Red is alone. Surrounded by happy couples, it seems as though every other member of his pack has found their fated mate, settled down and started a family. Everyone except him. Jet’s heart is aching, for the love he met ten years ago at the orphanage, the love he lost, and the love he’s desperately hoping to find again.
Casper isn’t alone, but he might as well be. After leaving the orphanage, he was taken in by Sonny, a powerful mob boss who will never let him go. Living as a kept man, a sugar baby, the relationship has yet to be consummated, but Sonny is determined to change that – soon.
Casper needs to get out. But it’s impossible. Sonny is a powerful man and has him under the constant watchful eye of his men. But that night, as Casper’s preparing himself for the deed, he smells something he hasn’t smelled in ten years – Red’s scent!
Reunited after ten years, will Casper and Red be able to escape Sonny’s clutches and will the two fulfill their second chance at love?
Omega’s Claim is Book 4 in the Foxes of Scarlet Peak, featuring a second chance romance that spans the years, a saucy omega not afraid to stand up for himself, and all the spicy goodness you’ve come to expect from Aspen Grey. Omega’s Claim works best when read in a series, but can be read as a standalone! Oh, and don’t forget a nice HEA! :)
Once again Aspen Grey has given us a well written shifter book that pulls you in from the first page. I have loved this whole series and I enjoy that you get all of the characters from previous books so you keep with them within the story. Red deserved his own story finally and I'm glad he found his one and only in Casper who he met in school all those years ago. Can't wait to see if Osana is going to get her own story soon. Enjoy
I received this book by the author for a honest opinion. This is the 4th book in the foxes of scarlet series and its Reds turn to get his happy ever after and for us to see the man behind his cool elusive facade. I had been looking forward to Reds story who is alpha of the scarlet foxes and I was not disappointed. We get a closer look into Reds past and how he's become who he is, I really felt for Red when after being in a school for orphans he finally finds his fated mate Caspar who is a fellow class mate until it is all taken from him in one fateful night when Caspar disappears without a trace leaving Red bereft and all alone. With every member of the pack finding there mates and settling down with families he needs time to try and distance himself from the painful memories of the what ifs of what his life would of been like if Caspar hadn't left. His musing takes him to the place where his happiest and saddest moments of his life happen back at the school where it all started. Until he smells Caspar. Casper has been left a virtual prisoner since he seen something he shouldn't of and came to the attention of the mob boss. After making a deal to live with an underling in exchange for staying with him he has little choice but he's never forgotten Red. This was there romance of finding and re-aquainting themselves. This book had good characters and the reappearance of previous characters as the child snatching group plot is picked up again in this book. A book that kept me interested and I look forward to the next.
Red had been separated from his Fated mate Casper for ten years and feeling so alone he goes for a long run. Red had grown up in an orphanage and there when he was sixteen he had met his fated mate Casper. Too young to mate fully they met after lights out and got to know one another but then one day Casper disappeared. Red searched but was unable to find a trace of his scent and in desperation he dropped out of school and continued to look wherever he went. Ten years later the alpha of a group of fox shifters living with a wolf pack he watches those around him finding their mates and happiness which makes him feel so alone. So one night leaving word that he would be away he goes for a long run and when he stops he is facing the orphanage now closed and a broken shell of what he remembers. While looking around he picks up a faint whiff of a familiar scent - Casper. A fast paced shifter adventure to curl up and enjoy. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
I have been waiting for Red's story and I absolutely LOVED it!! What an amazing storyline. Red had met his fated mate, Casper, when they were 16 and living in an orphanage. They were separated right after meeting and Red never knew why. Now, 10 years later, they find each other again and nothing can keep Red from Casper ever again. Red and Casper are perfect together but Sonny, a mob boss who has been holding Casper for 10 years, wants to get Casper back. Will Red, the foxes, and the wolves succeed in defeating Sonny or will Red lose is chance at his HEA? A wonderful story that you have to read to find out! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
I have read every book that you have done o. The series of books and with each one we learn so much about them. It always brings a smile to my face seeing what it takes for them to finally get that happy end they so deserve. In this one the story is of strength, courage, loyalty, family and most of all love. It's as if you're seeing through their eyes as the story becomes real and comes full circle. I hope that you have a few more for us and I happily give it 5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy
Delightful second chance at love with his fated mate. Red and Casper are just meant to be and ten years apart didn't keep fate from bringing back together. This is my favorite of the foxes stories so far, i just love Red and Casper!
I loved seeing the who pack come together again to protect their own. This is a story of loyalty and love, hope and building a future. They survived heartache and despair and are now finally able to create a tomorrow. Great Read! Great Read for fans of this series!! Best read in sequence.
This story truly held my attention and I remained absorbed from the first page to the last. I was happy to read Red's story, and it was definitely sweet yet filled with danger and some action. Casper and Red were great for each other and worked well together. There were a few typos in the beginning (wrong names), but it didn't take anything away from the story. It had an enthralling plot and the characters were engaging. I loved it. =)
Red and Casper met in an orphanage and knew they were fated mates but Casper disappeared and Red panicked when he couldn't find him. Ten years later Red decides to revisit the orphanage and finds Casper's scent and follows it. Casper has been held by Sonny who he used to work at night when at the orphanage. Red rescues him and takes him home but Sonny turns up and it becomes a fight for life. Highly recommended reading
Red's story is my favorite in this series. He met his fated mate when he was young, but Casper disappeared soon after and Red had been waiting for him ever since. Great storytelling, with some sexy times and a bunch of feels. So glad Red got his HEA. *I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.*
I've been waiting very (im)patiently for Red's story . There were a few mistakes not caught by the proofreaders but they didn't detract from the story. Red deserved happiness and found it with his long lost fated mate. This was my favorite story of the series by far.
I voluntarily received an advanced copy of this book and will definitely recommend you read it!
Red finally got his story! Oh and I loved how the Alpha is a virgin this time around. I don't want to spoil the book so get it and read for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
this is such a good series. i love the love lost and found genre, second chances are one of my faves. Red and Casper don't have an easy road, but they do have an HEA. Love Aspen Grey, would def recommend this book!
Finally Red gets his book! Must read. Red isn't all authority and stoic silence. He has so much more to see deep within. Great book. Lots and lots and lots and lots of sex. Got a bit much for me. But good read.
Two fox find their mates at the orphanage! The Omega disappeared! Ten years later they find each other! One was kidnapped the kidnapper comes to get him back! Love. Shifter romance? Try this book!
