In this hand book, I have tried to set out the " Introduction to Execution Rules; Approach of Enforcement, Judgment Versus Enforcement Advantage and disadvantages" in a brief way to make them more easy to understood by the undergraduate law students. However, it should be emphasized that this little book is not, and does not aim to be a complete exposition for that subject matter, for example can be found in the great standard text books in the end of this book. The primary aim of this book is not only to help the law students in Faculty of Law, Tanta University to pass their examination in the course of " Civil and Commercial Procedure Law"; especially Execution Rules, but also to present the subject matter in an easy way to help them to follow, in their own ways and without difficulties or anxiety. May God help and bless us
