Duchess: A Hood Love Triangle
Duchess is a ride or die chick from the hard streets of do or die Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. She’s been with her boyfriend, drug dealer turned rapper, Supreme, since she was fourteen years old. Supreme blows up and exposes Duchess to a life she has never known; a life filled with jewels, money, and fame. But, there is a price to pay for everything.
Supreme starts having problems dealing with the extra luxury that fame gives, and that luxury is women. Duchess finds herself fighting, screaming and spiraling out of control, trying to keep her man to herself. But Supreme is not the only one battling temptation.
Duchess is looking temptation dead in the eye as well, and his name is Chief, a rapper from West Philly that is under the same record label as Supreme. Duchess looks up, and she’s in love… again. She goes through a whirlwind of drama, loss, betrayal, and pain before she can decide for herself who she should pick as her lover.

I rarely leave reviews but this book was SO worth it. If I could give it 50 starts, I would! It’s not easy to make your readers fall in love with your characters and have emotional attachments to them but MISS REDD does it WELL. Her writing style is SUPERB! I could seriously go on and on about it.
Duchess is a bad ass bitch but she is also so much more. She’s smart, talented and so Lovable. I also must say....CHEIF BETTER NOT DIEEEEE!!!! I really think I’ll die if Cheif dies LOL! I cannot wait for book 2! Pleaseeeeee hurry up and release it. I’m so anxious to find out what happens!!!!

I recieved this book as a gift, & let me say that I'm beyond impressed. Boo you did that. I wanted to beat Hennessy ass myself. I love how you put everything together, I'm starting the second installment and I know its gonna be nothing short of amazing!! #TeamChief

Duchess is the shit and she know what she doing
The author have some mad pen game on her. I fall in love with the book when I started reading it. I can't wait to see what she have in future. she have that hood shit in her blood and that what i love about book author..

WOW!!!
This was a good book. I can’t believe Supreme turned out how he did...I love Chief and Duchess together. I hope he’s ok. I would recommend this as a must read. What happen with Hennessy was so sad but karma is a b....I can’t wait to read part 2....great job Kenya
