HARD HITTING. FAST PACED.
QUICK, EXPLOSIVE THRILL RIDES.
BLACK FORCE SHORTS BY MATT ROGERS.

On a snowy mountainside in the Peruvian Andes, a prisoner wallows in his cell. Previously a government agent for a black operations division of the U.S. military, Sam Rollins must accept the fact that his days are numbered. He botched a mission concerning a tribe of Asháninca natives, and now he must pay the price with a lifetime of imprisonment. His government doesn’t officially recognise his actions, and his life is now forfeit.

Then, one freezing afternoon, a stranger shows up. Guards are beaten down mercilessly, and finally the intruder finishes his rampage at the door to Rollins’ cell.

“My name is Jason King, and I’m here to get you out. You need to finish the job.”

Black Force Operator Thrown in Prison. What Next?

This is a very fast-paced,exciting short story about the Black Force Operation. We meet am operator, Sam Rollins, who after being undercover with a group in Peru, makes an error and is in prison. Black Force has each person on a mission by himself, and will not be there if things go wrong.
After finally letting completely go of any hope, Rollins is ready for years in his cell. Suddenly there is noise, guards fall, what..?!!
A great read when something never seen is done, giving Rollins another chance to finish his mission.
I recommend any of this author's books to all who enjoy fast action and an amazing thriller!!

The author is very upfront on what to expect from Black Force shorts in the description and it delivers exactly that. Fast paced, explosive thrillers full of raw and brutal action. This one is about a bomblet that a criminal wants to plant in the capital of Peru with the help of tribals. Black Force operative, who's already failed in stopping the criminal once and thrown in a local prison, is saved by none other than Jason King, and sent to complete his failed operation. Every story is Black Force shorts is about an operative of Black Force and his mission. The action is non stop. There's no backstory, not there's any room for character development. Mostly they are set across a period of only a few hours.

I have read every Matt Rogers books and usually drop what I'm reading when a new book comes out to get to it fast. I always know I'm going to have an action packed book that just flies by. These new shorts are a delight because they bring Black Force to life. It's especially fun to see either interaction between operatives or just to find out a little about other members. I can't recommend enough to you that you read Matt Roger's books for action, adventure and just a lot of fun.

Exciting, action packed.

Love Matt Rogers books. I started with Jason King then Will Slater and decided to keep reading all these books. Sam Rollins is a little different since he may not be fully into The Black Force but he'll probably be back.
Loved that Jason King had a part in this short story. Great writing Matt, I can visualize as the story goes on from beginning to end.

Loved it

Yet again Matt Rogers has given us a fantastic read. The short stories a great gap filler between his series. I love how he brings Jason into them too and gives us more of an insight into this intense and dangerous life of his.

New Black Ops Operative

With a sprinkle of Jason King. Starts off slow and unusually with our hero incarcerated. From there the action ramps as do the stakes. Great ending.

Waste of time.

Repetative. 😕. Not very suspenseful. Perhaps ment for adolescent boys. I certainly will not be spending my time or 💰 on the remaining 👎 books in series.😠😡😡

Disappointing

Not as good as previous stories. Seems to lack, thought and fervor of prior stories. Lost passion to write thriller.

Good read

Continues the never ending action of Matt Rogers novels. Each book is a pleasure to read. So many different scenarios, and all a pleasure to read.
