I love reading books by Zoe McKey

I enjoyed reading this book. I am looking forward to applying some of the techniques and knowledge that I gained in an attempt to create healthy and positive habits for myself.

I found this book very dry, lacking imaginative examples, with little impact on my emotions. There are a few good points therein, mostly consisting in drawing on other authors, but overall, the book doesn't make your mind spin, nor arouse the imagination. Self-sabotage, bad habits and creating lasting behavior change are very important things to me. However, in spite of all my interest in the subject, very little sticks in my mind after I've red it. Besides the audiobook version is read hastily, which made it even harder for me to digest the content.
