Ok, so I do not like Harper, I didn't like Hazel and I never liked Rose. I really with Bella would focus on any other character besides the descendants of Rose. I would also like to see a character's death. Not like in a morbid way, but to make it a little more "realistic". You have all these young, new GASP members who get thrown into war and they all turn out to be such amazing warriors. I would like to see a death to humble Harper and Hazel and Rose. They are supernatural, but they can still be defeated. And I really wish Bella would stop having characters fall in love within 4 days. Just stop it. The person always ends up with their crush. No, maybe have the crush not like them back. But noooo she has to have EVERYONE fall in love in like 2 days. I want some heartbreak for these young kids. I LOVED this series when it focused on Derik and Sofia. The first 7 books were AMAZING! I am so happy that book 60 will FINALLY focus on the original characters. This new generation gets on my nerves.

Lacked much of anything

I’ve read all the books in this series and I generally love them, this however felt like a half hearted add on to the previous book. Not much happened to say it was meant to be the big finale. I feel that if this was to be it, this story should have concluded in the previous book

Wasn't as good as normal. I wasn't as attached this time. It wasn't realistic like it normally is either. It has first time gasp agents who've never battled before, effortlessly win battles with little to no losses.

I'll read the next book and will hopefully like it more.

Amazing as always

I’m never disappointed by any book in this series. It was amazing. I’m 1000% hooked. I’d say they should make a movie of these series, but they could never do it justice. Bella Forrest is a phenomenal author. Everything she puts out is wonderful! I’m hooked on the storyline and it never gets dull!

Shade 59

What a great ending for this section to end. It was sad that some characters died, especially when you did not expect that. Glad to see those who li 23rd manage to stay with their loves. I really like the frost king he's my favorite I think. It was good to see blaze and caia being able to stay together with they family blessings. I was surprised this did not end with weddings for all the new lives. I was a little disappointed that they all lived together without marriage as this is usually not the way the author sees the morals of her characters, especially being ya books. Great story totally recommend

Still more to come

I'm glad that there were no loose ends. All my concerns were addressed and I got the ending i wanted...I am still disappointed that Phoenix and viola were robbed of their own chapter -their union, the multitude of possibilities has been overlooked and is certainly a loss for those of us who had big dreams for their story after the war in Ethiopia was done...things have started to get away from what makes the shade series interesting, skipping so much time in characters makes me feel that I missed out on the important things that happened...the lives of children after Ben and rose flies by that I can't connect or keep up as we are forced to skip their lives and thrust them into war, not really knowing them the way we knew the characters to get us hooked on the series

Again Bella managed to write a Nail-biting season and sometimes I wondered if all were going to make it. Some did and some didn't but in the end the GASP team proved their worth once more.

An amazing end to another season

I love Bella Forrest's books and this new season doesn't disappoint. It was another thrilling season of the shade of Vampire series. This final book of the season brings everything to a conclusion that is exciting and thrilling and heart pounding. I love these be ks and can't wait for the next season of a Shade of Vampire.

Outstanding a Brilliant Season Finale! After a Very Brief Nap I WILL be Re-reading I know when I pick up any of these books I will Not be able to put them down until I have finished and after 59 Thrilling books in the series they just keep getting Better!! A Perfect action packed season finale that absolutely kept me on the edge of my seat and still left time for the delicious Old fashioned Romance with the added twist of action. I also Love it that the strong women of this awesome series have become more and more involved in the action and their equally strong and Dazzlingly handsome partners support and encourage their strength and growth in this area. Besides who can resist Gorgeous Dragonmen??

Tragic but beautiful

I loved this book, but there was just way too many main characters and POV's, made it very hard to become immersed in what was happening. :(
At the end it was even harder to keep track of the characters and their family members.

Thank you Bella for yet another great season! Wow, I honestly can’t believe this season is over —I felt all types of emotions. This book was full of surprises.....wait let me rephrase the last sentence.. The whole season was full of surprises! it’s mind bottling that Bella Forrest has the power to take me to a different world with her words. I feel like I have been in the shade—Through the in betweens and all realms, that she has introduced. I am overly excited about the upcoming season! I can’t get enough of it.

Hate this ended

This was definitely my favorite season.I laughed, cried,and even less a little. If you haven't begin the Shade journey you missing out on a trip that you will never get anywhere else. Come to the Shade and become one of us a sadistic shadian

Its really amazing!

I love the ending of this season so so much and well too many characters sometimes do confuse me a little. The adventure, the connection are always the things that i look so much forward to and the amazing and incredible things stumble upon and being revealed. And again, makes me craving for the next book as it reveals its next "trailer" for the next book. I cant wait!

I'm done, I can't take anymore.

I give up. I have followed this entire series from the very beginning and it really got lost somewhere along the way. It went from interesting characters and page turning stories to way too many characters with bizarre names and making sure each character was matched to someone by the end of the book. There used to be a plot to each addition, but that changed and it became a boring trip to see each couple matched up after six books to people you already knew they would end up with in the first installment. The first books were very interesting and you had time to get to know and understand each character. I will not keep writing down names and keeping a family tree with me while I read so I can remember who each character is and what they are or combination of things they are. It's a real shame. This series was one of my faves for a long time, but it got too complicated and was more work than fun to read. So Good-Bye to the Shade, I am so sorry to let you go.

Oh how the mighty fall

With everything and everyone in place the mission to rescue Lumi again and for the ultimate and final battle to begin is underway. Shayton finally gets his comeuppance and it is by someone i did not expect to be to the one to bring him down although she did have a little help. This book has been by far the most brutal in all the series. Very entertaining and great story. I seriously cant imagine what Bella will write about next but it is sure to blow my mind just like she keeps doing. I have no idea what I will do if she ever stops writing these amazing spin off series from The Shade.

Holy Moly!

I loved it! It was the smoothest of plans set out by the nerakian "rescue" team and I was relieved when they all got out safely with lumi and the others. The romance in this book is also interesting and gripping.
