Un tome où amour , amitié , trahison se côtoient .
L équipe est au complet et plus soudée que jamais dans cette nouvelle aventure canadienne . La cliente est une forte tête et il sera difficile de la remettre à sa place

This was yet another one in the series, that I werent so crazy about. I must admit I was excited to see were this book would go, following the excitement of book 5, but sadly... I werent that entertained.
Parker turns into someone that I really couldent get a grip on and some of the pages were hard to read (because of his moaning)
The main story also lacked a bit for me, and I did not at all care for the client.
Still, reading on, hoping book 7 will be way better :D

Chaque mois c’est mon petit rituel et même si j’ai tardé à le lire, j’ai découvert mon tome d’International Guy de Novembre (oui, j’ai gardé mes habitudes comme avec Calendar Girl !)
Après ce qu’il a découvert à la fin du tome précédent, Parker est persuadé que Skyler l’a trompé avec Johan, son ex-petit ami. Entre colère et désespoir, il ne sait pas comment réagir et est plutôt instable lorsqu’il part pour sa nouvelle mission à Montréal. Cette fois, il sera accompagné de ses deux acolytes et meilleurs amis, Royce et Bogart, mais aussi de Wendy son assistante qui est surtout une experte en informatique capable de pirater n’importe quel système.
Ils vont donc travailler pour Alexis, P.D.G. de l’entreprise Stanton Cybertech spécialisée dans les cybertechnologies. Depuis quelques temps, leurs logiciels se retrouvent copiés et mis sur le marché avant eux par des concurrents. Alexis cherche donc à savoir s’il y a un agent double parmi ses employés.
Si le comportement de cette dernière avec Parker m’a au départ un peu agacée, j’ai vite replongé dans l’histoire et je dois reconnaître que cette petite incursion dans le milieu informatique était bien intéressante !
Encore une fois, un tome qui m’a beaucoup plu ! J’ai hâte de découvrir la prochaine mission qui se passera à Londres, une ville que j’aime beaucoup ! ♥

OH. MY. GOD.
I did NOT expect this book.
A business woman in need of help after her ideas have been leaked to her competitors weeks before their actual release. She needs help and help comes in form of 3 handsome men and a gorgeous, fiesta female and let me tell you now, you’re in for a ride with this one.
Wendy is finally on her first undercover mission for IG with the guys, they need her skills that none of the rest of them have and seeing her work her magic throughout this book has been real fun. I love this woman so much, her relationship with the boys is absolutely adorable and I can’t help but love it. They’re protective and loving over her and I love to see it.
But things don’t go all to plan, things take a turn for the worse and ends up with shit hitting the fan. It’s intense and heartbreaking but I loved ever second.
I truly can’t wait to read the next book and see what comes from it, to have my questions answered.

Loving this series
Montreal is where we see Parker dealing with his own emotions whilst all the guys need to travel overseas to help a cyber tech company this job needs all their minds and concentration but that’s not easy when your mind is back in the States. Wow what can I say about the ending of this one without giving too much away apart from I can’t wait for the next instalment in this series.

International Guy: Montreal is a rollercoaster of heartache, temptation, shock, grief, wicked HOTness, and a love that cannot be denied!
What a book! Audrey took me on a ride that had me yelling at my Kindle, throwing my Kindle (then rushing to pick it up and hope I didn’t break it), putting it down so I could stop the tears that flowed down my cheeks, then holding it to my chest with hope.
The disbelief was incredible. I don’t know if I’ve cussed more at Audrey in this book than any other, I swear. The ongoing chant in my head was, “you better fix this $#!+ Audrey!” There’s so much I want to say, but it would spoil it, but let me just say that I didn’t blame Parker one bit for his instinctive reaction. Then again, I can’t really blame Skyler as I probably would have done the same thing. And as for Alexis? She’s a trick. That’s all I’ll say about her. Then the last two and a half chapters had me in tears that would not stop. Audrey, I adore your work, but you need to stop with the &@#% book hangovers even though I love it!

The guys are heading to Montreal.
Cyber-tech company CEO wants them to ferret out a rat in her company who’s selling secrets.
Unfortunately this one was my least favourite. The CEO Alexis was in my opinion shameless flirt and completely unprofessional. After the last book, Skyler and Parker relationship comes to a screeching halt. Due to him being a dumb ass he becomes a whiny bitch pretty much throughout the whole book.

Audrey is shaking things up in Montreal and your heart may skip a few beats. Parker and Sky are at a crossroads and trouble and trust don't go hand in hand. Wendy goes undercover to help the guys with their new client and all hell breaks loose. Shots are flying all over the place. Ms. Carlan finds this fantastic balance between love, grief, and shock value that has you on the edge on your seat and you won’t put this book down.
My emotions could not be contained and I might have freaked out just a bit or a lot as Audrey took me on a wild ride and basically made me lose my s$$$. Miss Angsty might enjoy getting your tears in this one because she definitely got mine.
This book takes wicked hot to a whole other level and will impact you more than you know as you hold your breath wondering will everyone make it out alive or are we going to be heartbroken?

A lot happens here
We don't get A lot of Skyler but there is plenty of Wendy (love her, she is so funny and cute). A lot happens here, between broken hearts, corporate sabotage, jealousy, crazy people with guns and the sexual innuendos we can't take a breath. All happens really fast in only a few pages. Kudos to Audrey, she made it work and it felt like it was the perfect length.
Free on UK with audio included too.
The narration was excellent.

Montreal was filled with so much heartache! And I wanted to take Park by the shoulders hand just tell him to get his head screwed on right once more.
There was a lot going on in this story, and it was cool to see all three guys going for a job.

Dans ce sixième opus, l’équipe d’International Guy doit partir au complet à Montreal.
Parker, Bo, Royce et Wendy vont devoir enquêter dans une entreprise qui créés des logiciels. La patrone, Alexis, pense qu’une taupe se cache parmi son équipe, une personne qui joue double jeu en envoyant à leurs concurrents leurs projets.
En plus de cela, Parker va devoir vivre avec le sentiment d’être trompé une nouvelle fois. Entre lui et Skyler c’est fini et il se doit de le lui dire.
J’ai beaucoup aimé ce tome, notamment en ce qui concernait l’enquête dans l’entreprise d’Alexis.
Les personnages sont vraiment impliqués et le mystère plane. Alors il est sûr qu’une grande majorité de lecteurs va très vite trouvé qui est la taupe, mais Audrey CARLAN arrive quand même à semer le doute et à nous donner envie de chercher avec les personnages des indices.
Par contre, je n’ai pas du tout aimé le personnage d’Alexis. Elle est tellement caricaturée. Elle représente le cliché de la working girl qui gère son entreprise d’une poigne de fer, qui est canon et qui veut que tous les hommes soient dans son lit.
La façon dont elle drague sans cesse Parker est limite gênante. Sans compter ce dernier qui se laisse faire. Alors oui, avoir le coeur brisé n’aide pas à prendre des décisions logiques, mais j’ai trouvé que Parker était vraiment trop faible et loin de ses idéaux dans ce tome.
La séparation de Skyler et Parker est un thème qui est largement abordé dans ce livre qui est, comme tous les autres : pas très volumineux. Il y a énormément de répétitions dans les scènes, les dialogues et les pensées de Parker. Au final, ça m’a ennuyée de le voir autant s’apitoyer sur son sort.
La fin est quant à elle surprenante.
L’auteur ajoute de l’action et du drame comme touche finale, ce qui entraîne de graves conséquences pour les prochaines tomes à venir. J’avoue avoir été chamboulée et surprise. Je ne sais pas comment ces ultimes évènements vont influer l’intrigue du prochain livre, mais ce que je sais c’est que j’ai hâte de découvrir la suite.
En conclusion, « International Guy, tome 6 : Montreal » est un opus qui m’a dans son ensemble plu. Audrey CARLAN nous offre une intrigue plus prenante, plus développée. Cependant, la relation entre Skyler et Parker a tendance à lasser car il y a énormément de répétitions.
Heureusement la fin nous réveille et nous met sens dessus dessous. Je suis vraiment curieuse de savoir comment vont évoluer les personnages dans le prochain tome.

En novembre, direction Montréal pour une nouvelle mission pour nos International Guy. Après la fin du tome 5, à San Francisco j'avais vraiment hâte de savoir comment les choses vont tourner pour Parker et Skylar.
Alexis Stanton est à la tête d'une entreprise avec son frère, Kidd. Mais il semblerait qu'il y est une taupe parmi eux qui divulguerait des informations cruciales aux concurrents. Elle fait appel à nos IG pour lui venir en aide et démasquer le coupable. De son côté, Parker doute plus que jamais de son couple avec Skylar et se demande si cette nouvelle cliente serait la solution à son problème... du moins à court terme.
Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié dans ce sixième tome de International Guy c'est que toute l'équipe est réunie, Parker, Bo, Royce et Wendy. Ca fait plaisir car c'est ce que je voulais depuis le début. J'aime les voir évoluer ensemble, chercher à résoudre les problèmes en restant soudés. D'ailleurs, ce n'est pas que professionnel, toute l'équipe est là pour Parker dont la relation amoureuse ou plutôt son absence sera au coeur de ce tome à Montréal.
C'est un tout autre Parker que l'on découvre ici. Il est à fleur de peau, susceptible, négatif et vraiment dans l'excès par moment. Il pense savoir ce qu'il s'est passé et refuse de laisser une chance à Skylar de s'expliquer. Pourtant, ce n'est pas par manque d'aide de la part de Bo, Royce ou Wendy, qui semblent le tempérer, le calmer et surtout l'amener à se poser les bonnes questions.
Si j'ai aimé cette évolution dans l'histoire et le fait que nos personnages ne soient comme sur le tapis rouge, j'avoue avoir été moins emballée par la mission en elle-même et ce, surtout à cause de la PDG, Alexis. Pour tout vous dire je n'ai pas du tout aimé cette femme d'entreprise qui comme toutes les autres jeunes femmes rencontrées jusqu'à présent est à son maximum côté sexitude et saute sur tout ce qui bouge, c'est un peu un Parker au féminin. J'ai d'ailleurs même cru qu'on allait devoir subir les vieilles habitudes de celui-ci et qu'il allait prendre le froid avec Skylar pour excuse... Fort heureusement, malgré les embûches, j'ai été satisfaite des choix de l'auteure, Audrey Carlan.
En conclusion, un sixième tome intéressant notamment concernant l'équipe au complet d'International Guy. On en apprend plus sur eux et c'est vraiment un plaisir d'en savoir plus sur Wendy.

Okay.. I am going to have to say that this is the BEST in the Series yet... It has so many ups, down, twists, turns, etc... I could not stop reading this one.
International Guy takes quite the job in Montreal. They ALL must go on this adventure with Wendy included. If you loved Wendy before you will fall for her all over again. What an amazing asset to this already incredible team. Think of Penelope Garcia from Criminal Minds with a bit of a naughty side.. She has the style, humor, and is an AMAZING hacker. She is definitely the whole package.. You will see a whole new side of her.
The team is sent to a Tech company to see if they can find the internal mole.. Someone has been leaking information and they need to find out who it is.. They all have specific jobs. Wendy is thrilled to be undercover in her element of coding. They soon discover that something is definitely going on... It is WAY more than they bargained for. Trust me you are going to feel EVERY emotion as you read this.. It was intense and amazing.. I have still not recovered... AHH You will also get to see a side of Mick that you have not seen....
Meanwhile Skyler and Parker are still working through some things.. Parker finally decides to fill his team in on what is going on and what he gets is nothing short of heart warming.. Can we all have a group of friends/family like his? They are AMAZING... You feel like you are part of the team!

OMG. Can An I give like 100 stars? This is THE best in the IG series yet. I’m not how to review it without blowing everything that happens. So let me say, you MUST read all the previous books in this series before you start Montreal, or you will be seriously missing.
Once again it is all of the IG men and much loved secretary and tech genius Wendy take on Stanton Cybertech and a company mole hell bent on bringing the, down. Alexis Stanton is “sex on legs” and the last thing Parker needs after the betrayal of Skylar. But finding the one responsible is a whole new problem. Digging through staff, interviewing each member and inputting Wendy into the mix as a spy only creates more issues.
Parker throws everything into this job, while pushing Skylar away. He’s devastated and ruined by the woman he fell in love with. But as his past issues overcrowd is current work life it leaves them open to the mole. Right to very end, you will be guessing who it is and the ultimate outcome. ((Enter gasps and throwing objects right to the very last page))). I cannot wait for International Guy 7 – London. Gotta know what’s happening next…..

This has got to be my favourite book in the series so far. After the shocking events in the previous instalment, Parker is off his game and, wanting to show their ‘brother’ some support, the entire team including Wendy is off to Montreal where their latest client, Alexis, is dealing with a case of industrial espionage at her tech company. This book really has it all including a femme fatale for a client who knows exactly what she wants and has her sites set firmly on Parker. She’s just Parker’s type as well, blonde, leggy with a penchance for stilettos so will he be able to hold out against Alexis’ wiles or will he give in to temptation and destroy any chance of “SkyPark” having any chance of a future. With Wendy in her first stint as an undercover operative we learn more of her background and how she met Sir Mick, her knight in shining armour. I have to say I love Wendy. She’s my favourite character and steals any scene she’s in. It was also good seeing the entire team back together in action. And what an ending – I couldn’t believe we’d be left hanging to find out if everyone survives!!! I can’t wait for London to release to learn the aftermath of Montreal.

Another stellar installment of these delicious International Guys & Wendy who are busy at work once again. All perfectly paced, impeccably written and keeping me on the edge of my seat with anticipation!
This client has been undermined a big a way. She hires the big guns, IG, to come in and help her investigate. Lexie is brilliant with code and a beautiful bombshell making her the total package. She knows what she wants - Parker. However Parker is still raw from discovering Skylar has gone to see her ex. Given his past, he assumes the worst and is completely heartbroken.
Over the coarse of their investigation - there is a lot more action and some highly emotional suspense when the team is put in harms way. The way these characters have grown close and bonded together - truly like family. My heart was breaking while I was rooting for all of them.
Will Parker give Sky a chance to explain? Has their whirlwind romance crashed and burned? Will he resist the temptation that is his confident, sexy client? Ugh so many feels! I am wrung out in the best way!

Montreal is the latest novella in the International Guy series. IG takes a job for a client who owns a tech company. Her products are being released by a competitor and she needs help finding the mole. This job takes Parker, Bo, Royce and Wendy. This was so fun that all of the team participated. Wendy goes undercover in the coding department to help find out who is stealing trade secrets. The team spends the time getting to know all the employees in search of the thief.
This book takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions. I loved that all the team is involved. Montreal tested Parker and Sky's relationship to the max. We got to spend a little time with Mick to see just how much he loves Wendy. I enjoyed Montreal and am looking forward to the next stop. I recommend grabbing book one and enjoy the entire series.

Parker- you idiot…. After last book and misinformation Parker is led to believe that his dream girl cheated on him- which we as the reader know she didn’t!! Ever the workaholic- Parker and the team (including Wendy!!) rush off to the next job without taking time to TALK TO SKYLER and find out her side! But on to the new job… there’s a leak somewhere in Montreal and the team is brought in to find the problem and fix it! Why these guys always get jobs with incredibly attractive females who can’t seem to leave Parker alone- he does show extreme resolve like he doesn’t believe himself in his resolve that Skyler cheated on him!! Who is leaking info and will Parker get his head out of his ass?? Oh- and the violence that comes later!! What?!?! Definitely ready for the next book!! On to London we go!!

MONTREAL: INTERNATIONAL GUY BOOK 6

This series gets better with each book. I’m not sure if it’s solely the storyline or you feel you know the characters more from the previously developed stories...you want them to be your real life friends and chosen family.
“Your mouth is coming up with all kinds of excuses, but your body is responding to me.”
This book had me an emotional mess. Of course there is humor intertwined in the devastation, betrayal, suspense and mystery that Montreal brings to us.
“And like all dreams can do, mine so easily turned into a nightmare.”
I’m looking forward to the next adventure in London: International Guy Book 7!

OMG I did not expect the twists and turns this book took us on. Wow it was wild!!!!
Parker still doesn't know where his relationship with Sky stands and just needs some breathing room. He jets off to Montreal with the whole IG team including Wendy to help Alexis figure out who is leaking their secrets to the competitor.
Alexis comes on really strong to Parker who continues to turn down her advances because of his not knowing how he is going to precede with the tumultuous situation he finds himself in with Sky.
The team is at a stalemate in figuring out who is behind the leaked information in Alexis' company but things are about to take a turn for the worse.
Oh my that ending!!!! I desperately need to know what happens. Gimme volume 3 like now!!!

International Guy book 6 takes us on a trip to Montreal with Parker. His life is a hot mess right now, with his issues with Skyler, and his romantic advice not well received by Royce.
Of course, the client is a super attractive woman who sets her sights on Parker. His rocky relationship with Skyler leads him to making a mistake with Alexis.
There was some intense drama in this novella, that I actually didn’t see coming. Hopefully it will move the story forward for some of the secondary characters who I have become attached to.
Again, I wish Parker and Skyler would just talk out there miscommunications and problems rather than avoiding them. I am expecting them to fix their communication problems and hoping they can finally begin to grow their relationship.

I want to take a 2x4 to Parker’s head right now!! Yes, I understand the situation between Sky and Johan looked bad, but how quickly we forgot about the tabloid pics of him with Sophie and the model in San Fransisco. Skyler never believed for one moment that Parker did anything and he’s going to take the word of a former boyfriend with a known drug problem?!? Then to end up almost giving in to Alexis. Ugh!!!! I hope Skyler gives him sh$t for that one!!!
Finally, I cannot believe that whack job shot at them!! I knew she was off her rocker but I was not expecting that!!! I’m really hoping Wendy pulls through because I love her character!!!

Guys, that book started from the point that san francisco ended. and I can only say that I already started this book crying!

In passing the book the guys try to find out who is infiltrating the company and discover this mystery. In a plot full of emotions, twists and lots of mystery, the book engages you in a surprising way. You weep and thrill with each character in this book that brings you a whirlwind of feelings. And by the way I cried too much in it!!!

Audrey Carlan continues to out do herself. Volume 2 has the next 3 books in the series - Milan, San Francisco and Montreal. Through out these three books, we continue the journey of Parker and Skyler’s new relationship and how they deal with the stresses of her life and his past. It also continue to show the brotherhood between Parker, Royce and Bo. We also get to find out more about Wendy and the “sister”she has come to be to the guys. There is a “cliff hanger” moment at the end of San Francisco- making me very glad that I had the next book. I can’t wait for the next book to see where their adventures take them .
