Imagine if you could start your dream business, work from home, and make a real difference in people's lives. When you become a life coach all of this is possible.
But perhaps you've already thought about becoming a life coach and then found yourself
"What if I fail or am not good enough?" "What kind of coaching can I do?" "Where should I even start?"
If so, you’re in the right place.
The authors of Make Money as a Life Coach get it. They know what it’s like to navigate the world of online business and coaching. After considerable learning and several wrong turns, they’ve both gone on to create successful coaching businesses.
Now, they want to help you do the same. Because here’s what nobody tells you…
… becoming a life coach doesn’t have to be difficult. All you need is a phone, an internet connection, and a passion for helping other people.
Yes, there are a lot of steps you can take when learning how to become a life coach. But you don’t have to do all (or many) of them. And you certainly don’t need to do everything when you’re first starting out.
In this book, the authors cut through the noise and show you exactly how
* Identify your ideal coaching niche – So that you feel confident in your offering and become the coach that you were designed to be. * Define your marketing strategy – To attract a constant stream of your ideal coaching clients. * Confidently conduct a discovery call – So that you sign your first paying clients as quickly as possible.
When you follow the steps in this book you’ll not only start your business, you’ll also sign your first paying client(s) in as little as 30 days.
Imagine how your life will change when you’re doing work that is purpose driven and profitable. Work that you are uniquely designed to do.
Reading this book (and taking action) will save you time, money and your sanity. It will answer all your coaching questions and more. You don’t need to keep trying to figure this out on your own.
If you’re a stay-at-home mom looking to earn income doing rewarding work. Or if you simply want financial freedom and a more meaningful life. Make Money as a Life Coach shows you exactly how to become a life coach and attract your first paying client(s) as quickly as possible.

The idea of life coaching has been in the back of my mind for a while but I felt overwhelmed by the idea of researching and delving into the ins and outs of what that all entails. This book is a great intro for the steps to becoming a coach and really inspired me to explore the possibility of becoming a coach myself. This book is great for anyone who has had the thought of coaching but no idea where to start.
This is a great little book if you have ever thought about being a coach. It is written by two coaches who are not that far up the ladder so has all the insights into the initial things you should do from people who have just been there. It included things I would not have thought about like how to close a coaching sale, legal protection and questions to ask potential clients. It also included information on areas I was curious about like pricing. Well worth a read before investing any more time and effort into this potentially lucrative area.
Obvious generic advice. The worst part is the sales techniques she advocates for. Which amount to be pushy if you have somebody uncomfortable with saying no, but trying to let you down softly. This is how you get reluctant clients instead of ones excited to work with you
Are you really good enough to be a coach, helping other people improve their lives? Do you know enough? And if you do, how do you find your first clients? In Make Money As A Life Coach, Sally Miller and Melissa Ricker take you firmly by the hand and walk you down the path to your first successes in your new life coaching career. Once you've read this book, you'll have a clear idea of why your are coaching, who you are coaching and what they will gain as a result. You'll have considered various types of coaches and chosen the 'type' that best suits what you want to do. Most importantly, your life coaching ambition won't just be a wish, it will be a Plan for your success. If you have ever thought you might want to be a life coach, or add this type of coaching to your other services (teaching, public speaking) or you have recently launched your life coaching business, but it isn't going as well as you'd hoped, this book presents the practical, sensible and do-able steps you need to take. If you are or want to be any other type of coach for adults, there's motivation and tips in this book that will help you as well. And, as in every one of Sally Millers books (this is the real reason I buy, read and re-read everything she writes) you will find yourself grabbing pen and paper to record ideas that come to you as you read this book. It's just something magical about her writing - she has the ability to get your creative energies flowing! Several times while reading this book (and others in Ms. Miller's series for homepreneurs) I found myself jotting down ideas, facts, making connections about projects I'm working on in my business, seemingly unrelated to starting a coaching business...or maybe she just has the talent to put readers - all readers - into the mental sweet spot for building their businesses, of any type. Which is why I think this book is required reading if you want to succeed in your own business.
Is an invaluable resource for anyone aspiring to build a successful life coaching business. This book offers a comprehensive roadmap, covering everything from finding your niche to marketing your services effectively. Miller’s practical advice, drawn from her own experiences, is both insightful and actionable. The step-by-step guides and real-world examples make it easy to implement her strategies. I found the content incredibly motivating and empowering, and I’m confident this book will be a go-to reference as I grow my coaching practice
Comes with a lot of take away but I’ve been coaching for a while and there wasn’t much information I hadn’t heard before. It was with a fresh voice and the author put a personal spine. Some very good points but I was looking for something mind blowing which is why I gave it a 3
As a developing life coach, I found this book to be extremely helpful. The language and information makes it valuable to anyone aiming to get into coaching.
