Imagine what it would be like to have your own personal GPS system that alerts you when you are straying off course with your behavior, emotions, or reactions to game time events. That could change performance dynamics and conserve energy vital to peak performance in a profound way.

Staying “centered” builds mental toughness and improves performance. It also makes watching sports more enjoyable. These concepts are creating the same results in other areas of life, like test taking, presentations, interviews, and other potentially stressful situations.

Are you ready to take your game to the next level? Champion's Mental Edge takes you and your team to the next level of performance and beyond.

Learn about improving performance ─ overcoming mental blocks, addressing the mental and emotional impact of sports related injuries, parenting athletes, and building championship sports culture with Champion's Mental Edge!

Outstanding Insights

This is a great book to read all the way through once and get a general understanding of its direction and focus.

NOW it sits on my desk as a cherished, practical reference that I refer to for guidance to approach specific situations. The format Robert used to present these topics is ideal for someone who wants to seek and apply solutions.
