This pictorial history, with many original ads, highlights the evolution of the jukeboxes from the he 1890s coin-operated edison record players (Earphone, Hexaphone and Multiphone, up to the 45 sped record players of the 1940s. Featured are the Mills music machines plus a host of other little known manufacturers. Omitted are the more common manufacturers. It is currently out of print.
