I first saw the book in 4th grade, just right after i read The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, yet i never bothered to read it. Actually i found the series to be quite weird when i was litte, because the books don't go in order? Like the books can be read independently and the read are still able to grasp the concept of the story.
Prince Caspian takes place a year after the lion, the witch and the wardrobe, except in Naria, a year is like decades and centuries. In Narnia, a new race called Telmarines has appeared and has taken voer. the new ruler of Narnia is King Miraz, who killed his brother King Caspian IX in order to gain the throne. The rightful owner of the throne is Prince Caspian, King Miraz's nephew, but Miraz wants him dead. Prince Caspian's tutor helped him escaped the castle once Caspian finds out his uncle's evil plot, and while on the run, he uses the summoning flute left by Queen Susan to summon Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie back to Narnia once again. With their help, Caspian tries to take the throne back from the clutches of evil...cliche don't you think?
Either way i find that it has a good story. And with these types of stories, you can only expect that it'll end in a happy ending...right? Well go see for yourself. If you liked The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, then this book should also be to your liking. More or less, i found the book way more intresting than the movie, but isn't that always the case? GO READ THE BOOK!

I used to like this book. However. I did watch the movie and it was an okay depiction of the novel itself. I used to be a fan of fantasy-books, mainly because I had the opportunity to escape the reality of my own during the time - now, everything's changed. Who knows? Maybe one day, I'll revisit my fantasy-loving self by reading this novel again !
