The Final Chapter?
Thw fallout from Lisa Monroe's trial continues to rain down on Drake. His foundation is failing, his corporation wants to distance themselves from him even further, his fellowship is put off even farther in the future if it ever happens at all, he assaulted by Lisa's brother who also makes death threats and he's continuously villified in the media. Although he tries to play it off, it's becoming too much. IAlthough lusa is found guilty and sentence to 25 mores on top of her sentence for Kate's attempted murder, there is no feeling of triumph. It seems all Drake has left are Kate, Sophie, Ethan and Elaine. His ex has turned stubborn once again so he's not even seeing Liam much. His old mentor and colleague from Africa, Michael, has offered Drake a job in England but he turned it down because Kate is reluctant to pull up roots again. But it takes an uncharacteristically vulnerable moment from Drake for Kate to really see just how much he's giving up and or lost because of the insanity of Lisa Monroe. Kate knows that they all need to start over. A move to South Hampton will give Drake a chance to finally pursue his dreams once again.

This is book 7 of the series and you really do need to read in order. Each book picked up where the last one ended. You will enjoy the series and easily connect the the characters and events happening.

Drake and Kate have body guards but Drake still gets attacked by 2 members of Lisa’s family. Drake ends up loosing everything. His job, his fellowship, his corporation and the foundation. But his friend Michael from Africa offers him a new position in South Hampton UK. But how can he as Kate to move when just just got settled in again in Manhattan and leave family again.

Moving forward
Drake, Kate and Sophie, have returned to Manhattan, NYC, only to find nothing is quite what it seems anymore. The city they have always loved and had always loved Dr. Morgan and his charitable demeanor has turned its back on him and stripped him of everything that made him and his family happy. With a trial going on for Lisa, the girl who almost killed Kate and Sophie, has put the Morgan's life in further jeopardy, with threats on Drake, making them have to hire 24hour security to ensure their safety, things progressively gets worse each day. Will the Morgan's, life ever return to normal or will the strain of it all finally break the once happily couple?

Forever
Great read love carching up with Drake, Kate and Sofia and the rest of the family. Finally back in New York trying to adjust things just keep getting in the way with crazy Lisa`s trial. However faith comes in to play and Lisa gets what is coming but not before Drakes name is tarnished, but an opportunity comes in Drakes favor and they can now move to a somewhat normal family setting wwhich is something they all wanted.

Love this Series
I have loved this story. Drake and Kate are the perfect couple. Drake absolutely loves and adores Kate and their daughter Sophia. I was hoping to read more about his son Liam. I have enjoyed every book in this series and would love to read more about this awesome family.

As a series finale I was sadly disappointed in all the loose ends that were not tied up. I felt there was a lot of repetition in the book where those words and time could have been spent giving us more answers to Drake’s mom, his family, Liam etc.

Always love getting more from Drake and Kate. I felt the book was just a bit too wordy. It was longer than it really needed to be. Was expecting more drama than just the trial for Lisa.
