Hidden Secrets

Rate this book
Life in Tawas has changed dramatically when Bernice “The Cat Lady’s” ex-husband Wilber goes missing and is later found dead by resident detectives Agnes Barton and Eleanor Mason. Bernice is a suspect and the sleuths can’t let their friend down as they search for the truth. Oh and about that truth -- who was Wilber really, and what secrets did he keep hidden throughout the years?
Wilber has been linked to a series of missing hitchhikers in the seventies. Has someone from the past come back for their revenge? Was Wilber really a serial killer? Will the girls be able to solve this case as a health crisis strikes down one of their friends?
This is one twisty tale.

When Madison Johns began writing at the age of forty-four, she never imagined she'd make it onto the USA Today best-selling books list with her first cozy mystery, Armed and Outrageous, as an independent author. Sure, this book is an Amazon bestseller, but USA Today?

Although sleep-deprived from working third shift, she knew if she used what she had learned while caring for senior citizens to good use, it would result in something quite unique. The Agnes Barton Senior Sleuths mystery series has forever changed Madison's life, with each of the books making it onto the Amazon bestseller's list for cozy mystery and humor.

Madison is a member of Sisters In Crime. Madison is now able to do what she loves best and work from home as a full-time writer. She has two children, a black lab, and a hilarious Jackson Chameleon to keep her company while she churns out more Agnes Barton stories with a few others brewing in the pot.

Loved this book!

I'd definitely recommend this book and the whole series.
Interesting plot and story.
I never would've guessed the ending, which I consider a plus.
Hope there's more coming with the elderly folks.
I'm a caregiver as well, and I've had many hilarious times with my "patients".
This book had a lot of heart, as do the others.
Loved it!!!

Review of Hidden Secrets

As usual it wasn’t disappointing. It had a lot of twists and turns. Was surprised that Peterson (Sheriff that is) didn’t strangle them like he always wants to. I guess by now he’s figured they are going to stop helping him with his job. I throughly enjoyed as I always do the authors books.
