From Audrey Carlan, #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Calendar Girl series.

Madrid—a sultry city alive with music, color, seductive sights, and a young woman with a dream…

In gorgeous Madrid, stars can be made, or stars can be born. Juliet Jimenez was born talented, with beautiful curves and a voice gifted from the heavens. With Juliet being so young and impressionable, I call in my best girl to help craft this Spanish sweetheart into a worldwide phenomenon. With Skyler’s unique, earthy approach, Bo’s special gift with a style makeover, and my confidence-building mojo, we’re going to have Juliet finding herself a future chart-topping music artist.

All we have to do is make her believe in herself. Ignore the scars marring her precious face and embrace her natural grace and showstopping effervescence. With International Guy, we’re capable of taking on any task.

Bringing Skyler along also gives my team and the authorities time to hunt down the person sending threatening messages. Unfortunately, it also puts our relationship in the spotlight. The paparazzi take some damaging photos that could hurt not only my girl but International Guy’s reputation. Big-time.

In the end, it’s not the paparazzi or the messages that leave us running back to the US. It’s a far more dangerous problem none of us prepared for…

About the Series

Parker Ellis, CEO of International Guy Inc., advises the wealthiest people in the world on life and love. And sometimes he can’t help it when things heat up and he ends up in bed with his clients.

This International Guy knows that there’s a whole world waiting for him. But as he goes from city to city—and from woman to woman—it’s possible that he just might find his own love along the way…

This is the tenth book in a twelve-novella series.

Madrid continues the wicked emotional rollercoaster that Audrey Carlan is an expert on. This book takes us from that initial grin to irritation to wowza to outrage to so many others, including shock, panic, and tears!

First off, I do not like Tracey. Earlier in the series, she irritated me. Now, I’d like to put her in a headlock and twist. HARD. I mean, who does what she did??? I’m…just…aaarrrghhh!!! I just can’t.

Moving on before I spoil it more…Juliet…what a sweetheart! I just want to hug her and lift her spirits and join the team in uncovering the beautiful light she keeps hidden. There were moments where I felt such pride in the growth she showed in such a short amount of time. And pride in the team! They are worth the time and expense the clients spend, because they do such amazing work and I love every second!

I loved the SkyPark day in Madrid! And holy hotness, Audrey! That dinner! Whew! Then the end of the book…I can’t and don’t want to spoil it, but…what a way to make my heart race, make me cuss at you through my Kindle, and make tears fill my eyes. Why do you make me love your characters?!?!?!?!

I love Madrid, I really do. But ugghhh!!!!

What a cute story... I loved the main story with the singer, very nicely done.

And now I am 99% sure who the stalker is supposed to be (its very easy to spot if you look for it) so hopefully I am right :)

Again again again, I must admit I am a bit tired of the erotica scenes, that seems to only go one way.. no reneveal...

Still, very good story :D

Audrey Carlan had me sitting on the edge of my seat nearly the entire book. I was flipping those kindle pages so fast my finger should have caught fire. This is probably the most nail biting ending out of this entire series!! Totally twisted and I love it.

I have a feeling who is the real stalker and its killing me that they can't see it. Thankful for a goodreads giveaway which I was this one. So addicted to this series and the characters.

I am shocked we haven't got to know Bo and Royce better by now.

I really did not like this book, i found it quite cringy at times and i felt like the character development was little to none, the erotica in this book was very repetitive and quite boring (i love me some good steam and this failed me). There was also literally no plot up until at like 75% they had this stalker. it was just a bit of a confusing read for me tbh(2⭐️).

Wow Ms. Carlan amped it up big time for Madrid. I've probably said it before but I think this one is my fave so far. Ok maybe it's because this series is just getting so freaking good and intriguing.

I love the message in this one. Juliet is the newest client who needs help gaining confidence to break into the music industry. I love that the message is to love yourself as you are and not buckle to industry standards and change who you are.

Now this has so much intrigue and suspense but there are some big revelations. And that ending was just epic!!! I have a pretty good idea whodunit but I'll keep that under wraps.

Now time to dive into the next instalment.

Great Series of short reads
Skylar is just what the IG team need for their next client in Madrid, a young girl who is about to explode on the pop scene problem is she has no confidence and needs a makeover, this was just what Parker needed to make sure Skylar and his puppies were with him and protected but just when he thinks everyone is safe once again danger strikes......

Oh my goodness me!
This action packed story will have your heart pounding at the suspense, drama, the uplifting words and the real family of the IG team! Seriously they are so good at their job helping clients with what they are needed for! I just loved the inspirational moments, the real love story between Sky and Parker! They are the couple dreams are made of! Seriously, though! When you think the story is going in a certain direction and you get a shock, needless to say this certainly didn’t disappoint at all! I really am excited for the last installments of the series! Im chomping at the bit to find things out!! Riveting series, start it now! You don’t know what you're missing out on otherwise!

OH. MY GOD.

The action in the books was insane. I can’t even with this book OMG

So, we’re given a pop star with no sex appeal in Madrid and so an immediate Calle is made to IG to help the poor girl out. Parker and Bo are the right guy along with Skyler and her expertise.

Not only are we given a pop star who needs help but we get a little more action from Skyler a stalker. I did NOT expect what happened at the end. My mind is BLOWN.

I love these books so much and I’m sad they’re almost at an end.

Audrey Carlan broke me in this explosive installment by throwing me for more than one loop I did not see coming. Betrayal by one of the most important people in a person’s life can tilt their whole world upside down possibly to never be righted again. A tidal wave came and blew my mind and crushed my heart. Ms. Carlan knows how to twist you up inside like nobody’s business and this installment is the start of psycho town where you will say, “what just happened?” You might cuss in your head or yell out loud or freak out. Oh wait that was me. Plus, if you don’t like dogs, we can’t be friends.

On a lighter note, Skyler comes with Parker to help with a case and it couldn’t be more beautiful. Sky was so nurturing and sweet and she will make a fantastic mom one day.
Helping young women love themselves and know their worth is so important. Audrey was spot on with this installment. Chasing your dreams and never giving up so you can achieve them plays out so exciting in Madrid. Parker and Sky make even more plans for forever and I am giddy about it. Bo made me bust a gut in this installment as someone gave him a run for his money and his commentary was infectious. Plus the sexy, hot scenes that Audrey is known for are on fire in more ways than one. I have come to enjoy the mantras in this series and this one, Never Stop Dreaming, is spectacular.

OMG my mind is just spinning after finishing Madrid. That sure was some rollercoaster Audrey Carlan took me on, and I fear it is far from over!
Before you get on a rollercoaster you start feeling the dread as you are waiting in line for the ride to start... as you are standing there watching it zoom past you with highs and lows and twists. Yeah Madrid starts with something I just didn't see coming. A betrayal that shocked me and had me dreading the rest of the ride.
Then the roller coasters starts - you are enjoying yourself feeling the excitement... that's when they head over to Madrid, and start working with a brand new pop star. This was full of those feel good moments. I love how Audrey writes characters that don't match the preconceived notions of beauty and perfection. Rather she embraces imperfections and shows how beautiful they are. It is one of my favorite things about her writing.
Then the damn twists started on this rollercoaster and my stomach dropped. Some I saw coming - ok, only halfway saw it! But then what unfolds... just no words. All I want to do is dive into the next book to see what is in store for everyone.
Madrid is a steamy installment in the IG series with some beautiful moments as dreams are followed and some intense, suspenseful moments that will have you holding your breath.

Review :
Audrey Carlan books are always refreshing and face pace. They are perfect to change your mind and they are page turners.
I’m still in love with the characters, even after ten books. Parker is such a sweetheart and I love how he is protective of the people he loves. If you are important to him, you are family and he will do everything to make you happy.
I always thought Skyler was a little passive and she was letting Tracey deal with too much. In this volume, we finally see her having some angst and defending her choices. She doesn’t let Tracey go into her head and I really liked it. She is building something with Parker and she will not let anyone be between them.
Parker and skyler's relationship is just perfect and real. It is reliable and feels so close to reality. They have their moments of doubts and questions. They always keep the communication going and try not to hide anything from each other.
I really adore Parker and Bo with Juliette. I was glad to see two grown men defending some body shaming against Juliette. They make sure that they respect her and that she sees herself for who she is, a beautiful and sexy woman. They show her how to love her curve and transform her imperfections into perfections.
I also really like the sister’S relationship. Violet is a tall, skinny model and at any moment did she try to make her little sister look like her. She was so supportive of Juliette and showed her only love and encouragement.
I like the mystery elements brought by Audrey Carlon around the threatening stalker. She gives us just enough to get our attention.
The only thing wrong with this book is that the mission in Madrid is too short. I would have wanted more of Juliette's process.

🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️

Holy crap, this series continues to keep us on tender hooks, if you have been taking in the Skylar/ Parker stalker drama this one is the one where you think everything is made clear…. Then surprise.

Heading to Spain with Sky in toe to help a new singer find her new pop star self, Parker thinks that they are safe. But as the saga of the stalker continues to create issues, it becomes very clear that this person really has it in for Sky and Parker, and being 8 hours away hasn’t averted his or hers nastiness.

While wishing away their home problems, Sky, Parker and Bo are sent to help Julietta a new up and coming singer. She had the voice of an angel but extreme lack of body worth. It is Bo’s crazy sexy Antics and style who helps her in the clothing department but Skylar plays a much bigger role in helping her self image. Taking her in like a little sister, they create a pop star in 10 days, leaving another job complete and successful.

But in return home, the apparent stalker is known, but not everything is as it seems. I didn’t see it, but this one ends in a huge bang…. I’m off to read Rio now.

In book ten of the series the International Guy team along with Sky are on their way to Madrid to help Juliet Jimenez, a newly discovered singing talent with a spectacular voice find her “style”. They have an uphill battle though as Juliet has very little confidence in herself due to a facial scar and imaginary body shape issues. Problems that aren’t helped by her record company expecting International Guy to change Juliet so that she fits the mould of the stereotypical pop singer.

This series really does just keep getting better and better and Madrid as it all. From suspense and drama with the stalker escalating their activities. It doesn’t matter where they go, their stalker always seems to find them. Comedy from Bo and his new admirer – definitely unreciprocated and an element of sweetness from the team’s interaction with Juliet – a character you just want to give a big cuddle to. And, of course, the intimate scenes between SkyPark are enough to set the sheets on fire. Throw in betrayal from someone you should be able to trust – Sky open your eyes!!! Even your puppy has better instincts than you. I can’t wait to read Rio to see if I’m right about the stalker.

International Guy:Madrid is the 10th installment of the International Guy Series and wow what an installment. the crew ha been hired to help out an upcoming pop star. This time Parker has brought along Skyler to help out since she knows oh too well the pressures and expectations of this business. It was so sweet watching Skyler's momma claws come out to protect this young woman whose body image and self worth is poor due to societies expectations and acceptance. I love how Skyler is paying it forward by helping this young lady see her worth and how her talent is one that can not be hidden. Giving her the tools that Parker had given her to bring out the beauty that lies within.

The crazy stalker is still out there terrorizing Parker and Skyler and becoming even more dangerous. Then there is the betrayal. The one person who you trust with all your being throws you for a loop and your left questioning what you once thought true and real. Things are starting to pick up in the CRAZY ZONE but in true Audrey Carlan fashion it is done with class and true anticipation of what's to come...

Madrid is book 10 in the International Guy series.

We continue on with Parker and Skyler’s love story, with the couple jetting off to Spain, this time along with Bo and their dogs.

Before leaving, Tracey pays an unexpected visit to Skyler in Boston, hoping to spend time with her for a couple of weeks. To me, Skyler was unnecessarily bothered by the visit. Sure it was not planned in advance, but Tracey is supposed to be her BFF. Shouldn’t she be excited to see her?

On to Madrid! The IG team helps a young singer gain her confidence, and I truly loved the message that was sent. To love yourself no matter what.

The stalker resurfaces, sending messages to both Parker and Skyler, and a red herring of who the stalker might be is thrown into the story for drama. For me, all that did was make Parker look like a ridiculous idiot. He was way over the top and was completely blinded by uninformed rage, tearing down people unnecessarily. Not cool.

Looking forward to the official reveal of the stalker, hopefully in the next installment!

I was starting to miss this couple :-)

Parker and Skyler have grown on me, and before they head to Madrid (my city!), they share a time of bliss and romance. The surprises were abundand too, and totally entertaining, both the bad and the good kind.

There's one thing that they share and make a decision over that I found endearing. Then, they fly to Madrid. I was curious about this city so close to my heart, yet I was comically disappointed when the first character they meet is a walking cliché from an old Italian movie, and he's suppossed to be Spanish? Oh well.

The theme of this installment is about finding beauty and inspiration in our unique and individual assets. What I liked the most of this episode is the deep love this couple exudes for one another and how close they've become against all odds. Those troubles really spike up in a nuclear way. It was awesome and absolutely tragic!
