Hacker
Our paths collided once before, and because of it I was destroyed. I haven't been able to put myself back together, I've barely lived, and time has yet to heal my bleeding wounds.
I never thought I'd have to see her again—that is, until she walked into the clubhouse years later and all of my hate for her returned to the surface.
She's trying to integrate herself into my world, a world she doesn't belong in, and I'm doing everything I can to keep that from happening.

Even if that means hurting her.

Sierra
I'm drowning, sinking so far down into this black hole I don't know if I can survive. The one person that was always supposed to be there wasn't; he couldn't handle it, so he left.
It's time I seek help, but how far am I willing to go to get what I need?
The only one who can help me is the one that hates me most of all.
People are depending on me—if I fail, it doesn't just affect me, and I need to do what I have to for them.

It's time he realizes it wasn't my fault.

This book is a standalone from the previous books in the Satan's Sinners MC Series.

Hacker and Sierra
OMG that was a crazy, emotional wild ride.
Hacker is an MC and Club owner with a grudge. He and Sierra met many years ago when she was an ER doctor. It was one of the worst nights of his life and he blames her for the lives that were lost.
Sierra is a damn good doctor with a heart of gold that is in a marriage that you soon discover is falling apart around her. She cares not only for her patients but everyone around her .
When these two meet again it does not go well and Hacker's pent up anger is unleashed with each meeting. They soon come to an agreement and then it leads to so much more !
Loved them !

Title: Changing Lanes
Author: Colbie Kay
Genre: Contemporary Adult Romance and MC Romance
**RECEIVED ARC FOR HONEST REVIEW**

I have to say some time ago I picked up Colbie Kay's book City Lights the first book in the Satan's Sinners series and I was hooked. At the time I loved the hot, motorcycle riding, alpha male characters; now, I still love those characters, cause she does a bang up job developing them, but I have become a huge fan of her writing style.

Kay's characters are real. They are flawed individuals who learn from and grow. They face tragedy and like Hacker, has misplaced anger. But, like a man he is able to work through his problems. Sure it takes many years but Rome wasn't built in a day.

This book had my cheering, laughing, and crying. It touched my heart on multiple levels and that shows the real beauty of Kay's writing. To put depth and meaning into the type of book many "literary" critics would call fluff.

This book showed that women (and men) of all ages can be damaged but come back swinging. Sure life gets in the way and horrible stuff happens but we need to walk in punch it in the eye and nose and for good measure, put your foot to its jewels. Remember, don't leave until you get life to back down. Yup, what a writer.

Kay, one thing, can't we have a woman who is a bit overweight, kind of plain according to society, maybe be the heroine? I mean I adore our Doc here but to be that sexy at her age...cudos first. Second, I want the overweight, plain Jane, bookish, snarky, ok, me. I want to see the millions of women like me get the sexy alpha biker. Umm...don't tell my husband. Lol. Seriously y'all...ONE CLICK THIS BOOK. AWESOME.

This book had my heart in knots!!! It honestly had ALL the feels and kept me on the edge of my seat. The pace was perfection and I fell hopelessly in love with Hacker.

Hacker had his life literally taken away from him in an instant and years later is still a cold shell of who he used to be. He’s a beast that nobody wants to tame.

Sierra also has been through hell and back. She’s trying really hard to get the pieces of her shattered life back together.

So, with the past these two have with each other it’s kind of a rough start and Hacker is not the nicest person but there’s a shift in the story that makes you admire the guy quite a lot. Not only admire but yearn for him.

I loved almost every second of this book. I was angry in the beginning but trust me and READ ON!! You won’t be disappointed. What Sierra is going through personally really hit home with me and really tugged my heart. I love her character to death…such a selfless soul. Overall, this book had me in tears, screaming and wanting to claw someone’s eyes out, but most of all the story had my heart swelling at the seams. Loved Hacker, what a man!!

I love the Satan Sinners series and this one did not disappoint. Hacker and Sierra’s story was beautifully written. Hacker and Sierra share a past from years ago that no one in either of their lives knows about. Sierra is becoming friendly with the Lady Sinners but every time they see each other Hacker is very hateful to Sierra because of their past. Sierra is going through a lot in her personal life that none of her friends know about and it is during this time when Hacker finally decides to forgive and try and move on. They start to move on from the past once Sierra stands up for herself and Hacker has a friend who tells him that he is taking his anger out on the wrong person. Once the forgiving starts that’s when the sparks begin to fly between them. I can’t wait to see what come next in this great series.

Changing Lanes will make you love to hate and hate to love. There are plenty of moments of wanting to throw your kindle, then grab a tissue. This is a story letting you know that the past can be a place where you can grow as a person. The characters learn from each other having realized that family is not about blood but the people you surround yourself with and when walls are broken down there is a whole lot more to life. Believe in second chances and heal your emotions with love.

A great read

I really enjoyed this story that was full of angst, heartbreak, grief, emotional situations, but in the end, everything worked out just like it was meant to be.
The only reason why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the editing issues. It wasn't misspelled words, but the facts between the two clubs was completely different than what had been written in the previous books. (Mostly regarding who was running what, etc.., but it was confusing) There was another thing that had to do with Hacker and his father, and maybe I missed it in a previous book, but I honestly don't remember the situation being brought up, except for a passing comment in book #4. I really can't say more without giving away spoilers, which I refuse to do, but hopefully the author will understand what I'm talking about.
Overall, it was a great book, and I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.
I would definitely recommend this book, series, and great author.

I laughed a little cried a bit and had a smile on my face a mile wide. Hacker and his attitude towards Sierra and how he treated her made we want to kick his ass, but as I got to see the different sides of him and how it all played out and why he felt his reason was a good reason to hate her my heart broke for him. I loved how Hackers finally pulled his head out of his ass and stepped in and helped Sierra when she need it the most. I love how she forgave him for the way he treated her although he should've groveled a bit more, but he stepped up and he became so much more. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Phenomenal!!!

Wow!!! What A Read! I normally don’t like the enemies to lovers trope but this was not the usual story and it is amazing!!! The HEA that Red and Hacker have is phenomenal. I have a feeling Cash might head up the next Generation of Sinner books...or at least I can hope.

It was good 👍

I actually liked this book after Hacker finally got his stuff figured out. Sierra and Hacker got past their past and they both are happy with each other. I didn't like Hacker at all because of how he treated Sierra but after he talked to Dancer about it what he heard finally got him to use his brain.

Changing Lanes: Satan's Sinners MC (5)

Excellent yet again. Every time Hacker sees Sienna he goes ballistic, nobody knows why, except them. He blames her for something she didn't do. Until the day she'd had enough and fights back. Really good story told in this book

You are going to love them, then hate them. The up and downs of life. Changing lanes of life. Life is always changing nothing stays the same. We get what we can handle lol. People come in and out of lives when you need them. Hearts and emotions can be shattered. In life you might not see it right away. Sometimes you need a good slap to the head Hacker...
Sierra is a beautiful soul helping everyone in her circle. Always giving not thinking of her self. She helps her brother when is ill. She takes in her nephew. She helps pregnant women who need her help as and Ob doctor. She is a former er doctor. Many of her patient's are part of a motorcycle club. Hacker is a member of this club. Never really mingling in each other circles until one night. He sees her and is a complete Ass to her. He blames Sierra for a lost that wasn't hers to bare. The cold , the ice and the pain. They finally get it together. Sierra stands up and gives it to Hacker. They both have scars from the past. Learning to forgive and live again. Finding a future in the now. They become one unconventional family. A fast emotional ride to their HEA.

~~~~~~~~~~Julie's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review~~~~~~~~~~
Sierra and Hacker don’t have a great past even though it was one moment in time. He can’t get over the past and her current situation isn’t the best. These two fight and fuss about the past until he figures her out. This book has every emotion you could ever want. Sadness, hate, despair and longing. Excellent writing with a storyline that will really make you think about the future. A must read !!!
~~~~~~~~~~Tracy's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review~~~~~~~~~~

I have been waiting to know what happened between Sierra and Hacker to cause him to hate her so much. So in this fifth book of the Satan's Sinners MC series we finally find out. Hacker wants revenge and the woman who is top of his list is Dr. Sierra Green so when she shows up at his strip club for a job he is beyond himself. Such a great story and I was not disappointed. I love the depth and emotion of this story. The characters jump off the page and into your heart. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!! This series has become one of my new MC favorites.

Oh snap!

This one gave me the feels . Holy cow i laughed a little cried alot seriously big kim kardashian ugly tears to. ( not a pretty sight ) and i had a smile on my face a mile wide. I must admit in the beginning i hated Hacker for his attitude towards Sierra and how he treated her especially when he showed up at her house the way he did in the beginning of the book but as i read on i got to see the different sides of his character and how it all played out for us readers to change our opinions of him. I loved hackers attention to details and how when he finally got his stick out of his butt he stepped in and helped Sierra when she need it the most. I love how she forgave him for the way he treated her although to be honest i thought he could have groveled a bit more . But he stepped up and he became so much more then the cantankerous hot head he once was .
Im really enjoying this series. And look forward to reading more about this awesome bunch of bikers and their ole ladies.

I have to admit that I couldn’t wait for this book come out. I got started on it right after it landed on my kindle. I will also admit at times that these characters frustrated me beyond means at times.

Man oh man as just mentioned I wasn’t expecting what I got from these two characters. The way Hacker and Sierra acted at the beginning of this book seriously ticked me off. I found myself having trouble warming up to them.

I understood where Hacker was coming from in needing someone to blame for what happened to to his family. But attitude was sorely misplaced at times.

I kind of had a hard time warming up to Sierra. She definitely had a mouth on her. I also felt that at times she threw more attitude around than needed. I did feel for her though and what she was going through with her brother.

I’m giving this book 4 Stars out of 5!!!!

***I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy of this book for my honest opinion ***

This book is truly a story of two halves and not just because it's split into 'past' and 'present'. If you have read the previous books in this fantastic series, you will be aware that there is some form of history with Hacker and Sisi. And let's face it, he has been nothing short of a grade A nasty a**hole every time their paths have crossed. At times I wanted to shake the ever loving shizz out of him, as nobody deserved to be treated the way he treated Sisi........And then you find out the reason why and my heart broke for them both.......it blew me away, it wasn't what I was expecting at all.
Misunderstandings, torment and grief are slowly replaced with a budding friendship........And wow!! The Satan's Sinners, once they claim you, they will do anything to protect you. I think Hacker and Sisi have become my favourite couple!!

OMG this book is awesome

I love all Satan sinners books but have to say this one is my favorite. Sierra and hacker had problems from 15 yrs ago and argue all the time when they see each other but in the end they came together and fell in love. She's struggling because her brother was diagnosed with early Alzheimer's in his 40s and she's taking care of him and her nephew cash working as a obgyn and manger at stilettos a strip club that belongs to sinners. She delivery's a baby but the mom was hooked on herion and baby was to and hole time Sierra is by the baby's side and in the end her ad hacker adopt her. Love this series couldn't stop reading when I started. Hope the next book is dancer/ demon or tinsley/ Romeo they would be great couples lol.

I love this MC and with Hacker and Sierra's story I get to see some of my favorites.

Hacker and Sierra have a past that no one in the MC knows about. They just know he hates her.
Sierra has never forgotten what happened in her past to make her leave the ER and work only delivering babies. Now it isn't enough because she is having to take care of her Brother Mark and her nephew Cash, she needs another job and it throws her and Hacker together again . This is what happens and you will love it but you have to read it to find out

It was a wonderful read. Hacker starts out as a jerk but you soon understand why he is the way he is. Your heart breaks for him and then rejoices when he finally shows who he really is. Sierra is a wonderful h. She faces things head on and keeps on going. When she's finally had enough of Hacker being a jerk she sure does let him know. lol
The story line will grab your interest and keep you reading. It will have you grabbing for a tissue here and there but it is so worth the read. Love this series

This is the fifth book in the Satan’s Sinners MC Series by Colbie Kay. It’s been a while since I read Returning Home so I had to go back and read the ending. This book would’ve been 5 STARS for me but the jumping of the timeline with no notice really annoyed me. Sierra’s brother calls her to come get his son and then BAM they’ve both been living with her for three years ? Hacker was such a dick but he definitely redeemed himself and he was great with Mark and Cash. There were a lot of sad parts that made me cry.

This book was so interesting. I always wondered about Sierra. And wondered why Hacker was so mean to her. And I was shocked by the revelations.

This book will play with your emotions.

I loved these two together in the end. At beginning I didn't like Hacker much. But he redeems himself in my eyes.

I can't wait for more.

She forgave him reeeeeaaaallly easily, this book lacked a lot of grovelling, since he did act like an epic asshole for years, and it only took 1 "îm sorry" conversation to be fixed.
The ending was sweet, but a tad rushed (imo)
