I finished Managing Yourself: A Competence Approach to Supervisory management and spent a good five minutes just staring at the cover. Cartwright, Roger closes the story so quietly that you feel the silence afterward. It won't please everyone, and it's not trying to. Recommend for readers who love a hush at the end, skip if you want a bang.
