Anson is not only a bear shifter, but also an employee of King Security. He's so good at what he does that he's a member of an elite team usually tasked with the toughest cases. But he's currently assigned what should be a simple job, escorting a client home and checking her security system. Now, with just one look at her, his head and heart are taking him down a path he never thought he could have, and he wants it with her.

Piper has decided marriage isn't for her. Why?, you may ask...well, being left at the altar, twice, can easily sour anyone on the idea of it. Plus, she's acquired a stalker. Ugh. Two guys she wanted to be with left her, yet she can't get rid of the one she doesn't want. Anson and Piper’s story is intense from the beginning and that feeling only grows over time. Willing Bride brings all of our known team members from King Security International back together again, and a few new faces as well. I enjoy seeing support characters who have already found their mates also taking part in these stories, it creates a more believable world, for me at least. The diversity of secondary characters is pure delight, and frankly I’m having a blast with this series.

Piper’s spirit has been broken by life, yet she’s determined to not show that in her professional life. Until today, when something so horrendous and disgusting happens that her outer shell begins to show some cracks. Once again her stalker has struck, only this time it feels so much more dangerous and threatening. Once again Piper goes to the police to be told again that nothing can be done… until she is harmed by this person’s actions. This time, however, the detective gave her a strong suggestion to seek out help from King Security International. The private sector might be able to do more for her than the official police community could actually do. One suggestion that will change lives forever.

I enjoyed Piper and Anson so very much that I want to talk about this story in detail… but I can’t obviously. So how to tell you what an amazing story this is without spoilers becomes my goal for this review. For years, beginning during her college years, Piper has had a stalker. A person who claims to love her yet remains in the shadows. Someone who is willing to do anything to gain her attention… hang up calls, breaking into her apartment but taking nothing, flower deliveries, and threats. She’s changed her phone number countless times over the years, she’s moved from state to state in an effort to lose this crazy person. All to no avail. In addition to that stress, Piper has also loved two men, accepted their marriage proposals and each time been left standing at the alter in her wedding dress… alone. No explanation, no excuses, nothing just not there to take the vows she believed in. Once, maybe that’s bad luck. Twice, no, in Piper’s view that’s the universe saying she’s unlovable, broken, unworthy and not marriage material for any man. Too much baggage… three men have destroyed her – one Kindred will help her find herself again.

I adored Anson from the beginning. He is attracted to Piper, even going so far as to protecting her when he’s off duty… yet he has not heard his mating call so she must not be his fated mate. That doesn’t explain his need to protect beyond the job requirements or his attraction to her. To him, Piper isn’t broken she’s amazingly brave. Yes, she’s had bad luck, men who for whatever reason could not stand beside her. That’s their loss, not hers. He will protect her, and he will discover who has been harming her over the years with mind games played from the shadows.

And that’s where I need to stop. I completely fell back into this world with no effort. We get a bit more information on all of our KSI members, and I’m loving the bond between them all. Loved Anson’s dads, they were adorable. There are some twists in this story that are quite satisfying. The way Anson heard his unique mating call was so moving… and the man wasted no time in getting Piper to understand just how dedicated to her happiness and safety he was from that moment on. I had such fun with Willing Bride and would happily recommend it and this series to any Paranormal Romance or Shifter Romance reader. Eden’s story is next and I’m so looking forward to discovering who is strong enough to handle this amazing woman.

Trusting Him!!!

Anson of Clan Fehu, a Bear shifter and a member of the King Security team. He was on one of the elite team that handled the toughest cases in Seattle. Yet his father was still anxious for him to find his mate.

Piper Armstrong worked as a Private Banker at the First Seattle Bank and Trust, she was left at the altar so she decided that maybe she wasn't the marrying kind. She had a stalker who was making her life a living nightmare for years.

One day she receives a package that left her unsettled, she went to the police. Only for her to be let down once again buy the detective handling her case recommended her to King Security.

Anson was assigned to Piper's case, there was amutual attraction between the two from the moment they met. Along with gis coworkers, they protected her. Everyone came to the conclusion that her stalker was someone she knew.

It was enchanting to see how protective of her, Anson was. When the truth about their connection came to light, Piper was shocked and tried to push him away but he never wavered in his stand.

Loved catching up with what was going on in Van ( RUNAWAY BRIDE )and Cora's lives as well as getting to meet more of the KSI members.

The culprit was caught, it turned out to be someone Piper never expected. In the end she got closure and she was ready to start the life that was always meant for her.

WILLING BRIDE is the second book in Moxie North's 7 BRIDES FOR 7 BEARS series. What a heartbreaking, beautiful, sinfully captivating and steamy. 5++++

This is not your light fun shifter love story. There is a serious long-running stalker problem. Since the authorities don't seem to be able to do anything, Piper finally decides to call in the professionals.
King security is the best. Anson is in charge of her case. He's also feeling unprofessional feelings.

Piper has a history of rejection in addition to her stalker. She isn't interested in men. Anson isn't just a man he's a Kindred, bear shifter. She's seen them but never been around them. They are everything she's heard. Gorgeous, strong and bossy. She's feeling things she never thought she'd feel again. Not planning to do anything about it. Then the best-laid plans....

Can KSI really protect her? What will she mean to Anson? Is there a future for them after the case concludes? That is if she lives through it when her stalker ups his attacks.

This second offering is stand alone, however, there are reoccurring characters. Must be the other five brides and bears coming up. I am ready for more. I liked all of the characters, the world-building, the couple, and the story-line. A story that keeps your interest and cheering for the love story. I kept wondering who the stalker was. Can you figure it out?

This one had a lot more errors in it than the first one - lots of places where words were missing or bad grammar.

I liked the relationship development, but definitely still on the fence about the author's chosen use of fated mates. The Kindred feel a pull, but it takes a particular "push" for them to hear the full mating call that lets them know they found their person. I enjoy fated mates, but personally I prefer when it's a more direct approach. For example - some authors use first sight, first touch, or the first time two people have sex.

We also had the author pushing the "mating then babies" agenda again. As soon as Anson tells his parents he is mated they immediately start preparing for grandbabies. Anson points out "You also get a daughter-in-law, you know" and they are welcoming to her but mostly they're excited about cubs.

There is never a question of whether either person even wants kids or if they can physically have them. There is one moment where Piper questions if she is ready and Anson just says "you're worried about x, but there is no reason to worry" and she's just like "oh, you're right" and they move on.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. Piper is truly one of the most unique characters that I have read in a very long time. Left at the altar not once, but twice, accomplished in the world of finance, her world is spinning out of control all around her. She’s been stalked for years and lives in fear of life and love. A freakish delivery to her job sends her running to the police who refer her to KSI. There, she meets Anson. What starts out as a routine escort and surveillance job quickly becomes more to Anson. While he hasn’t figured out why, more than just her safety becomes his top priority. Anson says things that most women wish that they would hear a man say—and he means it! There are funny parts, sweet parts, parts that will make you anxious, and parts that will make you gasp, and near the end, you can’t help but that cheer for Piper, Anson, and everyone who is apart of the KSI family. Those Crones are the best! I wish I had a grandmother who was like them! Looking very forward to Book 3!

One of the things I love about this series is there is a slow build up to being mates, no insta lust or knowing. Not that I don’t love them too but it makes for a nice change in a shifter story.
Whilst there was lots I loved about this story there was a couple of things that I didn’t enjoy but can’t give reasons why without spoilers.
Had a good idea about the who but once again cannot say anything without spoiling it, so mums the word.
I can’t make up my mind about Piper, do I feel sorry for her or think she needed to pull her big girl panties up. Did love her at the end when she found her balance.
Anson was just a sweetie all the way through, loved him.
Nice to find out a little bit more about some of the other characters at KSI. Cannot wait for the next book.

Willing Bride by Moxie North is the second book in the 7 brides for 7 bears series and is a 4.5 star read.
Piper just wants to get on with her life, with 2 unsuccessful weddings behind her she’s not looking for a relationship especially with someone stalking her since she was in college. When a heart is delivered to her work place she knows she needs to do something to end her stalking hell, she’s referred to the kindred security company by the police who can’t help her.
Anson is a bear shifter and he works as a bodyguard, when he’s given Piper’s case he wants to help end the terrible time she’s going through but the more time he spends with her the more he wants to know about her.
OMG I loved this story, I’d highly recommend everything written by Moxie North she’s a genius when it comes to writing shifter stories.

Piper and Anson

Piper has had a stalker since she was in college. He has sent her notes, letters, flowers, made hang-up phone calls, etc. But the latest "gift' has her going in search of a bodyguard on recommendations from the police.
Anson is one of the bear Kindred. He works at KSI as a bodyguard/investigator.
When Piper comes in for an interview, he is assigned as lead on her case. He is attracted to her but doesn't know if she is his mate. She is leary of relationships because she has been engaged twice and left at the alter alone both times.
Read this engaging story to find out what happens to this couple. There are several humorous moments as well as moments of adventure and excitement.
I am loving this new series by Moxie North. The men are hot and protective and the women are strong and sassy.

Piper is being stalk by someone that has been making her life a living hell. It has been going on for years but one day was far enough for Piper to seek out side help from a security agency KSI. Anson works for KSI and thinks that he's going to be single that rest of his life until he meets Piper. Anson is learning quickly that Piper stalker is more crazy than expected. Piper is a strong willed woman that does realize it until she told by Anson. Piper believes that she is doesn't get to have a normal life like everyone else. This book was a great read. Love love this 2nd book in the series! These Kindred sure are hot! Piper is in trouble and has been keeping quiet about a stalker to her family. She can’t hide it anymore and hires Kings security to watch her back. As a Kindred, Anson knee the fates had plans for him, he just didn’t know it would be the one he’s protecting. Pipers been through too much that she doesn’t believe she’s meant for love. Throw in the mating call, a bear and some action and love might be around the corner!

Very well written and very exciting. He is has been given the job of taking her home and checking her security system to make sure she is safe. She has had someone stalking her for years. But he can't seem to get her off his mind and knows that it is something he can't get away from. She has had a very bad time of it with love. So she is protecting her heart. This someone stalking her is coming for her and anyone she loves. Awesome story. I highly recommend it. I was given a review copy by advanced advanced read and voluntarily review it.

Hot Security!

Anson and Piper's story kept me on my toes. For me, it was even better than the first one. Piper is a successful business woman who has been unlucky at love. She has been left at the altar more than once. Someone has been turning her life upside down for sometime now. She has to seek the help of KSI.

Anson takes on an assignment to help out a woman who has been on a path of heartache. She doesn't think she is strong, but he knows she is.

Loved the Story! I hope the next story does not take so long to publish.

Second book in the series but can easily be read out of order. I really liked how the romance was not instantaneous but grew. I really felt for the main character Piper and how strong she really is. She definitely needed a Kindred thrown into her life. He is really a great character and great at what he does. Lots of adventure and mystery. Add in romance from a hot bear shifter and you have a great story. Can’t wait to read more from the series.

Amazing romantic drama story about KSI

Anson is a bear shifter and works at King Security Investigators. Piper needs help because her stalker has escalated. Will Anson keep her safe or will she have a mental breakdown instead?

The characters are snarky, fiesty, and fighters for what is right. This fast paced drama a twist in store for you. I like the fast that the villain it now who you think he is and you learned a little more a bit the Kindred. Highly recommended.

Obsessive, much?

Piper has had a stalker for several years. When things go from letters and flowers too spot heart delivered to her at work, she goes to KSI Security. Kindred bears, with high reputations. Anson is assigned as lead. As soon as she hired them, things escalate again. KSI learns her two ex-fiances were threatened to leave her at the altar. Tracking down her and their stalker gets easier when Anson takes her to Vegas, baby. Or, does it?

Loving this series so much!!! Those Kindred with their alpha ways definitely make for a enjoyable and entertaining read. The crones are still as hilarious as ever. Peace and love for Piper

Piper has a stalker and her solution is to hire the team at KSI. The team is lead by Anson. Together Anson and Piper work to find the solution and the stalker and along the way Piper and Anson find their way to happily ever after. Loved this book it made me laugh and cry.

Anson and Piper are proof that love can overcome anything. I love that e an though Piper has been through he'll she was still standing and fighting. Anson need made her feel beneath him or that she wasn't important. He gave in yielding support. That allowed Piper to be even stronger. Moxie North out did herself with this one.

Wow

This was a great book. It sucked that Piper got stood up at the altar twice by 2 different men but I'm glad she ended up with Anson. Whi would of thought she would not have just 1 stalker but 2. Im glad they both got caught but it kept you guessing until the end. Great job Moxie cant wait for Eden's story.

Very emotional

The emotional trauma Piper and through was so well written that I felt her exhaustion and pain.
A person can only strong before the strain wears you down.
I did enjoy this story, it is well written and pulls you into it, but I'm drained.
I would enjoy Dad and Papa's story, they're a hoot!

This is a good series!
This book is a standalone, with no cliffhanger but an opening for the next book.
The story is interresting, but a bit long. The characters are well developed and there is some sexy part.

These Crones are a trip and they are too funny. I suspected it was Jerry that was the stalker from the start, I just didn't factor in Colleen. I knew something dramatic had to happen for Anson to hear the mate call with Piper.
