Book Level: 4.8
Summary: in Dragonball, we start with Goku fishing, he then gets hit by a car; this leads to Goku and his new friend Bulma on the quest for the seven magic dragonballs. After collecting all the dragonballs you get a magic wish, at the end of the journey, villains have the ball and to save the day our heroes wish for underwear.
Characteristics that Support the Genre: The story is told through illustrations and sketches of the characters and their actions during the story.
Idea- there is a clear central theme, the title helps capture the them of the text
Other Suggestions- This would be a great source for a classroom library for readers who find the traditional reading (left to right or chapter book) a difficult thing to do. Students may find a passion in reading books such as graphic novels that have multiple volumes.
