Arden Aoide lives in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband, two daughters, and three cats. Turn ons include men who cry during sex, long walks on the beach, and talking about herself in the third person. Turn offs include mean people and trying to figure out how to write an interesting author bio.

She doesn't write about the typical men you normally read about in erotic romance novels. She likes her men brainy and just this side of manic.

She's an introvert, she loves coffee, Internet, British television, and pot stickers. And pie. She loves pie.

This was quite an intriguing story and I enjoyed the interaction taking place between Noelle and Tyrone when they are incognito. Eventually opening himself up, Tyrone asks Noelle to decide exactly what it is she wants. The story also delves into the private lives of some of Noelle’s patients and particular characters from Dishabille, which adds to the overall enjoyment of the tale. All in all it makes for a very interesting story.

It takes a lot to render Tyrone speechless, so when Noelle texts him and asks him to be her Daddy he is not entirely sure of her intentions. Is this her way of getting back at him, or does she have an ulterior motive? But Tyrone is scared, not knowing if he would be what Noelle needs. Tyrone steps into his role, but how long will he let her play her game. This isn’t the Noelle he thought he knew and loved, but he is going to keep her, even if she is going to make it difficult and he deserves that. Noelle will only let Tyrone pretend to be in charge, but at some point he is going to take the reins back. Tyrone felt like he was courting Noelle and in a way he was, but he wants to do everything right this time around. At some point he would need to tell her why he left, then he would make it up to her. It is almost as if they were pretending to be other people to do and say what they really wanted to; it upsets Tyrone to think he hurt Noelle so badly she has to pretend. Noelle has let Tyrone into her house; a place no man has ever been before because none has ever been good enough. Noelle isn’t about to make this easy for either of them; she is just playing with him, was good at the game, and planned to win. Not quite knowing what she wants, Noelle wonders how far can she can really push and pull Tyrone. Noelle knew she was on a self-destructive path; was this taking it too far and beyond anything she can justify? Noelle thinks she is after contrition and Tyrone’s uncontrolled desire, but her feelings are telling her otherwise. Noelle cannot tell if Tyrone loves playing her game, or if he is just indulging her; she had started this having no idea where it would go and he was just running with it. Noelle knew she couldn’t trust Tyrone with her heart, even if her intuition is telling her otherwise, and so she tests Tyrone’s boundaries; she wants him to be capable of being hurt by her. Deciding to cut her losses, Noelle decides their time is over, but instead Tyrone leaves her in a confused state when things don’t go exactly to plan. Then Tyrone surprises Noelle at her office; while he acts as a patient she plays along with him. Tyrone has been playing her game and now it is time for him to finish it. Finally Tyrone says what he wants to say, but he is no longer playing. Noelle has been so wrong, convincing herself of something very different, not prepared for the outcome and now she has a decision to make, but would Tyrone stay? A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.

The second installment continuing on the story of Noelle and Tyrone and again I just loved it. I have never EVER read a book with characters quite like these two.....they are just so delightfully weird and imperfect.

My only complaint with this book and the previous is that it is too damn short and for no reason, it feels like there is so much more to tell in their story....but I guess I'll just have to imagine it all.

Now I'm going to have to download the series from the start because it looks like I started at book 5....whoops!

PS. I'm pretty sure I'm in love with Tyrone...ooooooh yeah.

I voluntarily reviewed a complementary copy from the author with no obligation.

This is the second book by this author I have read. The first being Noelle.
After finishing Noelle, I was looking forward to this book to find out how things turned out for Noelle and Tyrone.
I found toward the end, I became a little confused with all the characters introduced, but I think that was because I hadn't read the previous books in this series. Therefore, I had trouble keeping track of who was who.
But I liked it, and I liked how things ended up with Noelle and Tyrone.

Another amazing book by the talented Arden Aoide! A must read for all fans of her work! Probably best read as part of the Dishabille series so you have needed background information but could be read alone as well
