FANTASY NEVER FELT SO REAL!!!
loved this book. I was hooked right from the start. A wonderfully written, easy to follow, smooth flowing read that captivated me and held me prisoner. The scenes were so realistic that I was on the edge of my seat and my eyes only focus was locked on the pages. Taking in everything and following the storyline until the very last word. The characters were so detailed and descriptive that they seemed to come alive. The scenes were realistic and life like they jumped off the pages. Claire has such a gift that she welds so smooth and effortlessly to bring her readers in for a life like adventure. Incredible job Claire. Thank you.

This is a very enjoyable read by Claire Adams. The characters of Phil and Megan are very well developed and the story was well written. It takes you on a bit of a roller coaster ride filled with emotion, drama and a bit of sizzle that will captivate you. The book is a fairly fast read so you don't lose interest and will take you through real live obstacles that will keep you at the edge of your seat. I give this read 4.5 stars Enjoy.

A definite must read. The title of this book makes it seem like it’s more of a sexy story that will be short and sweet, but that’s not at all how this story is. These characters have both been put through the wringer in different ways and are working to pull themselves up out of the darkness. They meet at a party her dopey brother throws and hit it off immediately. Once they finally start actually dating, it’s a quick romance that makes them realize they’re meant for one another, but her brother has other plans for them. After a bad period of time, things go from bad to worse and back to decent. They’re still having issues with their relationship but haven’t let go of their friendship. They finally get their HEA, but it takes a lot of struggling to get to that point. I’m voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Maggie goes to live with her brother Brent after she drops out of college, she meets Brent’s best friend Phil at Brent’s party and there’s an instant attraction between the two. Brent has been acting very weird but Maggie just ignored it. Maggie and Phil start off with a friendship but it escalates into something more. Brent gets jealous of the two so he tells Maggie a few things about Phil so she stops seeing him. Phil has had to work hard to be a fire fighter but he has secrets that he’s not telling Maggie. I loved this story it was fantastic great plot and characters there’s twists and turns, drama. Love and trust and some pretty hot scenes and so much more. I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Megan has always been the good girl and is now struggling to find her purpose in life. Phil struggled to put his past behind him for a better future. Someone is determined to ruin him. Will Phil be able to move on from his past? Will Megan be able to find her purpose?
Loved these two. I loved the fact that both of these characters built a friendship before they started a relationship. I couldn't blame Megan for her doubts, but was really glad she corrected her mistake before it was to late. I didn't blame Phil for being cautious, but was proud that he was ready to put everything behind him. Great read!

I like it is written in dual POV, which gives the reader both the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. That makes the story even more emotional and captivating. The twists makes you just want to read more. It is very captivating and I read it in one setting. The words flows nicely of the pages. The characters have an amazing chemistry and passion between them. They are described well and are strong and likeable.
It has some mystery, drama, passion, hot chemistry, emotions, lust, love and unexpected twists.

Love, trust, and a perfect dash of drama, this book is completely absorbing from the start. Phil is a firefighter, and a focused one. One day he meets his friend Brent's sister Meghan at a party. The two have a nice connection from the start and it's beautiful to see their national chemistry grown as they work on a friendship. Both Phil and Meghan have their own hidden pieces and I was completely owned emotionally as the story revealed itself. An excellent read from start to finish, I highly recommend it. This is a voluntary review of an advance reader copy.

What a great story I loved Phil and Megan this story wasn't just a romance Megan came from a small town and stayed with her brother who I must say was stupid and into some shady business but has you read the story you see how it all unfolds there is a lot I could write in this review but it would be giving to much away Claire Adams has written another excellent book. Claire Adams has gifted us with a great read that has a kickass storyline; well developed characters; a few unexpected twists and turns; and a HEA That doesn’t come easy—but is worth the wait. The story features Phil and Megan. Their attraction was instant and blossomed quickly. I thought they were in love but then she betrayed him. Her lack of faith in him broke my heart. I was not Megan‘s biggest fan at that point and thought she deserved far worse than she got. Brent was a real slick liar and so scandalous! From the beginning he always had a snide remark for one or both of them.
This story line was highly entertaining and never boring. I look forward to this author’s next book.

This is a great story written by Claire Adams. The plot was riveting. The story-line flowed smoothly throughout. I loved the characters. They were well-developed and easily relatable. I was hooked from the very beginning. The drama that unfolded was off the charts. The HEA was just as awesome. I can't wait to read more from Claire!

I really enjoyed Phil and Megan's story it was so well written and had me hooked from the first couple of chapters.Both these two had less than ideal childhoods but in different ways and my heart went out to them at times.I just loved these two together both need and deserved to be loved and be someone's everything but will their past mess up what they have.This was a really great read.

There are a lot more stories in this book than I expected. All of them were very well written and the books all had happy, hot stories, but ended well, also!! I love a happy ending. I enjoy reading Claire's books and have many. She is great at all the sexy, emotional stuff. Another one has my stamp of approval!!

Megan and Phil have steamy and sweet chemistry. Unfortunately for Megan, her brother was a bit shady and unfortunately for Phil, he got wrapped in it as well.

An excellent collection
This is a great collection of stories, from a wrongly accused to hot sports stars all finding romance. Definitely worth reading, all stories including the bonus stories are really good and an excellent read.
