Nicole is in Venice to marry her fiancé, Ryan, when she meets Ryan's best man, Dante. When Ryan begs Dante to break up with Nicole for him, Dante knows he has to do something for poor Nicole. What he does is fall instantly in love with her and trick her into marrying him. Insta love is not generally my thing, and Spring Break Bride is no exception. Dante falls madly in love with one glance, but Nicole, of course doesn't, considering she's engaged to someone else. But, she does like him right away, so it paves the way for the madly in love thing.
Anyway, they get married and tour Venice all over the course of a couple days, but Nicole is starting to have doubts. She instantly becomes a sex kitten, even though she had been a virgin prior to her first time with Dante, another trope I hate, where the virgin turns into a vixen after one time. So not realistic, and here it's really cheesy. Yes, their chemistry is hot, but some of the language is cheesy and too sappy for my tastes. And then Nicole pulls a TSTL moment, cementing what a really stupid character she is, and I lost any kind of enjoyment I may have had prior. At that point, I was pretty much tired of this book anyway, but at that point, I just decided it was a lost cause.
If insta love, virgin romances are your thing, you may enjoy Spring Break Bride. I prefer well drawn, realistic romances with layered, interesting characters, though, so it didn't work for me.

FORGET THE ROLLERCOASTER, WE'RE ON THE JET!!! Oh man, great read. That says alot doesn't it? Nope, not for me. I don't know what everyone else has to say or what they read. I'm here to give you a fair take on my honest opinion. I could tell you how great this read is. Or how fantastic the players were. But this is me we're talking about, so what the hay! This is one wild and riveting reads I've read in a while. I could tell you how the characters and scenes were so realistic and the locations were so detailed you could picture it. But you already know that. You've read the blurb. You've read what others are saying. I'm not going to sit back and ride that pony ride. This is so far out of the park, they lost the ball. The storyline was epic, let me tell you. I laughed, got mad and then celebrated. If you're looking for excitement, here it is. If you're looking for the perfect partner in crime, yep, you've found it. But if you want an over the top, off the charts, knight in shinning aurmour and an honest to god duo that works. You can't get any better than this right here. You have all the drama, the excitement, the chemistry and the heat so hot you can feel it. Then you have got it in spades. These two authors pulled a miniscule idea and thought, huh, I might can do something with that. And let me tell you, they definitely did not disappoint. They totally shot this bad boy straight up. They made it smooth flowing and effortlessly as if they were just sitting and drinking a glass of tea. These guys made this seem like a recipe that only needed a few ingredients and gave us the most flavoring dish that melted in our mouths. If that's not awesome at its finest, then I don't know what to think about you. These guys did an excellent job with such talent and an easy grace. You both rock.
Nicole, with her best friend, heads for Venice, Italy to marry Ryan. They are so excited for the wedding to take place there in the city of Love. His best man at the wedding is Dante - now here is a REAL MAN! Everything that Ryan is not!! He hasn't met Nicole yet but when he does he wants her for himself!!! Unbeknown to Nicole, Ryan accidentally facetime's Dante and he sees Ryan cheating on Nicole with some woman in Rome. Ryan tells Dante to 'clean up' the mess of the marriage! Now this is where we know that reality has left the building as the marriage takes place but, in real life would not be legal - but let's just go with it as this story is a great fun read that is fast paced and got me hooked as soon as Dante appeared between the pages! Vivien Vale and Carter Blake have penned for us, the readers, a wonderful and captivating story full of romance, emotions, from lust to passion to everlasting LOVE and deceit on Ryan's part [Boo and Hiss to him the jerk!]. As Dante is so smitten with Nicole and everyone is in costume, he decides that the marriage will go ahead but with him as the groom and Nicole won't find out till later. See what I mean about "Just go with the flow" as this is romantic fiction with a feisty and beautiful heroine and a handsome alpha male, Dante, as the HERO. I really enjoyed this story and was entertained by it from the word go right to the end. So well written and a definitely unique storyline. Get yourselves a copy of this NOW and submerge yourself in this rom-com and I hope you will be as delighted with it as I am. this is one book that I will be re-reading in the future as it is just so good. The chemistry between Dante and Nicole is just 'perfect' and make sure that your fans/air con are at the ready as this is one steamy love story. As for the ending...no spoilers from me. All I will say is that this story left me in a happy smiling place that I get when I've read a great loving story. Nicole is in Italy with her best friend preparing for her wedding. Ryan was due to come the next day but calls his best man to ask him to write his vows for him. Dante can't believe what a idiot his friend has become especially when he learns the woman he rescues is Nicole Ryan's fiancé. Dante is attracted to Nicole from the minute he saw her but being a loyal friend he pushes those feelings aside. When Ryan is delayed arriving Dante takes the girls out to entertain them. What he wasn't counting on was for Ryan to back out of the wedding and expect him to break the news to Nicole. Unable to break her heart he stands in as her groom and marries her himself. Nicole has no idea what is going on when she awakes the day after getting married to find Dante in her room. She is really upset when she learns they are married but agrees to give Dante a chance. The end up exploring Italy and Rome and as they Nicole starts to develop feelings for Dante but is confused because everything has happened so quickly. Can Dante convince her that they are meant to be together?
This was a great story about two people finding each other when they least expected to. The chemistry between Nicole and Dante was sizzling hot. This was a very entertaining and fast paced story. I would recommend this story to any book lover.

I really liked this book in the beginning but half-way through the story, Nicole comes across as wishy-washy and I was starting lose interest in the book. Then by the end of the book, I really liked it again. Nicole is a naive beauty pageant contest who flies to Venice with her best friend to meet up with her fiance Ryan and to get married while there. Nicole meets Dante, Ryan's best friend who has asked him to meet them there to be the best man. On the day of the wedding, wearing masked costumes, Nicole gets married but not to the man she thought. Dante feels bad in fooling her like that but he wants her for himself and after Ryan decides he doesn't want to get married after all, Dante decides to take his place. Nicole doesn't find out until the next morning and she is overwhelmed. She feels so many different emotions, the main one being hurt and betrayed. The more time she spends with Dante, the more she realizes she ended up with the better person. After a scary incident in Rome, Nicole finally decides she is all in and can trust Dante with her life. There was definitely chemistry between them and I liked the ending but the story never says what Dante does for a living. He obviously has money but it would have been nice to know his age and what he did for a living.
When Dante’s friend, Ryan, abandons his fiancé, Nicole in Venice, he asks Dante to handle the mess, and he does so by marrying her himself. It was an instant love connection that Dante felt for Nicole so he disguises himself in the mask she wanted Ryan to wear for the wedding and sweeps her away. When Nicole finally realizes what happened after her drunken wedding night, she finds that being married to Dante certainly has its perks. What ensues is three days of honeymoon perfection, although at times Nicole feels that Dante is no better than Ryan with making decisions for her. When she wonders off to view the Coliseum and she encounters men intent on robbing and defiling her, and Dante once again saves the day, she realizes that he is nothing like Ryan and realizes her true love for Dante. The storyline is a bit far fetched, but the chemistry between Dante and Nicole is so mesmerizing and their connection so tantalizing, I just stayed with the ride until the end and enjoyed every minute of it!
I really enjoyed this book. Dante was a man who never thought he would get married. Nicole is a woman who is days away from marrying her fiance. When Dante and Nicole met for the first time, they both are taken by surprise- they can't stop thinking about each other. When her fiance is proven to be a sleaze, Dante can't imagine hurting Nicole, so he steps up to the altar and marries her (they are wearing masks). They both fell quickly, but he really had to work hard to get her to trust him and realize that he was nothing like his best friend. Some of the things he said and did were so sweet. But, could she ever fully trust him and move on from her ex? Was he just manipulating her (this was her fear)? When she goes out alone and danger finds her, will she be able to save herself or will Dante come to the rescue, again? I can't wait to read the next book this author writes.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this story from Booksprout. Now, being a true romantic, this story was just absolutely perfect for me. I think every woman would love a Dante in their lives. Nicole is due to get married to Ryan. She is a beautiful young woman, so loving and caring but Ryan is just the worst ever. So controlling, selfish and it’s all about what he wants. Now Dante on the other hand is just a walking , talking, sex on legs, hunk of a man and as soon as he sees Nicole, well it’s game over , love at first sight. Oh Dante, you are such a dream. Now the fun begins. There isn’t anything that Dante won’t do to make Nicole happy. I left all the housework, ironing etc to read this. I just couldn’t put it down. Lots of romance , emotions, sightseeing, yes you feel like you are actually in these places, plus danger and scary moments too. Fantastic read, loved it
There were aspects of this book that I wasn't crazy about. First Ryan is a complete shit and even with that said, his part in this book was minimal and I would have like to seen what happened with him when he found out about Dante and Nicole.
Other than that, I found Dante's character a bit over the top at first but really grew to love him. He was there when Ryan, is so called best friend abandoned his fiancee in Venice. Cold...really cold. Nicole is young and extremely naive. Young and naive add up to stupid decisions with a side of being really annoying.
With this said, I still enjoyed the story very much. Dante was what pulled it together for me. Not because he was caring and sexy but because he really cared. This was not one of my top favorites but it was still worth reading and in the end, Nicole became more likable with a happy ending.
Hot dam what a great book, I wish I had a best man like Dante waiting to save me from Ryan the a***hole that was off with someone else in Rome when he (Ryan) was supposed to be in Venice to marry me (Nicole). So what’s a best man to do but marry the girl that was his best mates girl (Nicole ) that’s got him all hot and bothered from first site after he saved her from drowning and Nicole not knowing for sure it is Ryan she just married because he seems different, what a tangled web Dante has created. It’s a funny and amazing book and a little sad and crushing being let down by the one that was supposed to love you, but overall I loved this book you won’t be disappointed so give it a read.

A book of very good length and very well written. Nice storyline and plot. Characters are well described and they develop nicely through the story. Their chemistry is amazing and the passion hot. They are likeable and relatable. The story flows nicely of the pages and keeps you on the edge just wanting to read on and know what happens next. The mix of emotions, sadness, laughter, tearing up, happyness, romance and more makes it worth the read. I like it is written in dual POV, which gives the reader both the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. That makes the story even more emotional and captivating. Enjoyable read. A fantastic romance and love story with heart and hotness. A story about finding the love of your life when not expected.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I adored reading this fabulous like fairy tale of love and romance. Nicole is preparing to wed Ryan but he stands her up and she does not know it yet. Dante the best man when he first sees Nicole the Chemistry between them was dynamite. Dante convinces Nicole to dress in masquerade costumes to wed in. She does. Under his mask Dante knowing Ryan has jilted Nicole takes his place in disguise. The story is about the adjustment for them both, the sightseeing, the passion and the getting to know each other. A wonderful read.
I did really enjoy this book, ignored the marriage bit because obviously that couldn’t happen in real life but this is a romance book so totally believable 😊 loved their connection right from the start and of course baby pigeon 🐦🐥 but I did feel like the ending was way too rushed and abrupt! I wanted to know how Ryan reacted! And we never knew how Ally took the news at the time? and what about their friends/families? But apart from these I really enjoyed this 😊 I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
It's all abut the rules What he wanted was a spring break fling but Nicole had rules. . Marriage first and then the other. She was gorgeous, smart and fun. So the finally gave it and said what the heck, it's only a game. What harm would it be to play along, but he never counted on losing his heart. Well written with likeable characters and a fun book to read. I read a reader copy via Booksprout and voluntarily chose to write a review.
Sometimes, life just gives someone an upgrade, and I couldn't be happier. Nicole is in Italy for a wedding - her wedding, but her fiance Ryan calls it off. Dante, the best friend/best man is the one saddled with the task of breaking the news. Dante and Nicole are both wonderful, and I highly enjoyed getting to know them and see their love story come to life. Excellent job by the authors who created strong characters and plot. This is a voluntary review of an advance reader copy.

This is a great collaboration by two very talented authors. The chemistry between Dante and Nicole was hot and the story-line "flowed" smoothly. After working all day, snuggling up with my Kindle and this story was just what I needed.

Vivian and Carter wrote a really cute book. It was entertaining and fun. Although the premise was a little off to me, I did enjoy it. It was a cute and short read. Good book.

I felt bad for Nicole at times, then I'd want to slap her silly at other times. Ryan was a loser so I'm glad Dante was there. He's exactly the man Nicole needed. Great story.
