This book is such a short read and teaches very simple, yet powerful relationship skills. Anybody who would like to improve on their relationships should pick this up. It can be read in no time flat and is superb. He can be a little redundant at some times, but it only helps enforce what it is that he is saying.

A book about how to improve your communication and thus your relationships with other people. The golden rule is to treat others like you want to be treated, the diamond rule is to treat them like they want to be treated. By asking them what is the most important for them and how they would experience that. A thin, but valuable book.
