It is in fact pitched to "dummies" who are maybe shaky with the basics of Office...a lot of "click this, then this, then this" type hand-holding. The word "macro" is not to be found here! But it's thorough at that level and I still rounded out some basic knowledge that I didn't have before. Plus it made great beside reading, i.e. it bored me to sleep pretty effectively.
