As far as helping me with math, it did. There are good problems to work through...but I can't exactly love a book with mathematical problems in it. That would be very strange for someone like me, who detests math. My use of this book was for brushing up on skills for the ACT. Otherwise, I wanted it gone from my site. Math scares me.
