A young Pakistani teacher who comes to India with his family to save his daughter who was born with congenital liver disease and required Liver Transplant. He gots accused of a murder in a hotel in Delhi. To prove his innocence and to expose the men behind the crime he trails out not only against time, but being in a foreign rival country he chased by both the police and his own accusers. The teacher realizes that the only way to prove himself innocent is to follow the leads to Jammu and expose the dangerous infiltrators. He is drugged and thrown into the river Chenab to drown to death while a woman tries to stab his wife Mariam with her knitting needle. Now the question remains if the family survives the tenacious attacks on them? Whether his daughter undergo surgery?

The theme of political indulgence and the side effects of it in the life of a common man is explored at a very higher level. This book is written in a third-person narrative. The characters are well developed. The language is nice and flowing. The author did a good job with the plot and twists as it has the ability to keep a reader hooked to the book and on edge.

the book actually starts with a story behind the story. a really heart wrenching one.

Unforseen is a fictional story of Yousuf, the protagonist, whose life is somehow involved with the Afridi family.
so the story begins with Dr. Arman Afridi, Ex-Colonel in Pakistan Army, his wife, Mumtaz Afridi and their son, Sharukh Afridi. Mumtaz is now declared dead, but she is suspected of committing suicide.
Yousuf, on the other hand, is a high school teacher from the village Rasoolpur, who was travelling to India with his wife, Mariam and daughter, Ayesha for the kid’s liver transplant.
The book has reference to the Independence of India as well the partition the British have created before they left. The two nations, India and Pakistan, are left now with feelings of hurt, and mistrust and war. The author has highlighted the topic of terrorism in this book and he aims at ending terrorism wherever it exists.

It is an easy story to get through. Also as you proceed, you find yourself engrossed as to what will happen next. My favourite part of the book is its ending. the epilogue is fantastic. All the characters are important and are well written. Highly recommended.

Cleverly woven plots are often a delight for me to read. There are many factors why I like these type of plots and think that the writers who construct them are some of the most skillful in their work. I can start with that these type of plots engage me as a reader like me, I am a very demanding reader, for a longer period of time, or until I run out of pages to read. Mostly, to experience this, the genre of the thriller is often one can rely upon. Chandan Sen Gupta's latest book, Unforeseen is a great example.

When I started reading Unforeseen, it sounded like an ordinary thriller plot which starts with a young Pakistani teacher who comes to India with his family to save his ten-year-old daughter and to spend his life savings for her surgery. Little did he know of the path that lay ahead and that it will turn into a nightmare for him and his family. He gots implicated for a murder in a hotel in Delhi. To prove his innocence and to expose the men behind the crime he trails out not only against time, but being in a foreign rival country he chased by both the police and his own accusers.

When I finished reading this book, I realized who in-depth the plot has been explored and how the emotions of an innocent guy are explored. The way the plot is organized and exposed in the book, it was enough to keep me on the edge of my seat at times. The theme of political indulgence and the side-effects of it in the life of a common man is explored at a very higher level.

With a well-constructed plot, I often expect the characterization should be up to the mark. Well, the protagonist does fit the plot but I did feel some of the side characters could have been given more time. This book is written in a third person narrative voice which again is the main factor to drive the reader to reach the end without leaving the book in the middle because it is well used.

Unforeseen by chandan Sen Gupta is a story of Yousuf, the young Pakistani teacher, who sets off for India with his family for the life saving surgery of his daughter,

Little does he realise that his visit would soon turn into a nightmare from which there was no awakening. he get wrongly implicated in a murder mystery at an Delhi hotel. Convinced that the only way to prove his innocence is to expose the men behind the crime he sets off to find the real culprit but is getting chased by both the police and the criminals.

The question is – will he survive the ordeal and succeed in exposing those behind the conspiracy?

The cover is eye catching and the title is apt for the story.

The plot is unfolded very skillfully and I loved the ending it's very optimistic and a great message has been showed from it.

The book is fast paced and some twists are always happening in the book which believe me didn't make the book confusing at all.

This book will definitely keep you hooked till the end.

It's a must read for thriller lovers out there and is also suitable for beginners.

Every year, hundreds of patients suffering from life – threatening health conditions visit India as it is a growing medical hub with many prominent medical Experts as well as specialized technologies and also, providence of other allied facilities. Yousuf and his wife, Mariam, a young Pakistani couple set for India with the same purpose: to avail the medical services so as to save the life of their daughter, Ayesha who was born with a congenital liver disease and required Liver Transplant that remained the only remedy for her condition.

Unbeknownst to the family, two Pakistani militants had also boarded the train Samjhauta Express to cross in to India. Yousuf unwittingly witnesses their getaway and, thus, one of the infiltrators, Fang, warns him that he will come after Yousuf if he blurts out this secret. The young teacher remains silent as he wants his journey to be uneventful; the sole aim of the successful surgery of his daughter in his mind.

However, Fang returns to silent the family forever as he cannot jeopardise his mission by keeping the witness alive. This pursuit deprives the family of their belongings and robs their personal peace as they are accused of murder, visa rule violation and more importantly, of causing havoc in India.

Yousuf tries to go back to Pakistan as the tension rises but due to Fangs’ persistent chase ends up as a fugitive holed in a stranger’s home in a foreign country. The teacher realises that the only way to clean the accusations off him is to follow the leads to Jammu and expose the dangerous infiltrators who are actually responsible for the damage caused so far. With sheer luck and his own ingenuity, he is able to track one of the conspirators only to be caught by the gang. He is drugged and thrown into the river Chenab to drown to death. On the other hand, a woman tries to stab his wife Mariam to death with her knitting needle. The question remains whether the family survive the tenacious attacks on them? Whether the little girl get a chance to undergo surgery and live a healthy life?

Yousuf is a modest man who treats everyone as equal and believes that if the two countries, India and Pakistan, can co – exist in peace, it can be so helpful for the common man who travel across border for various reasons. His wife, Mariam is also Yousuf’s confidante, who fights bravely to protect her family. It is the story of a simple family who have hardly ever moved out of their native village in Rasoolpur, Pakistan who is bound to flee around India to avoid the law force as well as the crooks who are trying to detain them.

Rather than the imprinted idea of Pakistan being a hub of terrorism, the author reflects that it is just another country with people that love and hate, smile and cry, struggle and survive. Through this story, the author aims to end terrorism wherever it exists and bring the two neighbouring countries together through a friendly relationship. He gives a picture of the varied culture and lifestyle of people in different regions of India through the eyes of Yousuf as he escapes from one place to another. The author acts as a mouthpiece of the common man whose words often get lost in a political war. While narrating the story, his aim is to bring peace in the valley of Kashmir.

Overall, its race against time narration keeps you hooked to the book and is a definite page turner. The climax in the book dramatic and very exciting. Readers of suspense thriller should give it a read.

Disturbing but optimistic message........

The thriller genre has never really interested me but I decided to give 'Unforeseen' a go on the strong recommendation of a fellow reader. The novel did not fail to provide several pleasant hours of nail biting and compulsive reading and has now left me having withdrawal symptoms as well as pondering on many of the issues raised.

The cleverly woven plot involves beside Yousef, his wife Mariam and their ailing daughter Ayesha many characters from varied backgrounds who either bring hope or despair to one.

Yousef's ordinary life turns into a nightmare while on a visit from Pakistan to Delhi for medical treatment for his daughter. He faces many challenges both as a fugitive from the law and prey for the militant/terrorist cell. Each challenge is met with a herculean feat leaving one exhausted in its path and the further he flees the more intriguing the plot becomes and finally the jigsaw puzzle pieces come together. Yousef's sole mission is to catch the perpetrators to prove his innocence.

The author skillfully knits the historical facts which explain the unrest in Kashmir. A further insight is offered on the customs, culture and language of the various people and tribes Yousef encounters on his hazardous mission. For the discerning reader outside India a glossary of some of the terms used (Antakshri, Bakerwal, Pandit as examples) would be much appreciated.

Sights and sounds of the regions fill many pages –bustling scenes at the railway stations, the pine forests of the Pir Panjal, the majestic mountains, rolling fields, Bollywood music, the wafting aroma of food served in wayside dhabas (difficult to control the hunger pains when reading late into the night!) to list but a few. Rural scenes, in particular are vividly depicted.

Yousef lives by 'amity not hostility' and the values instilled in him by his parents 'let your religion never come in the way of humanity'. These universal, humanitarian values greet him by way of the kindness and the hospitality he receives from total strangers. He is unable to fathom the Islamophobic sentiments as those expressed by some passengers on the train.

The final optimistic and laudable message is for 'unity and diversity, peace and harmony through a democratic process'. The Kashmir issue is complex and the heavy presence of the Indian army who have total immunity, the rising communal tensions within India, the rapid rise of extremist political groups leaves one in despair but hope returns with faith in humanity.....

After the partition, one strong country got divided into two nations, with their independence these two countries became each others foe.
And these countries are India and Pakistan.
Love and hatred are two emotions which can drive any human to the verge of doing anything.

Unforeseen is such a fabricated story that shares the light on a Pakistani person, Yousuf who with his ten-year-old daughter and his wife Mariam arrives India for the surgery of his little kid.
And Dr Arman Afridi, Ex-Colonel in Pakistan Army, his wife, Mumtaz Afridi and their son, Sharukh Afridi. Mumtaz dies but is suspected of committing suicide.

I am not going to let on more about the story grab a copy 📗to read about how these two families are interlinked and will Yousuf be able to prove his innocence?
Will he be able to get through all of this and get his kid treated?

Terrorism is really the biggest of all threats that one face and this topic is also highlighted in the book and like every one of us, the author also has a thought of ending the terrorism.

The hatred has seeped to the level in everyone's mind that we treat every Pakistani as a terrorist.
But we must realise if there is evil there is good too, exactly like we should not mistreat everyone because of some. Innocence is still alive.
Every 'khan' is not a terrorist is the same as every 'Pakistani' is not a terrorist.
I really appreciate how the author has brought this topic in limelight.

It's definitely a winner and keeps the reader hooked throughout.
Amazingly simple thriller not to miss.

It's something that will bring out the hidden love for our neighbour country and it's people.
Hats off to the author!

Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a thriller with perfect blend of emotions then read this book.

I recently finished reading this book and I won't lie when I say that I enjoyed each and every bit of it.

It is a story of Yousuf who is a teacher from Pakistan and travels to India with his wife and daughter for surgery of her daughter as chances of surgery getting successful is higher in India than in Pakistan. The plot of this book is not as simple as it sounds. This couple was labelled as murderers for the killing that took place at an old Delhi hotel. They escape from there and find shelter in Ghulam Mohammad's home. It is a perfect thriller which will keep you seated as we follow a journey where Yousuf and his wife are running from one place to another just in order to survive. Someone else was behind this mess and he really needs to prove that this couple is innocent and they only came to India for their daughter's surgery. He was being chased by murderers as well as police for the crime he never committed. Follow this journey of Yousuf to India and all the troubles he encounter. How will he get out of this?

Writing style of this book is so moving and smooth with touh of real emotions as this book follows a perfect narration for a plot like this. I was hooked to this book since the starting till the very end of this book. This book invites all kind of readers who are interested in a plot like this of course but this book can be read by people who are beginners as well as by people who are looking for bookish language and intense novels.

I really liked how well author maintained suspense in this book and gave an emotional touch to it.

This book actually gives a message to stop terrorism wherever it exists. Read that again!

So story started with Yousuf and his family who came to India for Ayesha's liver transplant. During their journey in Samjhauta express unknowingly Yousuf involved in the getaway of two infiltrators.
.
When they are in India , Yousuf was accused by a murder case and he was assumed as a terrorist .
.
❓❔What happened next?

👉 The independence time and India Pak partition part is something informative to read.
👉 Critically analysed book along with a very bulky size.

Deftly plotted, Unforeseen by Chandan Sen Gupta is the story of Yousuf, his wife Mariam, and their daughter Ayesha, who have traveled from Pakistan to a hospital in Gurgaon for a liver transplant. The girl, who is just ten, is suffering from a congenital liver disease, for which the only recourse is a transplant. The family has invested all their money to make this very important trip as the chances of success of such a transplant in Pakistan are very remote. The donor for the daughter is her mother.

As they travel in Samjhauta express from Wagah near Lahore to Atari, Yousuf comes across two young men with backpacks traveling on their own in an independent coupe. He finds their behaviour odd and when the train stops near Atari for immigration documentation, his inquisitiveness leads him to them. To his horror, the two of them try to kill him but he is lucky enough to escape. Before the attackers disappear through a small opening on the floor of the coupe, Yousuf is able to get a good look at one of them. But owing to the urgency of the trip and his daughter's fast deteriorating health, he decides to keep the incident to himself.

With all the elements of a great thriller, Unforeseen, blends history, politics, spies, and crime to bring to us an unputdownable book. At the core of this fast-paced book is the message of love, healing, and generosity that's inherent to the people of the subcontinent. In that context, this book rises well above the rest and reinstates our faith in Indian democratic values and our secular culture.

Imagine being accused of a crime that you are even connected to.
Now imagine a father in this situation who was there to save her daughter's life but is instead running for his own.

This is what the book is all about.
A Pakistani family of Yousuf, a school teacher, his wife Mariam, and daughter Ayesha.
Although they are Pakistani, they had a connection with ex-colonel Mr. Afridi and his family consisting of a wife who is accused to be dead by suicide, and son Sharukh Afridi.

Ayesha had a liver problem from a very young age and needed a transplant to carry on with her life.
The good news came into their family along with the fact that they'll have to go to India.
They must have thought of this as a wonderful trip which could save their daughter's but they didn't know what life had ahead of them.

Unfortunately, the family was accused of being terrorists and they weren't even sure whether they'll survive or not, let alone the fact that Ayesha needed a transplant.

This book takes us to the era of independence and terrorism.
We always judge people on the basis of the country they belong to, but we must not forget, terrorists don't have a country to belong to.
They are everywhere.
You might not realise it but it's the harsh reality.
Maybe your co-worker or a passenger on the bus etc.

I guess I've said enough for this book and now I should let the work talk for itself.

Read the book and you'll come across the difficulties they faced and the methods by which they overcame it.

This book reads about the journey of the protagonist Yousuf who fought for his daughter's life in a country, where his country is taken as an enemy. Yes , Yousuf is Pakistani and he came India for his daughter's surgery. Ayesha, his 10 years old daughter was suffering from a liver disease from birth. Yousuf, Ayesha and Maryam ( Yousuf's wife) were here in India just for a liver transplant. But this journey is not as simple as it is shown.

My reviews

I really liked the book , I loved the message at the end of the book "We can only survive through mutual goodwill." This book talks about, a father's spontaneous labour, a mother's sufferings and pains, love of family, fear of losing loved ones, accidents, surprises(negative), murder mysteries, terrorism, pictures of Kashmir valley, cunning political agendas, sacrifices, emerging of new and old faces, some humanity, interrogation, accusation, hatred and a lot more.

But the question here is, did the book contains good news about Ayesha ? Did Yousuf , Maryam and Ayesha lived ? Or something bad happened?

I connected to the story, which is the main part for the reader. It's a plus point of the book if it catches the attention of the reader. This book thrilled me a lot. Everything was perfect here. Book was in detail so it was long. Characterisation was good, story was normally paced, overall I find it a "must read" book.

To know more you just have to read this super amazing book. I haven't posted a spoiler here, I hope you all will read it soon. It's worth your time and money.

It gave me a thrilling experience and if this book will be made a movie it would be amazing, for me the story was running infront of my eyes as it felt like a movie I am watching.

I am grateful to you Sakshi for giving this book.

Unforeseen" is a story that depicts how tragedy can befall on any person, how a man can be the victim of circumstances. book actually starts with a story behind the story. a really heart wrenching one.

On the other hand Yousuf, an ordinary teacher from Pakistan would never have imagined in his wildest dreams that when he goes to India for his daughter's treatment, he would have to run for his life from a group of terrorists, that he would be labelled as a terrorist and that his family has to go through a nightmarish ordeal without any ray of hope. There is a lot of differences between both the countries but that doesn't mean that everyone are the same.
The book is divided into 32 chapters with appropriate name. It is one of the lenghty book I have read in this lockdown. The story is unique and worth spending your time. At many points i felt goosebumps. The twist and turns in the book make the book more interesting. The story revolves around the lead character Yousuf. My favourite part of the book is its ending. the epilogue is fantastic. All the characters are important and are well written. Highly recommended

Unforeseen by Chandan Sen Gupta is a story which is not less than a battle of an ordinary Pakistani person,Yousuf who lands in India just for his ten year old daughter's surgery along with his wife Mariam and has got through the toughest days of his life.
📚
It highlights the fact that not every Pakistani is a terrorist and we shall not ill-treat, discriminate and put allegations grossly on all the belongers of a certain nation for the wrongdoings of few people of that nation; which is evident via these lines:
“𝐓𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐈 𝐬𝐚𝐲 – 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬."
📚
I could actually relate the Yousuf's hardships to that of Salman khan's in the movie Bajrangi Bhaijan and also partly to movie My name is khan where sharukh battles with his identity and perpetually says to everyone that "My name is khan but I'm not a terrorist"; I could sense that in the character Yousuf.
📚
Although this is a complete different story from the above cited movies and has a very unique storyline as well as ending.
☑️ The concept presented is a common one but the story is unique.
☑️ Characters were resonant.
☑️Plot was well described.
☑️Book cover and title were apt.
☑️End was appreciable.
☑ Overall it's a good read.
So if you're a fan of Bajrangi Bhaijan or My name is khan you shall not miss reading this book.

The book starts with a story behind a story which was very heart touching.

Yousuf, a Pakistani teacher and his wife Mariam come to India in hope of getting treatment for his 10-year-old daughter Ayesha, who is suffering from congenital liver disease and the Liver transplant is the only solution to save her.

The Pakistani couple is ready to spend their life savings to save their daughter and agree for the surgery. But things don't go as per their plan when Yousuf is accused of a murder of a receptionist of the hotel he was residing in.

In order to prove his innocence and to expose the people behind the murder, he runs away from Police. But staying away from their own country it makes his life difficult as he is being chased by police and the people he assumed to be involved in the murder.

Will he prove his innocence?
Who is behind the murder?
Will he save his daughter in time?

This book is a fictional story woven around some real-life incidents. It gives reference to the partition of India into two nations and highlights terrorism which is the root cause of all problems between India and Pakistan. The author in his book hopes to end terrorism wherever it exists.

The plight of a Pakistani couple in India is very emotional. The narration of the story is interesting and fast-paced. The characters are depicted really well. The language used is very simple and lucid.

The story was very intriguing till the end and I really liked it. I highly recommend it.

🔸 A father is every daughter's first love, the one who sacrifices his whole life just to turn his girl's world to into a fairy tale to make sure she lives like a princess.

🔸 This story's a thriller fiction portraying an extremely overwhelming relationship between a father and his 10 y/o daughter. Yousuf and Mariam along with her daughter Ayesha sets off to India from Pakistan for her daughter's liver transplantation surgery. Little did they know that coming to India with a ray of hope in saving her daughter's life, would end up being a worst nightmare for that little family. While crossing the border Yousuf is caught as a suspect of murder and is assumed to be a terrorist barging into India for to carry out some mission.

🔸 The daughter's life is put under stake who is in need for a immediate operation. What was reason behind this sudden havoc between these two citizens ??! Will Yousuf be able to prove his innocence? What about her daughter and his wife ?? Will Ayesha ever see her father again ??If so, how will he fights his odds to save her daughter's life that's hanging in stake?
This story made me cry so hard.

🔸 A very well penned plot with a grip to it till the very last, you'll get indulged with it's emotions which is portrayed beyond our imagination.

Loved reading it. 💛

An unbeatable suspense
I would give 5 out of 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

For this cost, which is not high , this book is a must read for every book lovers.
"Unforseen" story tells about Yousuf, a teacher from Pakistan who has travelled to India along with his wife Mariam and their daughter for his daughter Ayesha treatment, who was suffering with congenital liver disease. While coming to India Yousuf would have never imagined that he has to go through such critical atmosphere, he would be tagged as Terrorist and Spy from Pakistan. I really feel pity for Yousuf's family and for Saira, Anwar who lost life helping this family to get out of the problem.
Fear mongering is about a mindset which can set in the brains of anybody, anyplace, independent of religion.

With a real existence frequenting fight between the dangerous infiltrators, Yousuf and the order authorities, Unforeseen is unquestionably an unputdownable book which keeps you on the edge constantly.

The writer has accepted to hold the suspense until the end. Language was very clear and easily understood.
This story prooves that, still their are some people like Ghulam Mohammed ,Sikh, Bakerwal who see beyond the differences of country and religion and believes in Humanity.

Yousuf Beg, a high-school teacher from Rasoolpur village, boards Samjhauta Express with his family for a life saving surgery of his little daughter. This journey turns into a nightmare for the young man and his family from the moment the train crosses the border - first her is threatened by two infiltrates and after landing in Delhi blamed for the murder of a night receptionist of a hotel in Chandni Chowk. Yousuf plans to capture the convicts (terrorists) to prove his innocence he follows Shahid Khan to Jammu he is kidnapped.

Will Yousuf Beg prove his innocence?

Will Yousuf Beg be able to save his family from this chaotic mess?

I took a while to read this book not because it's tough, it's an easy book, I was enjoying the story's track - a husband and father's fear for his family, a young man's conviction to prove his innocence and most importantly a simple Indian/Pakistani's desire for a happy and safe life was a delight to read. The story track is well knotted maintaing the thrill with smooth till the very end. What makes this story special are the tales of the people Yousuf meets or crosses in his journey, every person has a story to share and every story is equally interesting.

BOOK REVIEW of Unforeseen By Chandra Sen Gupta •
Rating:- ⭐⭐⭐⭐. 5/ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Book review:- When Yousuf, the young Pakistani teacher from Rasoolpur, sets off for India with his family for the life saving surgery of his ten-year-old daughter, little does he realise that his sojourn would soon turn into a nightmare from which there was no awakening. His unforeseen ordeal, which begins on the train from Lahore, continues as he is wrongly implicated in a murder at an Old-Delhi hotel. Convinced that the only way to prove his innocence is to expose the men behind the crime, he boards a train to Jammu. However, he is soon overtaken by the outlaws on whose trail he had set out. The out-of-breath Pakistani is pursued, both, by the police as well as murderous infiltrators. While he is on the run, Yousuf realises that much more than what meets the eye, is at stake. The question is - will he survive the ordeal and succeed in exposing those behind the conspiracy?

My review:- This was my best thriller read in this year. I spent a lot of time staring on the cover after I finished the book as the cover is quite good. Totally Recommendable! 😁

I love reading and it is my hobby. I am usually in hunt of good novels which reflect real life events. And unforseen is of it.
It shows that life is totally unpredictable and we never know what is at the table waiting for us. Unforseen is beautifully written and easy understandable. The story is of a father, who is a high school teacher from rasoolpur village. He wants his daughter to recover so travels to Delhi by samjhuata express with his family for a life saving surgery of her daughter. He travels to India with the hope that her daughter might get recovered. But life is not as we always expect, it has its own plans when we are busy making ours. His journey becomes a nightmare for him and his family.
He is accused of murdering a hotel receptionist in Delhi. Yousuf plans to find the murderers to prove his innocence and the story further resolves around his journey to find them.

Will Yousuf be able to prove his innocence?
What else is waiting for him in life?

Unforseen is wonderfully written and edited. It's a 5 star rater from my end and this book has been my companion in lockdown

A book on terrorism and a battle for daughter's life.
The story is about family of pakistani school teacher Yousuf. His daughter needs a liver transplant to continue her life and they got a news from India that it can be possible. They took the samjhauta express train to go visit India but little did they know what is in their path.

Unfortunately Yousuf unknowingly witnessed a murder by few people and they caught him and warned him if he blurt out their secret it will no lt be good for him.

But to his misfortune Yousuf was false accused for the crime which he did not commit and were blames as terrorist by the police. To prove his innocence Yousuf was running for his life and also was looking after the main culprit who was behind it.

Will he survive the ordeal and succeed in exposing those behind the conspiracy?
Will he be able to prove his innocence?

The book took us to the era of terrorism and independence.I find the cover and the title of the book very well apt with the story.Characters are well explained by the author. The story will keep you hooked till the end as it has lot of twist and turns.
