excellent reference material
This really breaks down all the data from Dr Gundry’s Diet Evolution. I intend to use this for reference. It detailed yet simple. I am really glad I saw this book. It also has reference link to the full Diet Evolution. It is certainly worth keeping for reference.

Helpful outline
It is helpful to have charts and lists of supplements needed. There are so many lists of foods that are good vs bad for you.
