A Harvest of Blood
It should have been a simple drive, from San Francisco International Airport, to Boulder, Wyoming, despite the snow.
Was it because Lacklan was tired? Was it because he was thinking about the woman he loved, or the international crisis he had recently caused? Or was it the crazy blizzard that came out of nowhere and blinded him? Whatever it was, it made him turn the wrong way, it made him turn onto Bloody Creek Road, to the ghost town of Independence, population twenty-five.
He should have stayed the night and moved on; he should have ignored the fact that fifteen year-old Peggy, found dead by the side of the road, had been murdered, not just run down, like the locals said. He should have left when Joe Vasco, the farm manager, and the good folk of Independence, told him to. But Lacklan was never real good at doing what he was told.
So he decided to stay, and look into things. Because Lacklan knew better than anybody, that as you sow, so you reap, and he had decided, whoever killed Peggy, was going to reap a harvest of blood…

Walker, ex S.A.S is an extraordinary, extremely well trained soldier. He's very good at what he does, in his prior life in the military and his private life now. He will help anyone in need. Irregardless of the consequences to him. There is a very privileged and powerful family in a small town. Young girls are disappearing. Then they make a mistake. They left one alive to die in a snowstorm. There whole existence is about to unravel, their dark and twisted secret. Another excellent read by Blake Banner. Enjoyed immensely!

I believe Blake has the uncanny ability to draw you into the story and capture your attention and maintain it fro cover to cover. Absolutely one of our best writers, Lee Child could not have done a better job on such a book. I needed a break from OMEGA and this was a welcome read. Action , planning ,commitment, brutality (when needed),compassion. This book had it all and this could well be a stand alone or beginning of a different series though I do prefer the lead character as is. Thanks Blake.

A BB. Mystery Novel/Murder/Blizzard/Mexican Slaves/A Psychotic Woman
BB. Had penned the (5th) Novel of the Omega series. In this mysterious intrepid assassin is on his way home when he is diverted to a small town and even though he tried to remain incognito the events surrounding him cause him to use his training to correct the murderous events and Mexican slavery. This is an excellent read for the genre.....DEHS

Vengeance
Wow definitely full of action as Lack land ends up in a small town that he got lost on his way to go home to Wyoming. Just before he finds a young girl left for dead in the street before the town. He finds there is something not right in this town and young girls are dyeing and there families end up missing. Lackland finds the culprits and goes on vengeful killing streak. This book had my attention all the way through. Fast reading no doubt.

A Five Star Roller Coaster
This was the fifth book I have read in this series. I remain completely enthralled in the trials and tribulations of Lacklan Walker. The books continue to go from strength to strength. Trouble has tendency to find Lacklan but he always meets it head on. Another great book with non stop action. A big thank you to the author and a well deserved 5 Stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unexpected Twists and Turns
Brilliant story and very action packed. I have come to respect and deeply enjoy Captain Lacklan Walker and his mission to protect innocent lives. He is courageous a strategist and a hero. This novel was an excellent deviation from the Omega chasing and have us a pure storyline that exposes a critical issue.

A Harvest of Blood is so "can't put down".
Every books in this series are amazing. Now I need the next book and thankfully its the weekend, I will read all day, because these last two books I read in the last 2 nights. I Need to sleep...lol!!!

A Harvest of Blood
I grew up on a very large farm in West Texas. I understand completely about the amount of hard work it takes to operate. It also takes lots of people to help out! Having a farm that does everything illegal would be something impossible to handle. With all the illegal immigrants and the illegal mining things get crazy!! Great reading!!

I will say the same thing as I have said for the last four books this is a great thriller series . I hate for this series to come to an end . This is the kind of thriller that you don't want to put down. Highly recommend.

Wow! Another great story in the series. It is a lot like the Jack Reacher books! If you like the Reacher series, you’ll love this series, too! I love the way the series goes in and out of the Omega storyline and the personal, Reacher-like stories on his own. Can’t wait to read the next one!
