A good read. There are many really good ideas in this book. Be aware that whether or not you can, or cannot, implement these motivational and fun activities at work, will most likely depend on the quality and style of leadership exhibited by your company's senior management. Some of Weinstein's ideas, as described, may possibly struggle to produce results outside of an American culture. However, I believe all are translatable into local custom, because his fundamental message is that happy workers are productive workers. My experience accords with that.

A quick read with lots of good ideas. Ideas are skewed toward companies that have extra money to fund them but can be adapted to a certain extent to those of us that are budget challentged and in the public secotr.

The whole concept of "having fun" at work is appealing. However it's obvious this wasn't written for a union or large corporation environment. Many of the "ideas" aren't really feasible for most situations.

Although I stepped down from my supervisory position, this book had a lot of great ideas even for those of us on the lower rungs. It's okay to have some fun at work.
