I started reading this as a pre-royal wedding appetizer. It was boring, not remotely my type of IR, so it just languished in currently reading limbo. Then #TiffanyGate happened, and a lot of things were brought to my attention. Things that made me understand why this book is beyond bland, and why the characters didn't have any spark.

"Royal Engagement" by Chance Carter was truly an unforgettable royalty romance with memorable primary and secondary characters. I loved the journey that Prince Alexander and Tamara went on in this story! The journey wasn't easy: twists and turns/drama abound during the course of this engaging story but oh was it worth it to have such a memorable happily ever after! (mtc)

AWEEEEEEEEE! This was soooooooo sweeeeeeet! Like cotton candy apple butter, pecan pie, sugar dumpling kinda sweet. I looooove this story! Another lifetime worthy story to read hmmm need to make that a shelf. So new author for me and a male one at that! This dude can write. This story gripped me from page one. You will fall in love with all the characters Teddy was my fav. (The hero's best friend)
So this was about a bad boy price who falls in love with a star actrees (sound familiar) Who's excited about the upcoming wedding???
Anyway these two go on a loving journey of a hush shush relationship until it gets leaked that they're dating. I truly enjoyed reading this it had me in all my girly feels like I said cotton candy sweet, but the love scenes wow I had to do a double/ triple take and make sure this was written by a male... Can I give a shot out to the author Chance Carter Dude you made me blush!!!

This interracial romance story is about mixed-race American actress, Tamara Callahan, meeting bad-boy Prince Alexander Rainhall at a masquerade ball and from there, their story unfolds.
Omg! You don't understand how frickin AMAZING this book is. I'm in love with this book. So romantic!! While reading I felt like a school-girl (blushing) The scene at Prince Alex's Springfield estate *sigh* My favorite song came to mind, Catch Me (I'm Falling) By Pretty Poison. I kept picturing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (Btw - I'm super excited about their wedding. Can't wait!) *Jumping Up And Down*

Beautiful...This is my favorite story now! Absolutely loved it and it's a story about two people that found each other with masks on. They role-played and pretended to be married and if you want to find out how it ends with them...read the book. It's an awesome story about an unconditional love that has every possibility of not happening. It's so worth the read!

WOW ! Another 5 star book by Chance Carter... This book was absolutely amazing. I was captivated by Alexander and Tamara’s story from the very beginning. It was such a gripping storyline that I couldn’t put it down once I started reading it. Twist and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. The characters had a chemistry that couldn’t be denied and lead to some steamy moments. They had obstacles to overcome in their journey to finding their happy ending , but love is a powerful thing. I was absolutely intrigued with the way this book was written. I for one simply found it stunning ! I definitely recommend that everyone read this book and follow these two characters as they beat the odds and make their HEA

Chance Carter has done it again! 💎 He magically combines great storytelling with hot characters and lots of passion. This is one of those books you almost hate to finish. Yes, I laughed at some parts, but once again he made me cry with the tender moments in this story. Congratulations Chance this book is destined to be a bestseller! Thank you for all your attention to details and in the process, telling a great love story.

WOW wow wow your books just get better and better Chance Carter! Another 5 star best seller I think.
Partying prince Alex goes to a masquerade party with his best friend Teddy. He catches the attention of this beautiful masked women. As its a masked ball they give each other names, Alexander becomes Dennis Kickaroff and the beauty becomes Katrina Blotnikov (Kitty-Kat). They just click and give into the heat of the moment. Unfortunately his mask falls and she flees when she sees who he is. Alex needs to find this women and thanks to his Nana he finds her. She's an American actress called Tamara, portraying a princess in her show, that Nana is hooked on.
Even though Tamara is an actress she tries to stay out of the limelight since she's been slated by the media but she cant get Alexander out of her mind. She's a commoner, surely nothing can come of their encounter. But Alexander will not give up on Tamara, his Kitty-Kat, the love of his life.
Can he convince her that all will be ok and will the King accept a commoner to be his sons future wife?
I would have liked to hear more about Teddy but I loved Sir Hank! 💎💎

A dreamy romance🌷
This is quite the story! It gently mimics another Prince in reality, but it's certainly doesn't portray an Interracial encounter. Playboy Alexander meets a young actress playing the role of a Princess, she has no idea she's about to embrace her own true romance.
It's an instant love affair, and the drama unfolds with steamy sex, betrayal.
I have to give it to Chance, coming up with all sorts of ideas is not an easy task,although I'm not particularly in love with this prince"s character from the start.But one has to give him major points for delivering through perseverance. That's what makes him an amazing ,very talented author.
I volunteered for this ever so hot steamy,sexy book and my opinions are my own.

Loved the book. Well written and romantic as always. I love the way Chance Carter's character always meet in the most unique and awesome way. Alex and Tamara chemistry were off the charts from the moment they met even though they did not know each other and there the mystery of romance starts. I could not put the book down once I started it. Highly Recommended.

The story was okay. I thought it would be better from all of the high ratings and praise but it was just okay for me. It was simple & predictable not much happened, The wayward prince falls in love with a commoner. She's had bad experience so she, the commoner wanted to keep it a secret (rolls eyes) they fall in love and live HEA. Seriously that was it.

Alexander, son to a King, is hiding his identity so he won’t get into trouble with his family. But that one lustful night, changes both there lives. Follow their live through the quest of true love. You won’t be disappointed. When they are together sparks fly. Chance Carter wrote a Great book here. I loved every detail and couldn’t put it down. Bravo Chance! 💎

Another great love story by Chance Carter. I loved this story form the first chapter to the very last chapter in this book. I was able to place myself in my mind as Tamara not looking for her Prince Charming but finding him anyway. Prince Alexander fighting against his family's wishes to marry a Princess to keep the royal line going instead of marrying for love. Prince Alex was able to fight his family on this to marry Tamara. His father finally remembered how his late wife felt and told Alex that he reminded him of his mother.

However, as fate would have it they each decide to go to a masquerade party to have some anonymous fun.

Tamara was a movie star who came to Europe to make a series about a princess and she met a real prince at a mask ball, Prince Alexander was quite taken with the beautiful woman with the red hair he spoke to her and when she answered him he couldn't stop himself from wanting to spend time with her so they played a game while there. She wasn't aware of who he was until the very last minute when his mask fell from his face and she ran away but he heard her voice on the television his Nana was watching and he didn't know what she looked like but he knew that voice anywhere and he went to see her on set. Then she decided to go on a date with him but she didn't want to get involved seriously because she was leaving in a couple of months and the paparazzi. So he planned the perfect date through his best friend Teddy. She was impressed as well as very attracted to the prince and she found she could talk to him about anything and Alexander found that he wanted to see and talk to her everyday. Then Tamara's little sister came to town to visit but Joanna was just running away but Tamara let her stay and she falls for a Duke's son. Unfortunately Alex's family wants him to marry the Princess from Sweden but he and she have something else in mind. Everything hits the fan when she and Alex are on the front page of the local Tabloid and things change for them both. A lot like The royals in London. Funny and interesting. Congratulations Chance on writing another wonderful fairy tale! If I had to think of a way to describe this book, it would be "hot, really hot fairy tale".

They spend their evening together, falling in love, having a connection with each other, but when that moment comes, Tamara runs. But as we know, a prince never gives up, Alexander is determined to find her again. And thanks to his Nana, he does but then he must fight, protocol, family, paparazzi, and at times, Tamara herself, to get his girl.

This story is so well written it captivated my from the first to last chapter. Chance Carters books just keep getting better. This has a great storyline and plot. The characters are well described and develops nicely through the story. They have an amazing chemistry and passion between them.
The story flows nicely of the pages and keeps you on the edge just wanting to read on and know what happens next. The mix of emotions, sadness, laughter, tearing up, happyness, romance and more makes it worth the read.
The characters have instant attraction towards each other but she has been hurt before and he is a player. It is a spinoff of Cinderella where she runs of when she finds out who he is and he tries to track her down. But it has very unexpected twists that makes it different and hot.

💎Another delightful, sexy 🔥 read by Chance Carter. It has a bit of a Cinderella vibe to it. The Prince meets a masked stranger at a ball and falls for her immediately. She flees the ball when she discovers she is with the Prince. He, of course, is able to track her down and their love story begins.
Once you get started you will not want to put it down. You will be drawn into their story and before you know it, you have reached the HEA. 💕

If you love sweet stories with a bit a grit and hot sex with a fabulous HEA, then you are in for a real treat!! This book had an interesting storyline that will remind you of a certain soon-to-be-married couple that is in everyone's sight, but this book is like seeing behind the curtain of privacy. I definitely recommend you not hesitate and one-click this bad boy. Make sure you have a fan near by because this story gets sizzling hot!!! Enjoy!!

You go to a party, wearing a mask as is everyone else. You meet a guy that you instantly hit if off with and spent the night having a wonderful time. Of course one thing leads to another and you have some of the best most amazing sex in your life, until you realize his mask has fallen off and he is THE Prince. Now what?? Can the chemistry Alex and Tamara have survive all the royal pressures? Will they find their hea? This is a wonderful book with a great story line, Plenty of twists and turns to keep it interesting and the pages turning. A must read!!!

Chance Carter has done it again I fell in love with Royal Engagement a definitely 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I thought Alexander and Tamara had great chemistry they are good together. With each book I feel that’s my favorite then another story comes along that had swept me away. Chance Carter storytelling gets better with each book.

Loved the cover of this book, but....
The story left a lot to ne desired. One the girl on the book cover has auburn/reddish hair but the girl in the story had black hair and her sister had red hair. The Royal Engagement was ok, the one star is for thw other books packaged in this book. Ugh, just stupid characters doing stupid stuff. My wrist was tired from swiping left searching for better dialog. Only made it through the Royal Engagement, couldn't finish the others. SMH, do better.
