Happy, happy oh so happy. I was waiting for another book from this author for a few weeks and I was ecstatic when it arrived. I'm in love with her writing and I can't get enough of her.
Terra Kelly was one of the authors responsible for my addition for books, lol because every single one that I've read I loved from the first page to the last and they always left me with that feeling of wanting more and more.
Let's Dance is the fourth book from the Winters Family series and explores the lifes of Shawna and Danny. Let's just say that the fact that this book was written in the third person just made the reading so much more personal and intimate.
I just want to give you a small advice before you start reading this book. I seriously advise you to read the first 3 books from this series because despite they all are standalones it will help you know this family a little better.
Shawna's love for dancing was everything to her. She couldn't imagine her life without dance but sometimes things can change drastically. After being turned out by her parents and by her dream school she decides to runaway from everyone and everything. When she meets the hot as hell firefighter she thought that her life could get better but can it? She's a very reserved girl and is not used to trust mainly because se was severely hurt.
Danny is a firefighter and very proud of it. His life revolves around the firehouse and his team mates but when the beautiful Shawna enters his life... He has some skeletons in his past, just like her, and sometimes the past can come back to haunt us.
Can these two lost souls find happiness together or alone? Can they change their lifes?
I wouldn't expect less from this amazing author than an amazing book. Like all the Winter series this book is breathtaking and beautiful. Amazing storyline and plot and the feeling behind each chapter makes us feel happy to be reading this book. The interaction between the characters is smooth and intense. There are some scenes that will leave you breathless and others that will get you into tearsin a good and bad way. And of course we have a few hot scenes into the mix like we all love to read.
Terra Kelly promise me that you'll write more books about this family. Please, I want Georgie and Grant's book soon.

Danny Winters is a firefighter and has been watching Shawna dance at the local club for the last two years. She wouldn't go out with him, but Danny has no idea why. Shawna needs a dance partner and Izzy (one of Shawna's good friends) talks Danny into going to dance with Shawna even though Shawna told Izzy no. This was a big step for Danny as his biological parents were professional dancers and had always left Danny with family, friends, or the Winters all the time when they went to dance competitions so Danny never did feel loved. When he turned 18 he told his parents he didn't want to see them and legally changed his last name to Winters. The Winters family was the only ones who made him feel loved and a part of a family. You will need to read the book to see what happens.

Shawna had her share of a bad relationship with her parents. Something happened in her past with her parents that hurt her and caused her to do some things she wasn't proud of. She hadn't talked to her parents for five years. I loved that Shawna And Danny could relate to each other because of their pasts. Shawna came out of her shell once she started spending time with Danny. It was almost as she was another person. The Winters family just cant be beat. It is always nice to see what some of the characters are up to since a previous book. This was a good love story. I enjoyed the book and encourage you to read the book. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book.

Shawna has been fighting her feelings for Danny for two years. Danny has been in love with her since the first time he saw her. When they come together at the ballroom dance class Shawna decides to give it a chance. When the past tries to get in the way, things start to go crazy.......Will they be able to work things out??? Let's Dance is the fourth book in Terra Kelly's amazing Winters Family series and is Danny and Shawna's story. In this beautifully written romance, sexy firefighter Danny fell in love with Shawna the very first time he saw her, but past experience has left her wary of letting people get close. When well meaning friends and a love of dance bring them together, can they help each other heal and work through the pain of their past? Or will their happy ever after dance right out the door...

Terra Kelly has written another fantastic addition to the Winters Family series. I was so happy when I heard Danny's story was coming up, he might not be a Winters by blood, but he is definitely part of the family, and Shawna, well she is perfect for him. Both Danny and Shawna have painful pasts and issues that they need to deal with, it takes coming together for them to really face their feelings and open up. They are both learning to be together and growing as a couple and I love that aspect of Terra Kelly's writing, she really draws you in and takes you on the emotional journey with her characters.
The whole Winter's clan makes an appearance, which is something I'm very happy with, because I have followed the series from the start. It feels like coming home when I open up a Winters Family book, and revisiting all the characters and the different relationships is a real joy. I cannot wait for the next book in the series and if you read Let's Dance, you will know whose story it will be!

I received an ARC of Let's Dance in exchange for an honest review.

Can I just say that I LOVE THE WINTERS FAMILY! This is a great addition to this series. Shawna has been doing her best to stay away from Danny for two long years. Every time they're close to one another, a little part of her walls start to crumble. Shawna signed up for ballroom dancing and is planning to take Isabel as her partner, but she back out last minute. Little does shawna know, Danny is happy to take her place and shows up at the first rehearsal, only to discover they've been signed up for a competition. Shawna finally gives into her feelings fir Danny and decides to give him a chance. Problem is, she's still holding a lot back. From him and he has a tendency of running when life starts getting tough. Can they work through their pasts and begin to look forward to their future is the question on everyone's minds. Must read to see how things turn out....oh...and be on the lookout for a couple of awesome updates on some if the other family members. Those little tidbits made me so happy I wanted to jump for joy myself. I'm voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Running from her past, Shawna eventually finds a place to call home where she has a great job, good friends and the ability to indulge her passion, namely dancing. Having been badly hurt by past experiences, Shawna is cautious in the extreme and unwilling to let anyone get too close to her. Danny is attracted to her, but he has his own issues which strangely run parallel to Shawna's. When thrown together at a dancing studio, all bets are off as the underlying attraction between the couple flares into life. I enjoyed the love story and the mildly suspenseful nature of the book as Shawna and Danny try to find their way in their new relationship whilst opening up to the possibility of examining their past lives and finding healing. The story was both sad and victorious as Shawna and Danny deal with their issues. I found the outline of the book to be very good with real issues being dealt with, however I would have been quite happy with quite a bit less bedroom material. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

This is the first book in this series I have read so I feel this can easily be read as a standalone, but with that said, this book makes me want to go back and read the others. Besides being about romantic love, this book is about family, friendship and doing what you need to do to make yourself happy. All of these things add up into one really amazingly written story about Danny and Shawna who are both estranged from their families. Danny becomes a "Winters" and even changed him name to that. Shawna became estranged when she decided to pursue dancing after high school instead of being a lawyer like her family.

Danny has been in love with Shawna for 2 years, but she wants nothing to do with a romantic relationship. Everything changes when Danny becomes her dance partner and her walls start to crumble. I love that over time they really get to know each other and while they at afraid the other will turn away when they learn things it only ends up making their relationship stronger.

I liked how love and family ruled in this book. Readers like me were reminded that even if you have found the love of your life, you can't truly be happy if you're estranged from your family or not communicating with them. That said, I enjoyed Danny and Shawna's love story, how they became closer through a dance class and its attached competition, and how they helped each other deal with family-related issues. It was cute and sweet how Danny was so patient with Shawna and how he made time for her and always watched her perform despite his busy schedule. Both he and Shawna were very likeable (as were the entire Winters family), and the problems they had were realistic and relatable. I eagerly await the next book in this heartwarming series, especially after reading the epilogue and learning that Grant and Georgie are now talking. Exciting!

This was another lovely romance in the winters family series, with characters that were sweet and both had their issues that they needed to overcome to make their relationship work, the story was well written, the pace was steady and the plot was enjoyable and kept you interested throughout.
This was Danny and Shawna's Romance its nice that with this series you get to see how one relationship is connected to the start of the next, it is a very nice concept and makes all of the story's flow nicely, although they can be read as standalone books I would suggest reading the whole series.
This was a sweet story and if you enjoy a romance with a little past getting in the way of the future then I am sure you will enjoy this to.

I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review.

I enjoyed this story of friends to lovers. Shawna is a strong female character who is smart and driven. I liked her backstory. Danny also had a good backstory. The author gave the characters a similar history so they could more easily relate each other. At the end of the story (this is not a spoiler....I promise), the reader still doesn't know the whole story of either character. The author chose to keep some of the details more general and that's okay. This book was written to change your world. It is a nice, straight line love story. There isn't a whole lot of tension or angst.

If you like simple, family oriented, contemporary romance then give this a try.

I received a copy of this book from the author for a review.

ARC provided by the author. I haven't read the previous books in the series, but I easily entered into the story so it can totally be read as a standalone.
"Let's Dance" follows the love story of Danny and Shawna, the main characters of the book who have known each other for two years. They've been attracted to one another but neither of them have made the first move until they were reunited to participate in a dance competition together.
"Let's Dance" also explores the conflicts one can encounter in the relationship with his/her parents and the impact of one's past and how complete honesty can help to move on.
In a nutshell, "Let's Dance" is a super cute read with some sexy moments and a touch of dance. Lovers of Dirty Dancing this book is for you!

In my opinion, Let's Dance is Terra Kelly's best book, in The Winters Family Series. Shawna has been ignoring Danny's attraction to her, for two years. They both have secrets, but what will happen when they are revealed? This is, first and foremost, a romance, but it is so much more. Terra explores the friendships of Shawna, Kenzie, and Izzy and when these ladies get together, you can feel their love. You feel like these are your friends and that is hard for some author to convey to their readers. Family is a big part of this series and I love that. The dance competition is the perfect way for Shawna and Danny to become closer. How do they do? No spoilers, so one click your copy and fall in love with Danny, the hot fireman.

This is book 4 in the Winters Family Series and this series just gets better and better. This book can be read as a standalone so if you haven't read books 1-3, don't fret. But I'm sure you'll want to put them on your TBR list as soon as you read this book.

This book is about Danny Winters and Shawna Daniels. Terra has done a great job with this book and I think it's the best one yet. The characters come alive and she makes you feel like you're part of the family. Shawna has ignored Danny for over two years and there are lots of secrets that could tear them apart before they even get together, will they? No spoiler here. You'll love this book. I received an arc of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

Terra Kelly was a new author to me. This is the first book of her "Winters Family Series" that I have read. So I can say that a person can read this book without reading the previous books. Although now that I've read this I can't wait to go back and read the rest!
Danny and Shawna's story is very touching. I was drawn into their story and couldn't put the book down until I was finished. If you enjoy stories that take you on a roller coaster ride of emotions then this is the story for you. One minute you'll be hot and bothered and the next you'll be wiping tears from your eye. Go ahead and give this sexy fireman's story a try. 😉

Let's Dance is book 4 in The Winter's Family Series. This is a beautifully written sweet romance about two people with secrets. Shawna wants to be a dancer but her family wants her to be a lawyer. Danny's parents weren't around much when he was younger so he spent most of his time with the Winter's Family. He tried for 2 years to get Shawna to pay attention to him. I enjoyed Shawna and Danny's story. I loved that Danny was practically raised by the Winter's and that his love for Shawna grew stronger through the years. I can't wait to read more in The Winter's Family Series. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I love the Winters Family series and was happy when Let's Dance became available. I love that it's written in third person, something that makes reading much more personable in my opinion. This is a beautifully written story with a plot that was both enjoyable and emotional. Some of the scenes will leave you extremely hot, bothered and breathless while others will have you grabbing Kleenex and wiping both happy and sad tears. I won't go into any more details so no spoilers for others but this is a must buy!

This was a great book. I'd love to go back and read all The Winters Family books before this one. Just to meet everyone, but I was not lost at all without reading them. Danny has been trying to be with Shawna for years but because of her past, she doesn't think she deserves anyone. They end up entering a dance competition together and then their relationship blooms from there. I was given an ARC Copy from the Author to read and review, if I chose to. I was not compensated for my review in anyway.

Dance shows of all styles grab our attention from pop cultures of the 50's with American Bandstand, to the many talent shows of more modern generations. And then there was Patrick Swayze and Dirty Dancing. Like Pretty Woman, I can watch it over and over and never tire of it.

Reading about it is something different. It takes a lot to capture the magic of a visual show through prose. Let's Dance achieves that and more. Romance, family, friendship, indomitable spirits, a haunting past are all elements of a delightful story.

The story centers around Danny and Shawna. Two individuals who have had a tough youth, and have been attracted to each other. Danny willing to take a step in a relationship, Shawna staying away.
Dancing brings them together. WIll they be able to overcome their past? Will they have their HEA?
Take a chance and see if dancing really brings them love.
I was gifted this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

Shawna and Danny start with Let's Dance as they face their traumatic pasts together and their Let's Dance becomes a HEA!
This is my first romance by this great author! I will be eager to read the earlier stories when I can. Shawna is an experienced dancer with a traumatic past. Danny is a firefighter with a traumatic past who also happens to be a great dancer. They enter a dance competition and the fireworks fly! I received a gifted copy. I loved Danny and Shawna in this wonderful love story. It is amazing to read about two people who are fighting their demons to see the true meaning of love and dance. My favorite story line was when both Danny and Shawna wanted to dance naked. It brought to my mind that they let down all of their fears to enjoy the dance. Would love to read more.

What a wonderfully written book, full of emotion with great characters! This is book 4 in this series, but even if you haven't read the first three you won't be lost or confused. But you will be wanting to go back and read the first three sooner rather than later! Definitely a must read!

I loved this book. Shawna and Danny may just be my newest favourite couple. A love of dance (and a smokin' hot attraction) brings them together, but they both need to let go of the past to move forward. I fell in love with Terra Kelly's characters and can't wait to see what happens next.

Dancing heals the soul!

This is another book from Terra Kelly and one that will wrap around your heart!

This couple will make you laugh, they will make you swoon, they will make you hot! But overall this couple will make you love!!

We watch this couple as they grow together, they overcome obstacles and they learn that they can love and that they can heal. Danny and Shawna are a book couple that you will love!

Terra's words have a way of wrapping around you heartstrings and not letting go till the very end. Each book keeps getting better and better. I'm totally addicted to her writing. The humor, mixed in with the heavy makes it flow perfectly. Another hit from Terra Kelly.
