No coding, no math, no examples
This is a pretty worthless book for anyone but grandpa wanting to get an overview of programming languages and a little about machine learning. 75 % of the book is about choosing a first programming language to learn. 25 % is an overview of what machine learning is. It not about python and you will learn nothing of how to go about programming or machine learning.
