The Lecturer shall be chosen by the University's Committee upon the Charles F. Deems Lectureship, which shall consist of the Chancellor and two mem bers of the Faculty of Arts and Science and two members of the University Council, to be named as the Council may direct. The subject for each year's lectures shall be agreed upon between this Committee and the Lecturer.
