My name is D. T. Williams. I was raised in Lake City, Florida where I have lived all of my life and now I reside in Orlando. I took a strong liking to books at a very young age and have maintained that same passion as an adult. I have always indulged myself in reading many books from different authors some of which inspired me to create my own work. Writing for me came a little later in my years; it first started out with poems, short stories until I finally created my first novel. I have now been inspired to showcase my talent to the world in hopes to entertain and inspire others. Now that I am pursing further education I choose to continue to grow in the knowledge of reading and writing. I hope you all will join me on this journey in helping me achieve success through my work
D. Williams is an author whose work is beginning to grow on me. She doesn’t just write urban books. She writes stories that everyone can relate to. In this story She pens a story of love with a passion so great that it’s undeniable. Lyfe and Destiny have a tumultuous relationship that seems to be unable to stand the test of time and in this love story it’s unpredictable. I enjoyed the plot and it only got better as the story progressed. Kudos to this author for a well written story. There were a few grammatical errors bu all and all it was a good book.
I thought it was decent. For me, the character development was lacking, but you can see the effort that the author put into her work. I will try something else from this author.
This was an interesting read; it was like beauty meeting the beast. Derrick was a street hoodlum and Destiny was an art gallery owner/lawyer, so their relationship was like a rollercoaster ride; many ups and downs. I like the story, but I thought the conflict between the two was dragged out and I did feel as if the couple was in love. To me they seem more like sex buddies. This was listed in Christian Fiction, but I did not think it was. Neither one of the characters ever mentioned God and too me it did not have any redemption, conviction, healing, restoration or repentance that you see in most Christian Fiction. Good story, but it could have been so much better.
The story line was interesting to me it keep me reading. I did have a little trouble at a few parts because of some typing issues but over all it was a good story.
