Emelie’s hell-bent on finding Keira. What woman wouldn’t be if her best friend up and vanished off the face of the earth after traveling to the Scottish Highlands?
She didn’t count on being kidnapped by a bunch of mysterious badass women.
She also didn’t count on being saved by even more badass dragons.
Alan. Well, being the head of a clan isn’t easy. No one said it would be, but why do these damned humans keep trespassing on his land and ruining his tranquility?
Once and for all, this dragon shifter would like things to settle down. He didn’t count on a hacker like Emilie entering his realms, though.
Emalie headed to Scotland to find her friend Kiera. Instead of finding Kiera, the Blood Moon Priestesses found her. They were looking for Kiera but took her instead. Alan is having difficulty with leading the clan because he is comparing himself to Gavin, their last leader. He wasn't happy to have the clan go look for someone he thought wasn't their problem. When they meet he realizes that she was his mate. He found out that Gavin wasn't as straight forward as he believed. The clan and the Priestesses have a discussion and he discovers that there may be a new enemy. I didn't care for Alan much in some of the other books and the beginning of this one, but he later redeemed himself. I am enjoying this story line. Keep up the good work.
For a minute I they thought they were going to have to fight the witches to get the girls back. I'm glad they decided to all live together. Wonder what the next adventure will be.
Emily wants to find her best friends, sister by heart, Kiera. we discovers a lot of thing in this book about the secret keep by the dragons and their relation with the dragons.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alan mixes hacker intrigue with clan politics, and it works beautifully. Emelie is a determined best friend turned accidental mate, and Alan’s grumpy dragon leader energy pairs perfectly with her chaotic human charm. It’s a fun, high-energy detour with strong emotional moments.
