olivia Chambers when she agrees to “date” Ryan Callahan an ex-NFL star who is looking to get finance for his new business venture and attend his meeting as his girlfriend.
Olivia is the owner of the successful business who matches people up, not one of the staff that goes on assignment. However when she is cornered into attending her father’s latest wedding to an old college nemesis, she has no hesitation is helping out her latest client as long as he helps her out and plays her boyfriend for the wedding and sundry events.
After all what could go wrong, a week in the Florida Keyes, with Ryan and Olivia helping each other out? Nothing or so Ryan and Olivia think? What will happen when feelings become involved, jealously rears it;’s ugly head and attraction becomes impossible to resist?
Neither Ryan or Olivia have any intention of becoming involved for real. It’s all for show. However real life intervenes and that is when the fun really begins.
Wild Card is a great read full of love, sadness, hope and humour. The banter between Olivia and Ryan had me in stitches at times. Ryan is most assuredly a swoon worthy, hot alpha male determined to get what he wants.
I loved this book from start to finish; it was a fabulous read, full of great moments that really brought a smile to my face and one that I really didn’t want to put down.

Wild Card by Lila Monroe is the third book in the Billionaire Bachelors Series. Every book is a interconnecting standalone. The previous books are Very Irresistible Playboy and Hot Daddy.

Wild Card is Olivia and Ryan's book.
Olivia Chambers is the owner of a dating service, she matches appropriate companions to the rich and famous. "Need a fake fiancé to get the family off your back? Need a girlfriend/boyfriend to show your boss you are stable? Olivia can help you out."

Olivia has been trying to find someone for her most fussiest client. Ryan Callahan, is a former NFL Quarterback, and needs a confident woman by his side for his new business adventure but up to now theres been no success. On top of Olivia dealing with her very busy company, she's also dealing with her fathers latest bride!! and needs a date to bring to the wedding.

With the wedding fast approaching, Olivia proposes a deal, she will accompany Ryan to all his business meetings and help support him. In return for him accompanying her to the wedding and everything else the bridezilla has put together for this ridiculous wedding.

What could possibly go wrong!!

Wild Card is a witty and fun read and like all of Lila Monroe’s books, this has a lot of humour and great characters. Thoroughly enjoyable read and i look forward to the next book in this series, Man Candy (Aug 2018).

Eh, it was ok. I couldn't really see the connection between the characters, it was mostly just an attraction. It was okay I guess, it wasn't 'bad' but it wasn't good either, I think I just expected too much. I just kept hoping for characters to stick up for themselves and to just form an actual connection etc. But I mean, it was alright.

Olivia & Ryan
I absolutely love this series !
Olivia Chambers is in the business of match making . It is not romance but convenience. I mean sure some of them have turned into turned into true love but it is bound to happen . She is amazing at her job but what happens when the boss needs a plus one? You make a deal with a tough client . They can each be one another's plus one and get both of them through some hairy situations !!It is all going as business as planned until it takes a turn in the real department ! This is a slow build , sexually charged romantic comedy that will have you laughing , swooning and fanning yourself!! Loved them and the crazy cast of characters surrounding them !!

**3.5 stars**

Where do I even begin with my thoughts on this book. I have read the previous two books in this series so I knew the basics to expect when it came to the story. What was a little different about this one person who set up the arrangements in the previous books was the one in the spotlight this time around.

It was interesting seeing the dynamics of Olivia's business behind the scenes. It's not something most people would think about and when they do they probably misunderstand the purpose of what she is trying to do. There is a so much that goes into what she does and I really appreciated how dedicated she was to finding the perfect person to complete each job.

One of my favorite things about this book was seeing Olivia on the other end of the type of arrangements she usually sets up for her clients. There are strict rules set up in each contract so there is a clear understanding that everything is supposed to remain professional and the arrangement isn't meant to be for romantic compatibility. As much as she initially tries to fight it Olivia begins falling for the guy that she has come to an agreement with. IN the midst of that she also has to deal with her father's new fiancee who happens to be her old college roommate.

I know this wasn't meant to be a huge part of the story but I wanted to know why Vanessa kept acting the way she did towards Olivia. I never understood why there was so much animosity there. Also I didn't like that Olivia's father didn't notice how Vanessa acted towards her and if he did notice I didn't like that he never addressed it.

I'll admit I didn't feel as connected to Olivia and Ryan as I would've liked to. I did still enjoy seeing their relationship throughout the story. They both had preconceived notions about each other and it was nice seeing them get to know each other and realize the other wasn't how they thought he/she was. If you are looking for a quick romance with lots of humor and some drama thrown in, check out the Billionaire Bachelors series.

Thank you to InkSlinger PR for sending me an early copy for my honest thoughts.

Garbage

This is supposed to be funny? The nastiness, the bullying, the weak characters? Thank goodness this was free. Just when you think you've read the worst, something tops it. Oh, and by the way, any parent who lets another person treat his kid like that, even if she is grown, deserves to die alone...

Having read and enjoyed the previous books in the Billionaire Bachelors Series, I was really excited when it was announced that Wild Card was going to be about Olivia Danvers. She is such an important character in the series that her story had to be told. Needless to say, I was really impressed with the execution of the story and how well ended. It will definitely leave you wanting fore more.

At the beginning of the story we are introduced to Olivia Danvers, the owner/CEO of The Agency, a matching business that does not aim to find their clients true love (though that hasn’t been working out lately). Instead, The Agency focuses on finding the perfect companion to the rich millionaires that might find themselves looking for a date to take to an event. These events are without any strings and there is no need for a relationship to follow. Olivia is the best at what she does, but she wasn’t expecting to need a companion of her own. After finding out that her dad is getting married to non other than her ex-college roommate/nemesis, she doesn’t want to give Vanessa a reason to give Olivia trouble again.

Olivia has been focusing on doing all that she can to make her job a success and that has left her with no time to have a relationship. She knows that this will create misunderstandings with Vanessa and to make her drool with envy, Olivia sets out to find a hot date to take home with her for the wedding week. That is when her newest client calls her to let her know that he hasn’t been impressed with the recent matches and Olivia immediately comes up with a plan to satisfied both ends. Ryan Callahan has proven to be one of her most difficult clients and she wants show him that she can deliver so she makes him a proposition. She will attend his events and he’ll attend the wedding festivities with her. It all starts with a simple contract, but the more time they spend together the harder it gets for her to see their contract as a job.

Ryan Callahan has the looks and wealth to get just about any woman that he wants. He is used to been surrounded with attention due to his job as a NFL quarterback. His name is well recognized, but after suffering an injury that stopped him from playing again, Ryan is looking for the next adventure in his life. He has been recently interested in launching a chain of health kiosks and he is looking for potential investors for this project. But the one that he wants to impress the most is an old-fashioned guy that doesn’t care so much about his football career rather than the money he can get in return. So Ryan needs someone who is used to being in those circles and who will not have trouble attending those events with him. When he hire the help of The Agency, he wasn’t expecting to find himself attending those events with the owner herself. Now he has to attend the wedding with Olivia and the more time he spends with her and all her family the more he wants to see where things can go when they go back to New York before it’s too late.

I absolutely loved Wild Card, Ryan is such a charming and hilarious guy. From the moment they met, the two of them have had such a great chemistry, but they know that they can’t take things further. Olivia’s future stepmom, Vanessa, does some crazy stuff to Olivia the minute they get to Key West for the wedding. From taking her luggage to leaving her stranded in an island, Vanessa has proven to be the worst future stepmom anyone can have. But this somehow works for Olivia since she gets rescued by Ryan every time, which is sweet and charming on his part. He has her back from the beginning and Olivia is starting to develop feelings for him. On the other hand, Ryan has to overcome a bit of anxiety when he meets with the investors for the first time. Olivia is there for them and she makes him feel secure again. They both help each other overcome obstacles in their lives and that’s when things start to get complicated. There is a contract looming over their heads and they have figure out if starting a relationship is worth it or not. I loved the concept of the book and how well it was written. The ending was cute and simple. All in all, if you’re looking for a great summer read then I highly recommend reading this book as well as the rest in the series. You will not be disappointed! :)

4.5 SMOOCHES!

I’ve enjoyed every single one of Lila Monroe’s romantic comedies that I’ve read, and I’ve read quite a few of them. She effortlessly blends together heat and humor, keeping her plots low on the angst and drama to achieve a light-hearted, easy-reading romance. One of the things I love most about Monroe’s writing style is how she pulls me right there into it with vivid descriptions and interesting details. She brings all of this together with imaginative storylines, fun side characters and sexy romances that result in entertaining reading experiences.

Wild Card is the third book in her Billionaire Bachelors series, and I’ve been looking forward to this book since the tease at the end of Hot Daddy. Monroe’s spin on the fake boyfriend genre is pretty much everyone’s worst nightmare with the heroine’s father preparing to marry her college nemesis. Olivia has made an appearance in both of the first two books of this series as the owner of the discreet, high end, date-for-hire service that paired up the previous two couples, but Wild Card is a standalone and it’s not necessary to read those books to enjoy this one.

Olivia has been working with the super picky, hard-to-please, former pro-football player, Ryan, to secure a classy, educated, entertaining, beautiful woman to be at his side during some important business negotiations. Olivia prides herself on her success rate, but she’s running out of options for him. Meanwhile, she needs a date for her father’s wedding, and it just so happens to be the same week as Ryan’s meetings in a nearby locale. The idea forms, and Olivia agrees to be his plus-one if he’ll be hers. What they didn’t expect, though, was the attraction between them and the fact that what they thought they knew of each other from their previous dealings wasn’t exactly accurate. There was no fighting this kind of chemistry, and it was quite a ride as business turned to pleasure between the two of them.

Laugh-out-loud funny and fanning myself sexy, Wild Card by Lila Monroe was a whole lot of fun to read and gets 4.5 smooches from me!

Fun, fast and sexy romp about a woman who is hired by an ex-NFL player to pose as his girlfriend in some business functions, and she in turn asks him to pose as her boyfriend at her father’s wedding.

Olivia Chambers is the owner of The Agency, a company that finds the perfect fake fiancee or date for important business men or actors who need someone on their arm to attend important functions but want the fake kind of date. She’s very successful in her line of work and one of her long term clients is Ryan Callahan. He’s ex-NFL, now businessman and needs a date for several business functions but is being extremely picky about his date candidates.

Olivia finds out that her father is marrying (like for the fourth time), and goes to meet her future stepmother. To her horror, she finds that her father’s fiancee is her first year college roommate who was a complete psycho bitch and terrorized her for that complete year. She needs a dazzling date for this wedding which is happening soon.

Since Ryan is still rejecting all the candidates that Olivia finds for him, she decides to take on the job herself, and by a lucky coincidence, the business functions happen on the same week as her father’s wedding, both in the Miami / Key West area, so they make the deal to be each other’s fake date and off they go on their adventure.

What ensues next is a sexy romp where Olivia finds torture from one side, companionship and great sex from the other side. She and Ryan make a great couple. The plot developed very nicely, with a great pace. It was a fun read, with some wacky funny scenes. I liked how Ryan and Olivia got to know each other, Ryan appreciated Olivia and saw behind the professional façade she usually kept. Ryan was very supportive to Olivia as she suffered through the pre-wedding activities. It was a fun read.

Reviewed on behalf of http://bookaddict.live,
I really loved this wonderful romance from the pen of Lila Monroe, this is only the second book I’ve read and I enjoyed both of them. We have Olivia who runs a high quality Matchmaker Company, very strictly above board. Olivia has worked hard and knows the importance of keeping everything in her life very professional at all times.
Unfortunately Ryan a retired ex-NFL star player, come businessman often needs an intelligent attractive date for certain events. Oliva is at her wits end trying to find the right one, until they both realise they can help each other.
What follows is a hilarious series of misadventure and indignities at the hands of her would be new stepmom. I’m rambling again which means I really couldn’t stop laughing at some of the misfortunes. What I should have said is the chemistry is hot and they fall in love while working to make the others life better. I have to say the  sex was HOT ( swooning )
This is told in dual POV’s which builds the story beautifully. Now I can look forward to Man candy the next book in the Series.

While I was wary of the billionaire tag on this the blurb felt like a good romcom in the making. So Ryan Callahan is the that ex all American football and while uber charming he is also a sweetheart underneath. Olivia successful matchmaker and businesswoman can be wound up tight and this little break for her dad's wedding is the ticket. But the caveat her old nemesis is the one her dad is marrying. She's in need of the perfect arrangement that's where Ryan comes in. He needs the perfect wingwoman to seal a business deal and she needs to impress.

They may have an arrangement of sorts but the Miami weather heats things up. Especially with the wicked step mom alert. It's a fast paced story than I thought it'd be but all the same the chemistry and lust was evident right away. While they were both different personality wise they got along easily. Ryan was more down to earth than I thought he would be and while he's confident not overbearing. Soon the lines blur and that attraction becomes more than appeal.

Wild card, that title makes sense, is a cute wedding date esque story with fun times and some heated attraction. The humor in this made it more fun, add to the witty banter between the two makes for a good plot. A fake relationship turned more is always a trope I like. I think I'm curious enough to back track too for the others. My first book by Lila Monroe and it was pretty good and enjoyable, quick easy vacation read. The next book seems interesting too

Wild card is the third book in the Billionaire Bachelors series. It's a light novel that's easy to read and it has some funny moments. It can be read as stand-alone and those who have read the other two books might see some familiar faces. The quality of the story hasn't dropped and I enjoyed this book as much as I had enjoyed the previous two. I am also looking forward to the next two books and considering that I can say that Lila Monroe has a new fan. Olivia's father is actually a good man despite the snake he is about to marry and I loved that twist he pulled in the end. Maybe Olivia can find him his happy ending. Ryan and Olivia were a good couple and I had fun watching them become something more. I didn't like the way Ryan treater though at some point towards the end of the book. Another thing that bothered me is a repeat offense in the series. The heroine gets blamed for something she had zero control over and it created drama. Hopefully, that won't happen in the next book.

What do you do when your father is marrying someone you despise? Well, if you’re Olivia Chambers, you take one of your clients!

Olivia is in the business of matching people up. However, she has not had ANY success setting up Ryan Callahan, ex-NFL star. Ryan now needs a pretend girlfriend to attend business meetings with him for his new business venture and Olivia needs a boyfriend for a wedding..both down in Florida. A week of “I’ll scratch your back if you’ll scratch mine” suddenly becomes so much more when feelings get involved and when jealousy comes into play, the entire week may have been for nothing.

Wild Card is a really fun read full of humor, love and hope. Olivia and Ryan had my heart all a flutter and laughing out loud so many times, I ended up reading the entire book straight through! Another fabulous book from Lila Monroe!

Maybe my favourite so far in the series? I think I relate the most to Olivia out of the protagonists I've read about so far from Monroe and her relationship with Ryan is super sweet and sexy. I had a lot of fun with this book. It was the perfect buffer between my last read and what I'm planning on picking up next. I'm noticing that I can write excessively long reviews for fantasy books, but this is all I can come up with for a romance like this. I enjoyed it. What more is there to say? I recommend, and I'm looking forward to the next one!

This one had potential, but then kind of biffed it with the reason that Ryan got all mad at Olivia. It was kind of like... really? Also - I really wanted to see Olivia finally put Vanessa in her place and that didn't really happen. Anyway, still an enjoyable read and I will be reading the fourth book.

This series in general, enjoyable, but not quiiiite there for me.

Good

This was very enjoyable. I wasn't sure I was going to like Ryan at the start, because he was coming off as an arrogant jerk. But it turns out that first impressions aren't always finale.
Olivia, I thought she was an older woman? Thinking that I wasn't excited about a cougar storyline, but I was way off. Have to say, I liked seeing the quirky girl beneath the uptight match maker veneer.
Yeah Ryan messed up, and I'm glad it wasn't the woman doing to groveling this time.

This was entertaining to the point where it was over-the-top. As long as that's what you're looking for, it's worth the read. The premise is that the heroine's dad is marrying her college roommate, so she needs an awesome date for the wedding, but a major drawback for me was that the heroine was such a pushover. Still, pretty hilarious.

Monroe gets ready to turn it up with Wild Card. Olivia and Ryan are a match made in heaven for the wedding from hell. Will they realize what it feels like to be in love, before It's too late? The elusive unicorn come to life. Wild Card is aces in my book. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!

Olivia and Ryan story was so much more than I expected. I just read this in one sitting and absolutely enjoying every minute of this incredible story. This series just keeps getting better with each story. And can’t wait to read Alice next. 💛
