Fun Halloween themed story for Plants vs Zombies fans. I cannot recommend it unless you already like the franchise, but if you do there is some genuine humor.
This is the first book my kindergartner ever bought himself at a Scholastic Book Fair. It didn't work for me, and even he doesn't seem that into it. He hasn't requested a repeat reading in the week since I first read it to him.
So, my sons been reading this, and I was bored, so I gave it a go, and it's not too bad. It is ridiculously stupid, but it's so stupid it's kind of funny. I mean, there is a turtle translator and a boomerang ice cream cone, but I'm sure if you're really into the games you'll like it.
This is an action packed graphic novel for kids aged 7 to 10 years old. This book brings to life a very popular game with a storyline that peaks your interest all the way to the end. When it is all over it beacons you to want to read more.
