Useful compilation of some good research-backed insights into designing employee recognition programs that work. I especially liked the anecdotes throughout the book - they were easy to read and very impactful, especially if one were to position some of them to senior stakeholders for approval.

Very useful field-book if you want to explorer different side of Rewarding and recognizing your man power, but if your thinking of deploying methods, make sure that your company has a performance management program, and KPI's are well defined and they are being acted on. It will give you the best result. like the actual check point at the end, very useful.
