While the dragons of Treasured Ink work to take down their mysterious enemy, Varos has made friends with one quick-witted—and cute as hell—fox. But can a friend be a fated mate?
Ronnie's always been independent and focused on his work as a hacker. But when his work brings him closer with the sexy dragon shifter Varos, he realizes he's getting a crush on the burly, inked man.
As the friend spend more time working together on cracking the case, their feelings get stronger. But what if they don't feel the same way? Or worse, what if they're not fated to be together?
Just when they realize they might be meant for each other after all, the dragons find themselves tangled in a final battle to take down their enemies once and for all. But the big boss might not be who they thought it would be.
Ronnie and Varos have to focus on the mission like never before, because everyone's lives are in the balance. The fox's cunning meets the dragon's might.
But when will they get their happily ever after?
Alpha Dragon: Varos is the last in a steamy new mpreg romance series centered around alpha dragons who love ink and getting inked. Each couple gets a HEA, but the books are best enjoyed in order. Warning: this book is so hot it’ll burn your Kindle to ashes!
As good as book 4 was this finale to the series surpassed it in every way... Varos and Ronnie were not only a awesome couple, but a lot of fun as well. The culmination of the series long story arc was done beautifully and the authors even threw in a few big surprises that might make for some more interesting books in the future. So many types of mystical and non-mystical shifters to explore with planty of potential mates... I will be reading the remaining 3 books that have already been written in this world as well as looking forward to see what other awesome stories the authors come up with next. Though book 3 was not a favorite for me due to writing issues it's story and those of the other 5 books were solid and enjoyable, this series as a whole was fun and well worth reading!!!
The final book in this series, and although I enjoyed this couple (because they had been getting to know each other and becoming friends through the majority of the series, and I wanted to see them FINALLY get together!) the same issue I had with the previous stories continued in this one. For me, these authors just tell the story - they don't show.
I honestly found the ultimate bad guy to be a bit underwhelming; I kept thinking that they would discover yet another layer of subterfuge behind him, but it never happened. It's a little sad that this is the end of the series because I've really enjoyed getting to know the Treasured Ink crew, but I am very satisfied that they've all found their true mates and are starting families and making connections with the wider shifter world.
This was one of my favorite pairings in this series. I hoped Ronnie would meet someone nice. Varos, surprisingly, seems to be the least angst ridden of the bunch. Given his interactions in previous books I was prepared for him to have a terrible amount of baggage and to really fight his fated mate. I'm so glad he didn't. I am a bit disappointed in the conclusion to the mystery in this series. It's been an enjoyable thread to bind the whole, but its final execution left me a bit flat.
I thoroughly enjoyed this series. I love the dragons and their mates and I'm g lad that it wasn't a long series. Now, I can't wait for the holiday book to update the readers on the dragons and their mates and friends. Hopefully by then Annika will be back. (hint, hint) 😉 Keep them coming Kellan. DB
I did enjoy the book and watch8ng these two stop dancing around each other, the battle, why the bad guy was doing what he was doing and his takedown was anticlimactic. I wanted more. I am sad that this series is not over. I would have liked to see how everyone is doing later in life and see a little of the kids.
Varos’s book was sweet but also sad as the series seem to have come to an end. The characters Ronnie the IT computer geek and Varos the last dragon to get mated are great. The storyline is full of action and entertaining.
This series is great. It would be nice to get a short to see how everyone is doing now, but it was good. Not a complicated story,it was just a real simple read.
Fabulous tale where two male shifters find that the attraction that they feel for each other even though one is fox shifter and the other a dragon is a true mate bond. I highly recommend this book to all who love to read great romantic tales.
