Simplicity and Lee’ Shay are best friends in every way possible until money, sex and jealousy come into play. It all starts out with a battle of popularity and quickly flares into a war of personal possessions, including men. Through this costly fight, both Simplicity and Lee’ Shay are tested in ways that are unimaginable. They are even pushed to do the unthinkable. Without completely losing herself, Lee’ Shay plans to teach Simplicity a very valuable lesson… that is if it doesn’t backfire in her face. Flip through these extremely explicit pages to find out who will become ‘Queen B’ and walk away with the man, money and crown!
So I enjoyed the book. However, It Was A Missing Some Info. I Would’ve Liked A Bigger Background On The Girls Upbringings, Maybe Past Relationships. What Nasiah Was Really Doing Or Using The Money For That He Was Getting From Both Of Them. Whatever Happened To Dude’s Gambling Issue? I Would’ve Liked His POV A Lil More. Whatever Happened With Their Business? Simplicity Never Took The Offer. Why Did Shay Keep Giving Her Chances? What Did She Agree To at The End? I Feel Shay Got What She Deserved. I Will Definitely Read More From Both Authors Tho
Once a friend turns into an enemy. Never put your trust in that person again. A true friend would never sleep with your ex. Then turn around and steal from you. All that time Simplicity talked about Lee' What. Now she has gone from getting money for sex to giving up money. I know she couldn't have possibly thought that that ninja was going to change. Now Simplicity has to pay him to be a father to his child. She done took being desperate to a whole nother level. First love yourself then and only then you can love somebody else!!!!!
I didn't like this book. There was not enough of a story line. Every other page was them having sex. Everyone having sex all throughout the book. So much I started forgetting what the story was about. Could have been a could back.
I loved this book. Simplicity was a lowdown trifling something. Karma came back and bit her in the end. I wouldn't be paying no man to take care of his child though. That's a new low.
I mean....idk. It was more sex scenes than anything else. The “drama” was predictable. Jamison’s character confused me. Quick read with no details for the imagination. Eh.
I remember this book. Just another Pay Day. Simplicity needed a butt whipping long time ago. LeeShay had patient. Glad she found her happiness. Simplicity gonna feel how Lee What felt
Where do I start? Even though these characters stated they were friends, there was definitely alot of shady stuff going on. Shay just happened to fall into it because she was trying the please her man...but I think I would have wanted to know who I was inviting in before they got there. It could have turned out totally different. Simplicity on the other hand was really a piece of work! It was funny how the tables did turn on her in the end. Overall this was a ok book but there was not alot of suspense & drama...just alot of sex.
This is one of those books you wish you jump in and smack a couple characters around. There is nothing worse than a friend shrugging off a fake apology and tell you to get over it! Wow!
With friends like these, who needs enemies. This book had me on edge and wanting to jump into the storyline and choke out a few people, especially Lee'Shay. So much drama, lies, deceit and backstabbing. I'm so glad that she put on her big girl panties.
I loved the story a the ending was well deserved but it tested friendships and loyalty and her friend a a jealous b**ch but she got her just due in the end again ladies well done 👍 👍
Simplicity sure lived up to her name in this book... Simple. She was a terrible friend an gold digger. Her friends on the other hand Shay was naive and gullible. Glad it worked out for more than one character even though they didn't deserve it.
That was a good book I'm glad Shay got married but her friend got what she deserve she knew who her baby father was now he using her this was a great read
