A Thousand Seeds of Joy: Teachings of Lakshmi and Saraswati

Rate this book
In an extraordinary conversation sweeping the planet, two Hindu Goddesses Lakshmi and Saraswati reveal the secrets of a new feminine path of joy that uses the body and the soul to quiet the mind and blossom into enlightenment with ease! This path unifies the "original" teachings of many spiritual pantheons including Hinduism (i.e., Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Bhagavad Gita), Buddhism, mystic Christianity, and the ancient Goddess paths. Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Saraswati promise nothing short of a grand transformation of humanity with the birthing of a new joy-centered consciousness on Earth at this time. They take us on a grand spiritual journey by weaving new insights into ancient teachings, correcting what has been altered in scriptures by their "male" authors, and revealing new secrets about Buddhas, and Gods and Goddesses who have walked on Earth. Whether it is Eve's original sin or the closing of magnificent Goddess Temples or Sita's Fire Test or Mary Magdalene's depiction as a prostitute, "enlightened women" have been portrayed as sinners by numerous kings, emperors, writers, popes, and other religious heads for millennia. The messages of Goddesses Lakshmi and Saraswati correct many misconceptions and misrepresentations about the "patriarchal" stories from Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism. These profound messages by the two ascended Goddesses will delight you, surprise you, transform you, and even enlighten you.  Goddesses Lakshmi and Saraswati also reveal new information and intimate secrets about their many incarnations on Earth with Rama, Krishna, Buddha, and other divine beings. They reveal how the transformation of many souls from their ancient tribe created two of the major world religions known as Hinduism and Buddhism.  This book is not only about spirituality, but also about history, philosophy, religion, and psychology. Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Saraswati provide new insights on mind, body, soul, chakras, elements, contrast, time, destiny, karma, sensuality, tantra, higher self, heavenly realms, expanding levels of enlightenment, ascension, and of course the author’s favorite – a new way of experiencing the “divine feminine” within oneself.  This is the first book in the Ascended Goddesses Series. Future books in this series will have conversations with Goddesses Parvati, Mother Mary, Kuan Yin and Tara, among others.  JOIN OUR TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS  The Path of Joy Organization is donating 5,000 copies of this book to uplift disempowered girls, women, and mothers, elderly living in old age homes, handicapped people, young adults with challenges, patients in hospitals, and numerous NGOs all over the world. Send an email to join our team of volunteers to distribute the 5000 copies.  The author recently signed an MOU with RENEW (Respect, Educate, Nurture, and Empower Women - to donate 600 copies of this book to their 600 active volunteers, who provide help to the disempowered girls and women in Bhutan.  Another 100 copies of this book were sent to the volunteers and interns of Apne Aap Women Worldwide ( an organization that saves girls and women from sex trafficking and other forms of exploitation.  Even a Buddhist "nunnery" in Punakha founded by the Queen Mother of Bhutan took 120 copies for their 120 resident nuns. The many stories of enlightenment of Eve, Sita, Radha, Yasodhara, Yeshe Tsogyal and other women help in undoing the widely-held Buddhist belief that incarnating as a woman is inferior to incarnating as a man for spiritual attainment.

At first instance, it is unbelievable what the author claims - in conversation with Goddesses! Really? Ummm; that seems doubtful. However, once you move over this and actually start reading the book, you will realise that the arguments that allegedly come from Goddesses certainly carry the weight and that these cannot be conceived by any ordinary mind. Further, it takes a little time in even understanding those arguments because they are so new, out of the box and undeniably an overdose for some as well.
I kept on reading Ananda's book, A Thousand Seeds of Joy and I discovered many new things which were indeed new to me. The entire concept of truth and lie, good and the bad and evil and greatness seemed to take a back seat for the time being and I dived into the ocean with a new energy.
After reading the book, I will suggest every usual reader should go through this book. Ananda received a message from Goddesses and he is just trying to share that through his book and believe me, that will be amazing!

Before reading this book, like an ordinary individual my thoughts and likewise, my conscience was congested with the conventional boundaries if human thinking which employs within the ambits of its function. Ananda, the author of this book, coincidentally, is synonymous with joy. Not surprising that what he has written brings not only wisdom but also the delight on the day to day thinking to the readers. Though the mind denies believing that the author claims to talk the goddesses is right, the heart and the sou of mine do believe it after reading the beautiful content of this book. Simply, I will recommend you read this book yourself then try to feel what you feel. You will be a changed person, I am sure.

Ananda's book shocked me on many occasions because the details that his book have are entirely contrary to what we have been studying and knowing all along. You can read the chapters on Rama and Ravana and you will realise what I am saying. On many other occasions, his book offers a detailed explanation of things we do not now in our ordinary lives. Moreover, all this, the author claims, have been coming from Lakshmi and Saraswati ji directly! Do read this interesting book and judge it for yourself.

This is an amazing book! It has the potential to inspire someone to think beyond the conventional boundaries of human thoughts... superb use of fancy-writing or the use of allegorical style... you will have to read the conversations with the Goddesses in order to understand what I am feeling right now.

This is a new-age spiritual book which rather proves the neo-alternative theory that I read on the internet. I loved reading this book by Ananda and the way he has presented the conversations with Goddesses, you won't have any complaints with the content whatsoever. However, the way it progresses, it seems that the book should have a few chapters as in the form of chapters rather than this form of conversation or rather an interview. But, besides that, A Thousand Seeds of Joy shares some of the most interesting facts about the religious and mythological beliefs that we have been coming with... a must-read book, I must say!

Chapters like Chakras and The Law of Attraction in Ramayana and individual chapters on Sita, Draupadi and Karna, Buddha and Yasodhara are fabulous. As a young individual, I liked this book a lot as it offered me something different than the casual mundane I have been reading all the while. The concept of spirituality has been changed for me now and I am looking for something new from this author very soon...

The book is very good - let's make it clear at first. It has all the things which could make someone read it several times - the elders and the younger ones and even those who don't like reading that much. Divided into seven parts, the book discusses things in a subtle manner. The author asks the questions and Goddesses, Saraswati and Lakshmi answer those. Doesn't it sound so amazing that someone talks to the Goddesses and seeks the answers to his or her queries? Author, Ananda Karunesh, claims the same. And the book will open new dimensions of thinking in front of the readers. Revisiting the epics, revisiting the scenarios in the past, mulling on the present conditions in the world and talking about various things of interest... What did Buddha feel when he was back from his meditation? What the Eve's first sin? Did Draupadi love Karna? And so many other questions have been raised in the book and the two Goddesses answer all those...

An interesting and certainly a soothing read for all! Do read it!

Well, before reading this book, my concepts about the religious beliefs and mythological texts were rather limited. Ananda's book opens new vistas of understanding and perspectives for the readers and he tries to expose them to the truths which are beyond any conventional set of rules. Just imagine someone saying Rama and Ravana were soulmates! What? This was my expression as well... but after reading deeper and deeper, I do believe that Goddesses are saying the true things which we humans must know! I thank Literature News for bringing me to such a good book... thanks, author!

The beautiful cover of this book pulled me into the writing, and I was not disappointed. The exquisitely written book explores a great spiritual transformation that starts with a coming together of beings. Ananda Karunesh is honest and clear about his own spiritual awakening, and while this book is focused on the teachings of Lakshmi and Saraswati, Karunesh does not put expectations on the reader. The book I one of learning, sharing, and coming together. While reading the book, I felt inspired and engaged, but all I felt was asked of me was to be open-minded and listen. Karunesh has a clear and deep desire to be a part of this coming together and encouraging others to do the same. I felt that this message was a powerful and beautiful one. I myself learned a great deal while reading through this book. From history, religion, and philosophy, A Thousand Seeds of Joy covers a wide range of information in a compelling and interesting way. I was fascinated by the question and answers pertaining to the soul, self, feelings, and destiny. Questions like “Earlier you said that all soul feelings have primordial joy in them. Is this always true? For example, don’t we suffer when those we love suffer?” and “How is empathy different from compassion?” these sorts of question engage a conversation. I found myself really thinking deeply about these concepts and engaging in the language that Karunesh presents in the book. Whether or not this level of spirituality or spiritual journey are something that you personally feel connected to, the book delves deeply into philosophy in a way that makes this book worth the read to learn about other perspectives and participate within conversations that affect us all. I would highly recommend giving this book a read.

The book is astonishing! It could only be absorbed with a mindful attention to the reading and I read it the same way. Though I cannot feel what Ananda might have felt but I will certainly say that his 'connection' will benefit many more readers like me... Talking to Saraswati? Talking to Lakshmi? It might surprise anyone like me at first but I believe that after reading the book, readers will appreciate the author as I am doing here.... great attempt, Ananda!

Eye opening even if you are spiritual but not religious. Be ready for light bulb moments and shocking revelations that would unnerve you. Content is heavy and you may fall asleep multiple times but that is ok. It is worth a read. It would challenge your conceptions and beliefs about our scriptures to a great extent.

The book has everything to offer to every kind of reader whether from a younger generation or from an older generation. By reading this everyone can extract the joy according to their need.
The book is all about the direct conversation between goddess. And in this discourse, the author has solved many path-breaking questions by his wit. I enjoyed reading it due to the style of writing this b0ook in question-answer form. Where I can relate myself directly to this book. My favourite chapter in this book is "the secrets of a soul tribe". The author has shown his dedication towards the book because everything is written in a beautiful manner and spread the messages of god loud and clear.

I just have to say: wow. This was such a good read. I haven’t read anything like this in long time, stuck reading Baldacci and Grisham. But this was more along the lines of a more interesting scripture story, almost. It took upon itself a life of its own that swept me away into the pages. It was easy to read and I loved how every chapter brought you closer to the ideals shared in the words as well as closer to the characters. By the time you read the book, you feel like you’re all friends, if a little different, but you understand each other. And more importantly, you understand yourself. There is so much that is underrated these days, especially for women. We get ignored and tricked and left behind. But this book is for us, speaking to our very souls. I loved the ideas that were shared- not just spiritual, but real and timely and appropriate. They were honest and beautiful. This book goes into more depth than I had expected, branching into different philosophies and beautiful insights. I have found myself mentally and spiritually growing from reading this book, and it has helped me to better understand society- what it is, what it can be, and how I can be a better part of it all. I needed something with more substance to enjoy and I definitely found it in this book. It holds many concepts and ideals to a higher standard and invites us to look closer at the world around us while taking a step back. We dive in and we see it all. The characters carried on conversation as if they were before me, inviting me to listen in and to learn. It was an enjoyable experience and I’ll definitely be rereading this story again.

A very profound book with the knowledge of Goddesses. Written in a very interesting and inspiring way.
The book consists of conversations between Goddess Saraswati and Goddess Laxmi and their insights on various topics.
Maa Saraswati talks about different levels of consciousness, knowledge and religions. Maa Laxmi talks about the various incarnations of Gods as humans like Sita, Draupadi, Radha, etc. And how human race is transitioning.
Very insightful read with simple and understanding language.
Definitely Must Read.

I found this book by a suggestion on a website and read it recently. Many things are there to be said but the basic ones that I would like to highlight are that it's not complicated; it's something like a, b, c and d... you just go on reading the detailed conversation and you can easily visualise everything in front of you! Ananda Karunesh has done a very commendable job in his very first spiritual book and I would love to call on my friends to read this great title!

Well, let me pose a question - is there something as deep writing? A form of writing that is graver and far sophisticated but more friendly than the usual writing? That I will call deep writing and this book is the same. It breaks down the tough concepts of the spiritual world and religious 'hard-facts' for the commoners like me to understand! A must-read for all!

Book Review : A Thousand Seeds Of Joy
Author : Ananda Karunesh
Publisher : Path of joy Books
About the book :
The book is a series of events that talks about all the conversation between Mahadevi Lakshmi and Mahadevi Sarsvati. This book is a apt well researched book with has contents that are not only dealing with goodness and virtues but also in imbibes various others facts and ideology about the women that how strong and powerful are they.
The book is been developed into eight parts which has been very helpful for the readers to understand and easily any one who picks up this book can read one part each day. These eight parts will not only provide spiritual teaching but also it tells us how to be a good person from in and out.
I liked the concept of the end notes which was given in the book that inhanced and made it simple for the reader's. It is made and written in a simple and easy manner with all the possible meaning and modifications that I could see as I have read some books on these topics. This book caters the story and the substance matter which has used sanskrit words too which added beauty to the book because sanskrit is a language which gave birth to many languages.

In the end the book has shown how can one do meditation by three form :

For the readers I will mention each form one by one as the tittle are really intriguing and gripping
1.Blessing Oneself 2. Blessing all Sentient Beings 3. Blessing the Earth and the Universes Within
This is the best form of meditation cycle I have ever read which was meaningful and productive also had a esscence of truth and seek goodness from the god the almighty.

I would love that people who are interested in reading spiritual books should give this book a try as this will really make your mind and soul peaceful. This is a one powerful book which has all the esscence of making someone go deep into oneself.

This book consists of conversations with - Mahadevi Lakshmi and - Mahadevi Sawaswati about their many incarnations on Earth with a small group of soulmates belonging to an ancient soul tribe from India.

In the first chapter the author speaks the importance of joy and the resistance of trinity in all religions.

The second chapter speaks about the stories of Mary Magdalene, Eve and Sita and the connections between them. It also further explains the concept of male female duality.

In the third chapter the author introduces us the knowledge of Chakra or the energy centers of the human body.

The fourth chapter narrates the three characters or births of Goddess Lakshmi maiden, partner and devout - Radha, Rukmini and Draupadi. Most of all I loved the way the author spoke about the bond of Karna and Draupadi.

The fifth chapter begins with the take of Yasodhara as Buddha. The chapter moves to narrate the story of the two cousins of Buddha - Ananda and Devadatta. I know very little about Buddha so it was interesting read about him.

The last three chapters are about soul power, path of joy, female empowering, devotion and meditation.

I don't know about God and Goddess but when I was reading the book I felt like I was having a innocent conversation with an elderly person with whom I'm closely connected as I have the liberty to question or contradict her.

PS : I said her because I felt like I was talking with my school teacher. I was taught about nuns in my convent.

The cover of the book is really calm and soothing one and the title is also nice, both are apt to the the content of the book.
A Thousand Seeds of Joy is a gem of a read!
The book is based on conversation of a person with the Goddesses. It is something which is not the normal thing for us, it takes time to get used to that part of conversation, getting responses by Goddesses herself.
Once you get hold of the content of the book, you actually enjoy reading it . The conversations are very beautifully crafted and are quite impressive.
In each chapter spiritual mysteries are revealed and religious myths are busted.
The language used by the author is very simple and lucid, it allows the reader to connect with the book.
I really loved reading this book, it even gave me new insight about things and i hope it even help others in some way.
I recommend this to everyone.

As we are thinking he answers for these questions , we might also like to know the light that is at the end of the tunnel. Here comes one book that is unique in its own way. No , this is not a purely religious one. This book is the amalgamation of the variety of knowledge across the universe.
A Thousand Seeds of Joy , is a fantastic book of pearls of wisdom. The book is all about the dialogue between Anand and the two goddess Lakshmi and Saraswati.
The conversation is all about the teachings, the essence of the different aspects of the religions , and the conflict resolution of the religious aspect or the doubts that arise in the doubts of the seeker.
The book can be divided in to two parts on the basis of conversation with two goddess. The queries arising are answered by the two goddess. The aspect of the answers though might go back to several million years ago, but the content is still relevant in the present scenario.

A THOUSAND SEEDS OF JOY
BY- ANAND KARUNESH
°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°
A thousand seeds of joy is answers of some curiosities given by goddesses Lakshmi and saraswati. It contains some important question which everyone wants to ask but from whom. Whom can answer these deep questions correctly? Yes non-other than God itself. And when God is busy somewhere we have goddesses our beloved mothers of knowledge and wealth.

The book is framed in the most friendly manner that increases further more interest in the reader. It is quite large book but the knowledge it contains is the most useful thing.
From Ramayana to Mahabharata, law of attraction to chakra, self-help to the path of joy it contains more interesting and Esoteric subjects.
Why sita suffered so much ?
How to open chakra ?
Is the law of attraction if effective ?
These are some enigmatic queries the seeker asks from goddess, and she answers them in such pronounced manner that it satisfy the reader and the seeker.

Overall I found this book reader friendly and full of wisdom. There are few books available in marked which puts some deep subjects in easy writing style and this book is one of them.
Strongly recommendation for readers and spiritual knowledge seekers.

This is first book in ascended goddesses series so more beautiful package of knowledge is ahead.

This is long self help book by author and he talk about the conversation with Goddess Lakshmi and her avatar on earth and other Buddhist and enlightenment of those gods and how the soul and human got enlightenment quoting example from the epics like Ramayana , Mahabharata, life of Buddha and Vishnu avatars on earth, and how to get filled with joy, happiness, enlightenment of soul, chakra theory, how to get rid of ego , how to reach the enlightment how godmen got enlightenment and what is ego and how Raavan wants only SITA knowledge and not lust for her body.. and how instead of karan , Arjun become the hero of Mahabharata, and how every soul has to take several births in each yug to get enlightened. And joy have different way and mean one has to happy with what they have. And greed should be left , to attain enlightenment there are 2 ways , hard way like Buddha ji attain or by just doing the deed according to the religion, but don't mix religion for your enlightenment purpose
