Great reference book. We bought about it 10 years ago or so. At this point, it probably is the dirtiest book I hown. As a family, we flip through the pages often at meal times to know why it is worth trying and eating a lot of food. Our last discoveries, don't ask me why we did not check that one before, are the awesomeness of green peas and that Rutabaga belongs to the same family than brussel sprout. Good and good for you. I highly recommend the book to adults and children alike.
